To address the laced with fentanyl comment just made about MDMA, yes that could be true, however, if he didn't take it alone, which I would guess he didn't, then the other people who would have taken it would have also taken fentanyl laced MDMA... Which is why it would be good to question them in the effects they had from it and whether anything was off. MDMA can also raise your body heat, so if he did get caught outside somehow he might have not wanted to wrap up warm and this could have had a more adverse effect on him and his body temp could have dropped dramatically without him even really realising it.

Although I think this is still the most likely possibility, especially if he took a concoction of drugs and alcohol, it is bizarre that they did not find him after the snow melted. As far as I can tell from maps, Sun Peaks is in a valley? So he had nowhere to really slide or fall down to.

Really hope they find him soon, the family sounds like they are making a lot of effort (as one would expect), and the mother seemed so determined after hearing her on the podcast. Hopefully they can find closure.

I just wondered about Ryan using MDMA and maybe no one else. Depending on their work schedules maybe they didn't? I hope that Ryan's family has received whatever information they need from his roommates. I realize I am speculating on things but this story is like a bad novel that needs a good ending.

I must say I have thought about that too, for people searching. I don't know if anyone has ever been told to look up? When searching I would imagine one would be focused on the ground. What a nightmare for his family.

I found it kind of odd that his mom was saying she understands why Ecstasy would be taken by her son, to make him more sociable... Ecstasy does a lot more than make a person more sociable. It could have drastically changed his attitude, perception, and normal behavior. I am also wondering if all the people have been questioned at this party? And shouldn't there be TONS of pictures possible to sort through or people at that party?? Pictures/videos are constantly being taken and uploaded onto social media... have peoples accounts been looked at that were at this party?

No one actually saw Ryan leave, they thought he had stood up to put his jacket/shoes on, that's it. The podcasts with Ryan's Mom talking reveal all of this info. They are all really hard to listen to but if you have time sit back and listen. The newest one has shared more info. When you go with your friends you leave with your friends, no one should ever be left behind. Ryan was only at this place for 2.5 months, working so how well did he even know the area? Hoping this boy gets to go home soon.

ok, I live somewhat near that area, and the local media said he had followed them out the door but either way, he's missing despite numerous efforts by volunteers to search for him. I really wouldn't be surprised if he is still on that mountain somewhere...

If you listen to the podcasts no one can confirm Ryan ever left the partyhouse. They believed he got up to put on his clothes, maybe he went to the bathroom first. I don't believe he is on that hill unless high up in some tree.

I honestly think Ryan overdosed. I don't think anyone meant to hurt him. Scared Kids made a bad decision because they don't have the life experiences to know what the right thing is to do. Yup I am speculating. I truly don't think anyone meant him any harm.

Yes, it certainly is! I just have seen so many accounts of how a missing person is found basically 'in plain sight' of areas already searched, and it is always astounding to me. But wherever Ryan is, and it could very well be away from the ski hill, I hope he is found! I read about the other case where the body was finally seen in a tree by a neighbour, and that must've been such a horrifying shock to discover, would give me nightmares.

you know, as an old club kid, when my two were teens i taught them about how dangerous drugs are if they are not tested for impurities. of course they never tried drugs as i believe that was their way of rebelling against their now hippie dippie mom. what are ya gonna do? i really believe this poor kid had something very bad given to him, not nefariously, he was just the one who got the few micrograms more of the bad stuff

I don't know how many of you have looked at Ryan's Mom's Missing Ryan Instagram posts. She pours out her soul and extreme pain. You can just type it in on google and look at family pictures and read her heartbreak. Someone please stop this pain and send Ryan home. We live in a society of such evil and selfishness. Do it anonymously just let his family have him back. Whoever you are one day you too may be a parent, there is never more pain as a parent to have a child die before you. To just disappear is 100 times worse.

Naked man rescued from storm drain in Trenton: OPP

Quinte West OPP had to rescue a man who was found naked and stuck in a storm drain in Trenton on Sunday night.

Around 10 p.m., officers were called to the area of Water and Nicholas streets for reports that a man was stuck in a storm drain.

I can't believe no one has come forward to tell LE or Ryan's family what really happened that night he disappeared. Ryan needs to be found and his family needs closure.

This whole situation is truly bizarre and as a parent makes me really mad. Ryan had only been there for 2.5 months so why was he left alone? IMO really easy to say I thought he was behind me. Many on his missing Facebook site still think a cougar may have taken him but would he not make a sound? Would there not be some trace? I do hope this young man makes his way home and I hope this DOES NOT happen to another young person up at Sun Peaks.

Thinking that kids do not generally read those warnings, however there was one line that caught my attention because it sounded funny.
Maybe if they put that line in larger print than the rest of the warnings, it might grab their attention and they might just read the whole thing. imo speculation.
