Airsoft gun spotted and reported on. The situation seems to be over with people in custody ????..... Thank goodness.......moo

That was just the Canadian Tire incident I think. The unconfirmed reports of shots fired in the two neighbourhoods is still being investigated, with a third report in another neighbourhood turning out to be noise from a construction site.

Also Friday afternoon, Halifax Regional Police said officers were investigating a weapon complaint at 30 Lamont Terrace in Dartmouth — the location of the Canadian Tire in Dartmouth Crossing. Police said in that incident there was no threat to the public because it involved an airsoft gun.

This article makes it sound like the airsoft gun at a Canadian Tire is an unrelated event?

I just reread it...... You may be right..... There may still be a shooter they are looking for ?????.......Please forgive my possibly misunderstanding this article.........Now we wait......moo

Police just gave the all clear according to CBC. No active shooter. Waiting for more details but may have all been false alarms. Everyone is on edge.
