Also wondering if it's a video of the interrogation (and possible confession). Even with a confession, a lawyer might advise an NG plea and try to argue the confession was under duress.

The preliminary hearing lasted about three weeks and wrapped up March 4, although because of the publication ban there's not much info aside from the note that over a dozen witnesses took the stand. The judge will decide whether there's enough evidence for the case to go to trial; that decision should be made on March 29.

The wording in the article made it unclear whether the trial would start March 29 or the judge's decision would be made March 29.
