Reporter asks if divers have been utilized because there is a large body of water nearby. LEO answers, "We cannot comment on that at this time."

http://www.katu.com/home/video/96172474.html

Around 9:00ish, reporter asks why California is actively involved or assisting in the investigation and "can you comment on this?" LEO says no.
***Who had family in California?

At 7:30, reporter asks if the search is going to other counties. LEO says, "no comment."

At 6:00, LEO is asked if the family is more "privy" to information than the media/public. Again, "no comment."

5:40ish, reporter says, Distinct mood change on Tuesday, "felt more urgent?" No answer by LEO, only thanking another sheriff.

At 2:10, reporter asks, "Do you still think this is an isolated case?" LEO says, "I can't answer that question."

Last question, reporter asks, "Have you collected all of the pictures from the SF that day?" LEO says, "I cannot answer that question."

++++++++++++++++++

Seems to me that every time there is a no comment or I cannot answer, there is something of significance associated with that question. Might be interesting to put together a thread relating to those, although it would take FOREVER. :)

Air scent dogs also have been deployed, said Russ Gubele, president of Mountain Wave, an emergency communications and search and rescue group based in Gresham. They're trained to find a human being -- anyone -- in a particular site.

Searchers also have access to cadaver dogs, but Gubele wouldn't say whether any have checked the fields or the school. He also wouldn't say whether dogs have searched the school, but Gates said search teams have checked Skyline extensively several times.

I may be particularly dense, but I wonder if the dogs could track his scent in and then out of the school. Or is that too hard in such a scent-filled place?

Oh sorry. I didn't know you meant specifically in the school. I would swear on a Bible that some time ago I found a link that said cadaver dogs had been used in the school, and that I posted it. Can't find it though.

I'm truly baffled, because after I found it, I've been under the impression they had. This doesn't make sense.

BeanE,

I never saw that link, but I have seen links about regular scenthounds taken in to Skyline, and the scenthounds found no trace of Kyron, but it was awhile after he disappeared.... Thanks for posting about it though...

Well I asked Kimster if she would use her magical alien powers for a super search, which she very kindly did :blowkiss:, but nothing turned up. I must be remembering something else. Maybe I was remembering Lopez on Sauvie.

I don't know what to think if they never used cadaver dogs at the school.

Thanks so much for looking. By the way, is it a proven FACT that Kimster is an alien ? Or is it just an unsubstantiated rumor ?

No it's definitely fact, not rumor. Just look at her picture! How much proof do you need?!

I'm worrying about the possibility that cadaver dogs were not used at the school, and wondering what the reasons could be that they wouldn't use them.

LE has stated repeatedly that Kyron was last seen inside the school, was never seen leaving the school.

(I've posted the quotes throughout the forum, and am happy to snag the quotes and links if anyone wants them.)

The wording is important. Hold that thought for a sec.

Bloodhounds were used at the school.

(Reference: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5341354&highlight=bloodhound)

Keeping in mind that LE never said (watch wording), "Kyron never left the school", could it possibly be that the bloodhounds tracked him leaving the school, despite no one having seen him leave the school? And that that is the reason for the emphasis by LE and his bioparents that he is alive?

It seems in the distant reaches of my memory there is an article with one sentence about whether the dogs found anything at the school, and it was negative. I will search for it later today to get the exact wording, but I think it was a reporter's words, versus LE's words.

I have no knowledge or experience whatever in regards to bloodhounds, but it seems to me that, with Kyron there that morning, that they should have picked up a fresh scent from him? Or had too many hours passed?
