Because LE told him they were not going to make an arrest that night so Baez had no reason to be there. IMO LE lost alot of credibility by handling this the way they did, they turned it into even more of a circus. Sometimes you have to remain professional and not stoop to the level of other players involved, unfortunately IMO LE stooped to that level.

I don't think Baez showed up until after Casey was taken from the house, and the cop car had already left. I heard the CNN reporter say later that Baez had just arrived. Correct me if I'm wrong but I did watch the whole thing go down on NG, so that is where I'm seeing this.
I did hear him say that he was aware of this ahead of time... so why didn't he go to the house before they came to arrest her? Or did he think they were going along with him when he said he would bring her in himself, and then they pulled a surprise on them? I hate these games these attornies and LE play with each other!

Who else thinks, after viewing his statement on the lawn last night, that Baez is entirely to emotionally involved with this family? He showed not one ounce of professionalism in that statement. I def think he and the amazing CA have more than a lawyer-client relationship. He was spewing crazy crap around just like the entire family.

Her eyes look dead in the more recent mug shot.

Yes, they do. I don't know why but she reminds me of Michael Jackson in someway. Maybe it is the dark hair or that her face appears bony.

I found it very "unprofessional" of NG's show to do that to BH Padilla. If I was BH Padilla, I would tell NG's show to "take a hike!" The look on BH Padilla's face was devastating.

I totally understand the strategy being what BH Padilla has done over the last couple of days regarding revoking, not revoking and revoking again.

I think they crossed the line. BH was the professional one. Just my opinion.

Go George! He probably found some exception about the easement if it was blocked for maintenance. To be honest seeing those people out there makes me physically sick. I hope that all the harassment subsides now that Casey is back and jail. Anybody who can look at the video of George and cindy can see in their eyes that they are just pushed beyond limits. It's inhumane to taunt these people outside of their own home. Regardless of how you feel about them, they are still victims. If these people are supposedy giving Caylee a voice , where were they at the vigils? I hope those people organizing the march Monday will cancel it.

Maybe so much of their reactions and outbursts are about CONTROL issues. They (GA and CA) obviously could not (for whatever reason) properly confront their daughter (who at that time was in their home) so instead they confront all the reporters, looky-lous, and jeerers. I was amazed at George's outburst yesterday and how he was picking on that little guy. Yes, the guy was in a place George considered his property. But the swale or whatever it is called is public property, like it or not. George just couldn't let it go. That ittle guy was not even taunting him (unless you consider the chair, umbrella and tripod a taunt). George was saying, "I don't care how big you are, or how little you are". It was truly disturbing. If the reporters really did not care about the Anthony's well-being that one ambling around the driveway could have pushed George's hotbutton. When George screamed, "That person in the trunk was NOT MY GRANDDAUGHTER", the reporter or anyone could have yelled, "Well, who else did Casey kill?" or "Well, then WHO IS IT, GEORGE?" No, everyone let him calm down.
Casey is the one they really want to confront but for whatever reason they are not doing so (maybe because they already know, or fear pushing her will make her clam up more, or fear the answer, I don't know).

"Cindy Anthony echoed those statements Saturday. She said deputies arrived at the house without a warrant and told her they were taking Casey to a safe place."

How do they arrest somebody without a warrant? I mean they did book her for a crime?

Because is Cindy's fanstay land that is what really happened. The lead dectives on the case would not arrest her without all the proper paperwork.

Has the BH been seen since the NG show last night? The yelling woman was getting sassy with him, then everything broke loose and he just sort of disappeared. If he and his nephew can find a reasonable way to get out of this, without violating the BH creed or something, I can't blame them at this point. I do believe that LP has always said that the bond would be revoked if CA was arrested on other charges. I hope she's in until trial now.

NG show video is still uploading otherwise I would provide the link.

I spoke with TP late last night, and he refused to do that show because JVM was on, seriously. I really got peeved when she railroaded Tim Miller.
I am thinking about doing an open letter to Nancy Grace on her coverage this week and posting it here- any thoughts? Nobody messes with my Tim

I cannot find the thread where the article link for Casey's e-mails to a girl who was helping in a search or something was posted.

THe e-mail was all chipper and "Girl, we'll get together soon. You are such a sweetheart, thanks for all your help." IIRC, this girl was quite young...12 or 13. Maybe an older teen. She was quite upset and hyperventilating when the news came out that there was decomp and Caylee's decomp fluid in the car.

My question is this: Wasn't part of Casey's bail deal that she have no contact with minors? Doesn't this violate this? No contact means no contact...e-mail, written, etc.

yes, and this subject was heated on here last night about that. IF this story is true and Casey did in fact come in contact with this 12 year old, direct contact or indirect contact then she violated he conditions of her bail/bond . Remember, this is a mental health study done and I think that plays in part to this condition of not being around someone under the age of 17.

I thought of that way back in the beginning ---- Cindy presented to me as a heavy drinker, a functioning alcoholic. Of course no one could blame her now if she's taking an occasional belt.

It's not at all unusual for someone in her situation to be on sedatives. I know several people who've only gotten through the funeral of their children by being given prescription meds (Xanax, etc.) just so they could get up and get dressed.

Actually, if she'd (Cindy) gotten through all of this without some kind of pharmaceutical help it would be amazing. I feel something for her, but I can't nail down what. Pity, I think is as close as I can get. She's spent her whole life trying to be "White picket fence/normal family". Keeping up with the Jones. And now her whole bluff is being exposed in front of the entire world. She's very proud of appearances, a control freak. She's still, in the pile of rubble her life has become, trying to fix everything and make the world think everything is okie dokie. The part that worries me is that I think she believes it and her mind has completely closed out any other possibilities, no matter how much is there to prove that her fictional Camelot went up for sheriff's sale and she's now a permanent cast member of A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Is it true that Cindy is saying that the police had no warrant, and came to take Casey to a safe place? Does anyone have a link, please.
