Hypothetical Defense Throwing George under the bus..................Caylee died while at home with George and Casey on the 16th. The duo began covering it up and staging a kidnapping for the benefit of poor Cindy's feelings (she'd abandon them all if she knew the truth). Part of the script was for Casey to stay out of site of her mother, and stall, stall, stall until the poor baby's corpse had decomposed, before reporting her missing, or until such time it became necessary to call the authorities per Cindy's insistance. George was to lay out the kidnapper fall person(aka ZFG), dispose of Caylee, and persuade Cindy to leave Casey and Caylee alone to BOND. Caylee was to NEVER be found so that Cindy could live with the hope she was still alive, either with Casey being the spiteful beatch, or at last resort the imaginanny. They have to stick together on THIS! And are they are still sticking to their stories, because neither one of them want Cindy to blame them for Caylee's death. Casey deviated from the script when she let the car get towed, and now look at where they are, George had to do something to deflect that smell to Cindy by telling her it was rotting pizza. Cindy knew better when she first smelled it, and George followed suit with the FBI, etc. because saving Cindy was his priority.

Sounds plausible to me. Around the same time Greta interviewed CA and GA at their house, I was having strong vibes that something was not right regarding GA's behavior surrounding the situation. Most people seemed supportive/positive regarding GA so I began to think that I had misread his body language, reactions, etc. Not long after that, CA started lying through her teeth and acting stranger by the minute. Add to that that I realized she may have been the last one to care for Caylee so I became suspect of her. Whatever the case, I'm certain that one of them knows exactly what happened therefore they are guilty too imo.

Nevermind - answered my own question.

Who is Mort? Was he the guy who used to drive around with a camera pointed at himself and talk to WS via webcam? He would be at the same location where LP was and share info with people from his truck. Is this the guy? If so, what does he have to do with the defense team? Do you know?

Woe...

I know this gets confusing since the names are so similar but...

Murt...M - U - R - T is the guy who was driving around with the camera attached to his car broadcasting during the Blanchard Park search days he has basically disappeared...

Mort...M - O - R - T is private investigator of Andrea Lyon. He is the one listed as visiting with Casey many times on the visitors list with either AL or Jeanne Barrott (mitigation). He has been discussed a lot recently.
Hope this helps!

Well....IMO...this new "sting" arrest of DB, from TES, with the drug trafficking (along with Ron and Misty).....is gonna open up a big box of fertilizer for Baez and company.

The defense HAS been requesting ALL of TES records for EVERYONE involved in the searches for Caylee....NOT just those in the area she was found.

I just can't help but feel with the bizarre "O-Towns Finest" letter rambling on about drugs, coupled with the arrest of DB for drugs, and she was associated with TES and the searches for Caylee....IIRC, she was with TES for those, no??

I just think the defense/Mort is gonna spin this all like a top....AND, I'll bet we're gonna see a whole bunch of other peoples reputations dragged thru the mud......all IMO

I'm sorry to quote myself...but I re-read my post and it was about as clear as mud...I think....LOL

FIRST :

Baez has been hell bent on getting TES records...ALL of them. On Monday, it was reported that, yet again, they have a motion to be heard about....gee, guess what?? TES records!! (Persistant little buggers, aren't they?? LOL) Apparently, the defense BELIEVES the searchers who checked the area, where Caylee was found, and said there was NO body there, at that time. Therefore, somebody ELSE placed the body there, at a later date....AND, seems Baez feels some OTHER searcher from TES was there and put the body there AFTER it was cleared by the team who searched that site. If I'm gettin' the defenses story straight...I can't keep track of all of them.
SECOND :

There have always been rumblings about Caylee's disappearance being linked to drugs.
A rambling, hand written note was submitted to the court regarding KC taking money and drugs from some big dealer - "O Towns Finest". The "author" then went on about how Caylee was taken from the Anthony's yard for collateral/revenge for KC's taking these drugs, etc.

THIRD :

On Weds, apparently, a drug trafficking "sting", which had been going on for months, netted 5 people from the Haleigh Cummings case - father/stepmother Ron and Misty Cummings, her cousin, another relative AND Debra Brock (DB). DB is the woman from TES who befriended Misty when TES was involved in the searches for Haleigh. Basically, it was said she was doing a "covert operation" to get Misty to talk about what happened the nite of Haleigh's disappearance.
DB was also in the car when a "road rage" incident happened while BOTH were in a car and began terrorizing another person in a car on the highway.

FORTH :

DB is said to have an apartment in Orlando...she was arrested for drug trafficking....(NOW I'M assuming THIS next part -->)....she was part of the TES searches for Caylee and had knowledge of searched/cleared areas.
KC "supposedly" stole drugs and money from a big time dealer....the dealer took Caylee for collateral(according to bizarre hand written letter)....Caylee ends up murdered by these people....apparently, someone (a lower man on the totem pole....DB??) involved with this "drug ring" disposed of Caylee's body, in an area they KNEW had already been searched....thus, the DB/TES connection.

Now...this is all just a crazy scenario I'm thinking the defense MIGHT present in court on Monday, as a reason to get ALL of TES records...IMO, this MIGHT be the latest direction of the defense....and Mort - the PI for AL -is probably working overtime to dig up dirt on everybody/anybody involved in TES searches for Caylee....most of all, DB.

ETA : This story I put forth is sooo convoluted....I don't believe it for one minute....I just "dumbed down" myself and tried to think like the defense....since all their other "fairy tales" have been more nonsense than even THIS!!

The World According has kindly posted two motions from the defense and one from the State on other threads. The defense STILL wants to focus on Kronk and his questionable ex-wife?
W-H-A-TTT? I'm glad the State is again asking for reciprocal defense, but can you believe this? I'm so frustrated at this stupidity I can barely speak.:furious:

See Kentjbkent's post. I still don't know who "murt" is, and after reading what little was posted in this thread, I'm not sure I care. But I did conclude after my post that "mort" was the defense teams new PI. I would watch out if I were him. Look what the last PI got himself into.

Anywho, If a "mert" comes on the scene, I'm outta here!

Ex wives and druggie junkies. Are these the most "credible" witnesses the defense can produce?

The problem with trying to prove someone else dumped the body in the woods and that person was either the real murderer or working for the real murderer is:

The car. How do they get around all that car evidence?

Starting with Casey herself complaining about the dead squirrel smell. (Sigh, unless of course she was told to do this or her whole family would be murdered.)

Seriously folks, if Casey was such a loving mother and a drug dealer did steal her baby, would she hightail it to the cops and squeal like a pig? A loving mother would throw herself in front of a moving train to save her child.

JMO for what it's worth.

This may seem a little off topic but any one wanting to wish Roy Kronk a Happy Birthday, today is his birthday and there is a thread in the Forensic Section. With all he has been through it would be nice to let him know we support him in his effort to bring justice for Caylee. Cake? Cake? Anyone for cake????

Why doesn't the defense just depose these supposed members of TES, and add them to their witness list, and depose TM about whether or not they were in fact members that searched the area near where Caylee was discovered. They apparently have signed statements from these people, so why do they NEED these peoples' information from TES so bad? My guess is that they can't subpoena these witnesses for trial, without proof that they were "in fact", registered searchers with TES, who knows?

I think what happened was that these two people did searches for TES but not in that area so their names were not given to defense. They went to Suburban on their own time and without permisssion from TES so technically they were searching on their own. Why? I believe because KC said "She's close to home". Defense wants the list of everyone so they can ask each individual person if they searched that area on their own, I would imagine. I would also think they want more people to say they searched that area and did not smell or see anything. But RK reported seeing the skull August 11th so we know there was no body by then only her skeleton. No smell and no unusual amount of insect activity could be expected by September if her body was placed there mid June. JMO

Wow, yesterday was Buzz Adlrin's birthday. There goes any argument that astrological signs are correct. That and the fact me and Beverly Sills share a birthday. Back to topic, that just shows how despicable some of this case has got. If you even volunteered to look, you are a suspect? At least in the defense's eyes? Oh PUHleeeze... :furious:

Bold mine.

LOL! Well, doncha know that that's where LKB comes in with her "junk science"? Her job will be to prove that Caylee was never in KC's trunk.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

They are going to have a hard time convincing the good taxpayers of the jury when even mom and pop are saying they don't want Roy dragged through the mud!!! www.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.com/.../george-cindy-anthony-dont-want-roy-kronk-dragged-through-mud/ -
Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, told WESH they want the truth rather than dirt about Kronk.

“They have been vilified unjustly,” Conway said of his clients. “They know what it’s like to live under a microscope unfairly. And they don’t want that to occur to somebody who found their granddaughter.”

Thank God it was Brad speaking for them, if it were Cindy....the message would have gotten lost in her Anthonyonics. Brad makes it pretty clear..... this is bs!!!!

Why haven't we seen a witness list with these two of the defense's experts on it? Perhaps the defense did not like their opinions....[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiVt6AA0z_E&feature=player_embedded[/ame]

I think on Monday the defense is going to ask for more time to have to submit their proof of witnesses or evidence to back up Todd's claim that the body was placed in the woods after Casey was put in jail. The deadline the judge gave them was February 1st. They will try to say that since TES has asked for a continuance for the hearing regarding TES supplying all of their records that the defense cannot prepare because they need those records to come up with the proof. Translation.....they are still fishing.imo

Looks like Susan Smith is pre-empting and testing the KC post penalty Defense strategy...... ineffective counsel.

http://www.wyff4.com/news/22327344/detail.html

Solicitor Kevin Brackett said Smith claims her attorney failed to adequately represent her when she was on trial 15 years ago. In a handwritten petition filed in Union County, Smith also claimed the trial was "unfair."

The appeal comes a month after her petition in federal court was dismissed.
