Maybe not, but I assume people in Florida use logic and common sense. A hair from a trash filled, water filled, plant filled, Florida swamp is not going to equate to Oh! Casey didn't do it! Neither is duct tape floating downstream and randomly sticking to Caylee's face and holding her mandible in place. The jurors are not going to check their brains at the door and indulge in utter nonsense. Once they hear all of the facts together, they are only going to think one person did it.

I mean shoot, if that one hair is so damaging, open the cell and let her out now! I for one am not ready to throw out this whole case so easily.

The hair was found with the gatorade bottle that contained the chloroform that everyone wants to suggest was used on Caylee and contributed to her death. I have never once stated that I thought the duct tape floated onto the skull. The jurors are NOT going to hear the same things written within these almost 4000 threads and 650,000 posts at WS. JMO

Geez, I'm 57 and can count on one hand how many "lovers" I've had and still have fingers left over...she's was only 22 when she was arrested, to me, that's alot of men in a young girls young lifetime...JMHO

The only thing that proves to me is her promiscuity is the reason why she doesn't know who Caylee's father is???

Yes it is actually. I don' t have a link but it was the one where they were nailing down (no pun intended) the timeline and they said such and such a date was when he was first intimate with Casey (I think is how they put it).

Page 15: "the sexual activity maybe picked up that week"

In the interview with TL, he says that they were intimate the first time on June 1/2. This is before Caylee was missing. He also states in the same interview that the sexual activity picked up, once again, before Caylee was missing. Then he goes to New York. There is no talk of sex after those two specific time periods.

No, she truly doesn't. She thinks it's this Eric (CA thinks this) but he unfortunately dies in an accident on his way to Caylee's birthday...I still believe Inmate Anthony has no idea who Caylee's father is...JMHO

And, Jesse Grund too. He had to get a DNA test done. Those were just around the time Caylee was conceived. There also was RM, AR (LE who lied knowing her), TL, BS (she thought she was pregnant with his child)....so we are over 7 that we know of within the past few years.

Investigators say it's also possible that Casey isn't sure who the father is, and the story about a man who died in a car accident fathering Caylee is another one of Casey's lies.

Ortiz's blood was taken for an toxicology test, and the lab has informed investigators that they still have his blood. Investigators are hoping to test it to find out if he is indeed the father of the missing toddler.

Jesus Ortiz was found at fault in the deadly crash, but no alcohol was found in his system.

When we were looking at the DNA results for Caylee the column for possible Hispanic was a very low percentage so does that mean there is little chance that her father would be Hispanic?

But Inmate Anthony has stated different names to different people.

This is what happens when you lie, you never remember the lie you first told.

The old adage, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to decieve..decieve is what Inmate Anthony is all about.

She has not ONE HONEST BONE in her body, I truly don't think she knows how to tell the truth. Terrible for her since her life is in the balance. Had she come clean from the start she may have faced no charges if it truly were an accident or possibly a neglect charge but that's small potatoes compared to a DP sentence. JMHO

We have mountains of evidence in this case...this family has been thoroughly investigated....why is it that the identity of Caylee's father is not known? For some reason, I feel it is relevant. Does anyone else agree?

The longer this case goes....it seems clear that the only hope that this Inmate has is the insanity defense. I think the jailhouse writings confirm this. I think even her mother must now realize this. It is the only chance at saving KC's life, I think.

Insanity defense won't fly, IMO..she must have documented proof of having mental issues, much like Andrea Yates did...no, I do not believe Inmate Anthony would even go along with that one...JMHO
