CA was controlling from day one. She told GA he had to quit what HE had chosen as his life's career. My husband use to say, "Once a cop, always a cop even if you are no longer on the job." CA took away from him the one thing he really wanted to do. Clearly she was in control at that early time in their lives and has never let go of the reins. She controls him now with his misstatements.
CA is right. If she were to admit that KC did something this terrible she'd be blaming herself because they are cut from the same cloth....CA made sure of that. To even think about bearing some of the responsiblity for the death of your beloved granddaughter must be unbearable for her to even think about. jmo
She took from him the only thing he really liked, the only thing he really *was*. It was her first step in taking away his manhood. imo.
