O/T but kinda not...
Have any of you read Erased, by Marilee Strong? The book itself is non fiction and talks about the mindset of men who "erase" their wives or girlfriends, like Scott Peterson, Mark Hacking, Bart Corbin and others. I wouldn't mention it here, but the first real chapter of the book talks about the psychology around eraser killings (as they are called),
and the first section talks about the pathological lying and the inherent need to do so by those who commit those kinds of crimes. It's an intense first part of the book because while you're reading it, you can make a complete connection to Casey Anthony's behavior and lies literally by replacing the word "he" with the word "she" in every sentence in every paragraph decribing the behavior of such people. It's really astonishing how the lies and behavior she's displays maps so closely those have been convicted of eraser killings and helps you better understand why some folks following this case reference those other cases when talking about this one
It's available on Amazon, and if you're like me and not investing in book shelves anymore, it's in the Kindle edition too
