I've read a few times here that she has to find a job, which I am actually surprised about. I didn't realize that this was a requirement of being on probation. Does anyone have a link for this? TIA!

It's at the end where the Probation Terms start, after the first BIG one of no contact with AH. Then they start to be numbered 1-13.

ETA: It is Number 7 of Attachment A, being the Original Order.

I think that hearing is on the 25th or maybe I remember incorrectly, or it could have been rescheduled, but the hearing has not happened yet.

The court costs etc., that I am talking about has to do with the check fraud charges. Remember the DOC wiped those charges out during the jailhouse probation. Now I am wondering if the check fraud court costs and fines have be reinstated and now need to be paid back.

In a nutshell, the Judge scolded JB for his umm lack of candor (lying IMO) to the court and told him to go read Rule 4-3.3 of the Florida Bar Association.
