Casey To Serve One Year Probation

My apologies if this has already been posted, I have not read through the entire thread.

<snipped>Mark Lippman stated, “I believe (and it is anticipate) that Casey Anthony will not serve her probation in Orlando and most likely will not serve her probation in the State of Florida. It is a common practice to have a Defendant that resides out of state register for probation in the state and county where the probation was ordered, and then immediately transfer the probation to a state that can accommodate the probation.

“Another possibility is that Casey Anthony will be given a type of administrative probation where she will either have the ability to call her probation officer or write the Office of Probation identifying her status for the month. This possibility allows Defendants to be put on probation anywhere in the world.”

Mark Lippman made the statements on behalf of his clients George and Cindy Anthony. Lippman has voiced concerns that citizens will mistakenly believe Casey Anthony is living in Orlando with her parents drawing undue attention to the Anthony’s who continue to mourn the loss of their granddaughter.

Is it just me or does anyone else find Mark Lippman as shady as any one of the Anthony's?

How many people do you know that manage to turn grieving into a full time job? Their grief has more to do with their daughter and she will be a constant source in their lives forever.

My personal opinion, since DT reads here, is that KC is in no danger of returning to serve out her probation. I think her DT just does not want her here. She has to surface at sometime so why not just do it now. Time to let her move on. Plus if it only took 12 jurors less than a day to find her NG obviously there are a lot of people who feel she is NG. She's not special and stop trying to sell her story like she's a hero. That is what people are not liking. Show her as humble, willing to take a job and serve her probation out instead of treating her as if she is a DIVA. This is what angers people. So DT stop setting the stage up for her. jmo

I hate to say it, but when I hear Katy Perry's "firework" and the one about extraterrestrials, I think of KC, because they look alike. K. Perry could play KC in the movie IMO.

Loveyameanit Lambie, but I totally disagree.

I want all of us to continue to be disgusted by the inmate. She doesn't know the meaning of humble, neither do her swashbuckling members of her DT. The day we stop being disgusted by her continuing antics will be the day that public apathy sets in, and her ridiculous, selfish, evil behaviour will become banal. I NEVER want that to happen! The day the public doesn't care will be the day we take our collective eyes off of her, and that will be the day she wins. She may not be on death row in prison, but she IS permanently in a public prison of her own making and I want her to shake and sweat bullets each and every time she has to leave the house to mail a letter or get a carton of milk. I want her to feel the full fledged terror and paranoia that comes from knowing that it only takes one crackpot with ideas about his own brand of justice to make her life a scary, living nightmare that she can never wake up from, no matter how many years go by. I want her to sleep with one eye open at all times and second guess the motives of all her new "friends" that she will eventually meet- wondering if they really have her back or will they sell her out for 25 cents and 15 minutes on Jerry Springer.

That is the kind of life I wish for her. That is what she well and truly deserves.

ITA. And while it's a nice thought to consider that she will live a life in fear, I really don't care about that. I only care about seeing her back behind bars one day... this time for the rest of her life.

I think the best case scenario for the safety of anyone who has contact with KC in Orlando would be for KC to report to her PO as required by law, for that PO to keep it quiet, for KC to request a transfer to serve her probation in a different state, for the PO to grant that transfer and keep it quiet. That way, KC will be serving her probation, in an undisclosed location, which would considerably decrease the odds of some mishap where an innocent bystander, or bystanders could get hurt from someone who tries to enforce their own personal brand of justice on KC.

This would follow the judges orders, and would not be special treatment in any way, as numerous felons across the country are granted permission by their PO's to serve their probation in other states. It should also make the good people of Orlando, who truly want KC out of their city forever, happy to have her gone for good. This sounds like a good situation for those who want to see her serve probation, for those who want her out of Orlando, and for those who would not want any innocent bystanders hurt because they happened to be near KC at any given time.

As always, my entire post is my opinion only.

This one, it would have been popular when she was in about 5th grade and I'm sure she knows it well.

I do not believe KC is in any real danger. Sure, there are nuts running around and anything can happen, but that's a possibility no matter where she lives. I cannot see anyone with even one functioning brain cell wanting to go to prison for doing harm to this worthless _______.

But, I expect KC and her DT to continue with this "people hate her" issue for all it's worth each and every time KC doesn't want to do something. It's both a call for sympathy and a way for the DT to fan some dying flames, IMO.

Ah, but this is an entire world full of people. And in one of the most visited destinations in America, by people from all over the world. You're telling me there isn't someone..perhaps on the brink of suicide, wanting to take her out with them? Or any other crazy scenario involving those without a functioning brain cell. I think she has plenty of reason to fear her life, she knows what she did.

Originally I had Jet- Cold Hard ***** but since we are only supposed to choose one, these lyrics are better.

"Lyin' Eyes"

My, oh my, you sure know how to arrange things
You set it up so well, so carefully
Ain't it funny how your new life didn't change things
You're still the same old girl you used to be

You can't hide your lyin eyes
And your smile is a thin disguise
I thought by now you'd realize
There ain't no way to hide your lyin' eyes
There ain't no way to hide your lyin' eyes
Honey, you can't hide your lyin' eyes

If you are real bad with the IRS, you can go to Fed. prison for tax evasion.
Al Capone did and so did Leona Helmsley :floorlaugh:

also Richard Hatch of Survivor reality show fame, went to prison for not paying taxes on the $1 million he won in the first season of Survivor. He served 3+ years in prison the first time, then was on 3 year supervised parole, which he violated and then was sentenced to MORE prison. He is now appealing the parole violation sentence.... but of course FCA is special and won't have to pay any of the $$ she currently owes or will owe, IMO, MOO, etc.

"Hatch, who is currently appearing on NBC's "The Celebrity Apprentice," spent more than three years in prison for tax evasion before being released in 2009, and has been serving a three-year term of supervised release. During that period, he was supposed to refile his 2000 and 2001 taxes and pay what he owed, but he never did."

Well I like the idea of Casey living in fear for her life. It works for me.:rocker:

You reap what you sow in life!!!

That just feeds into her "I am special" which has been one of her biggest problems in life. She isn't special, she is hated and most people feel she got away with murder. Her ego needs stroking, she needs fans. Just like a spoiled brat in the midst of a temper tantrum, ignore them and give no rewards. She'll do herself in sooner or later.

Here's FCA in thirty years.

A dad buys a lie detector robot which slaps people when they lie. He decides to test it at dinner. "Son, where were you today?" The son says "at school dad." Robot slaps the son! "Ok, I watched a dvd at my friends house!" "What dvd?" "Toy story." Robot slaps the son again! "Ok, it was a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬" cries the son. "What! When I was your age I didn't know what 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was" says the dad. Robot slaps the dad! Mum laughs "HaHaHa! He's certainly your son." Robot slaps the mum.

This is all about a little girl, and justice for her murder.
FCA needs to feel one smidgeon of the fear and TERROR that Caylee felt.
If living in Orlando achieves a bit of that- GREAT!
:woohoo:
