The only real threat to her, IMO, would be that bolt of lightning that hit the tree at the remains site. I think threats on blogs are just that threats. It is easy to do if you don't post your real name. All they are doing is venting and saying things they would not say in public. KC's biggest threat is KC. It's only a matter of time before she uses someone again and next time it may be the wrong person.

My guess is DT has consultants telling them what to do and how to get the media's interest back. It would not surprise me in the least. jmo

It is all a big game and I'm tired of their games. Appealing the lying charges. For crying out loud she admitted to lying. Her attorney admitted to her lying. She got off easy and instead of walking away she is appealing. Why? Because if she doesn't get away with the lying too she has too many law suits which are going to eat her alive in judgements.

It is about the money. The almighty dollar. A stay for probation. How ludicrous. There are hundreds of people just in that court house alone given probation each week. How many of them want to do probation? How many of those people want to have to follow rules? How many of them wish they didn't have to do it. How many of them are getting legal representation because "They" are afraid for their lives because maybe they gave up a gang member or a drug dealer?

Games.....and until the defense stops playing these games Casey will never be able to live her life. They are the obstacle right now. For what? What is in it for them? Gotta wonder. But I guess the games and lies worked at trial we might just keep playing them and see how far we can take it.

Its ridiculous that her DT team is fighting the lying charges and the probation... they ought to be thanking their lucky stars that she didn't get a death sentence.. they should just walk away and be thankful for her extremely minimal punishment.. and STOP these smarmy games.. its so infuriating.....:banghead:

Actually I hope the appellate court hears the case 48 hours before she is due back in Orlando and they order her back with no stay and not extra time. If she can jet set around she could make that timeline. And if not Oh so sorry you violated your probation!

These judges are not going to put up with the likes of Baez and Mason acting up in court. And while Ms. Fryer is intelligent and book smart she is no match in appellate court. And she is ruining her future reputation defending the actions of Baez in this matter.

Shunning and ostracizing would be a legal, acceptable way for people to act towards KC.

As for the threats against KC, they were bad enough that the OCSO had a number of officers on duty during her release. How bad they are or how insignificant they are is beyond our knowledge. We can only speculate as to the seriousness of those threats.

On this site, many are angry at the verdict, and feel as if KC got away with murder. Very few wish her well. On many, many other sites, the posters are not nearly as polite. They call her every name in the book, they wish she was dead, they want to do things to her that would make Hannibal Lector blush. I think there are some that may go after KC in Orlando, and I believe it would be much more likely to happen in Orlando than in the middle of Idaho.

As always, my entire post is my opinion only.

This kind of reasoning is the type that foments hysteria, and the kind that the DT promulgates. The probability of something terrible happening to the Felon is insignificant, but the probability of the DT brainwashing a sentimental public into seeing the Felon as stalking victim and the Florida public as significantly dangerous seems pretty high.

..judgeP read & ruled differently, and read it out in court at the sentencing hearing--------his reason why -- each lie--- was independant of the others.

Like say a gang member who has ratted out another member to get a much shorter sentence. Some in that predicament have been known to have to be dragged from jail. And they get no special love from the system...........

I have a thought. The probation was ordered by Strickland. Perry is simply enforcing the order. Would this make an appeal impossible due to the time? Isn't it too late now to appeal?

I think JP gave her two weeks because he is on vacation this week. I think he wants to be here just in case KC decides she's not coming back. And hey, maybe he's working on that letter to the Florida Bar Association while he's taking the week off. I don't think this judge has much time off from his job, takes it home with him and stays up half the night reading. jmo

I hope a huge huge crowd is present when/if FCA shows up for a probation hearing - and the crowd is silent and all at the same time turn their backs on her and whomever is with her. Even if no one sees KC come in or knows when she's coming...if a large group could gather outside the probation building at a specified time on the 26th (or whenever she does show up, if that is known) and actually do this...wow! Not sure. But I CAN tell you the song that I do not like..It was when that guy was singing "you'll be a woman soon"..to Caylee and she acted like she wanted to get the heck away from him, she seemed so uncomfortable.. It was creepy to me and I kept feeling the need to somehow reach back in time and hug her..

I sure hope he's working on that letter to the Florida Bar Association. The next person that Baez bamboozles out of prison could be a serial murderer. Sociopaths seem to be his specialty ... if the rules of law don't apply to him.
