I believe (IMO) that it was sent...but to who, don't have a clue.

Apparently D.O.C did send a letter to the State's Attorney office that probation had started for KC.
It is on HHJB denied motion for probation on page 5 of 13

You are welcome. Pls note that the letter was sent to the victim(Amy Huizinga) in care of the State's Attorney's office . Probably a routine thingy. Mr George surely would not have opened any mail not addressed to him. JVM is spouting half truth as usual.

Agree and I don't believe Mr. George would state mid hearing with HHJP that he had not received any notification that her probation had started and/or ended if it wasn't true.

You are right! And according to the news people allowed inside, there were other options in place for her exit. But JB opted for out the front door IMO so there would videos and photos of her coming out and being met by a "group" of protesters yelling at her. He and she are so predictable

She's gotten really pathetic since the verdict to try to rehabilitate herself in Baez eyes. She was so sure there was going to be a guilty verdict in the late days of the trial - now she has to :back: like crazy to try to make it up.

I left feedback on her site calling her a hypocrite. The 'War on Women' she yells constantly is just a catchy phrase and means nothing. Caylee never got to be a woman. Her mother made sure of that. Caylee's murderer was set free by an unscrupulous DT, a big bark but no bite judge who rushed jury selection, and a stupid/lazy jury. I asked her if money and ratings were really that important to her.

Yes, I'm sorry...I completely blanked on her name. I find her to be so distasteful. Even though my darling Mark E wasn't saying anything I agree with, he always argues his points in a logical or funny way. Wientraub always looks like she just sucked on a lemon!

You honestly think that would do any good. Shows like that are geared towards getting the audience enraged/influenced, in the manner of those 12 jurors from Pinellas County. Half truth plus suggestive remarks are more effective towards that goal. It is a common tactic.
They do not outright lie, they just do not give you the whole story and let you fill in the blanks based on half baked info you just received. Very similar to politicians.:floorlaugh:

I see a "War on Children" in this country. Kids are missing, abused or murdered...while Talking Heads and their ilk go out of their way to defend the rights of the perpetrators. JVM ought to be ashamed.
