Lol, I just looked at the poll. The questions are like those bad psych eval questions from the, what '30's?, they rate along with Rorschach testings? Anyhow, I don't know if that poll will make it to the people behind the money, media machine, but go ahead and give it a shot.

The questions are geared toward how the show will go:

Yes - okay talk to the grieving Grandparents, play softball, promote the fake foundation
No - okay, have them on the show and push it down the public's throats that they need to get over it the case is done, the public has psych issues that are harming the entire A Clan.
I'm over it - your vote does not count, you have the attention span of a gnat.

Reading between the lines, I daresay that does not look good for the DT.
They are on the fence on this one. They could have just put a stay on it if they were going to agree with DT and put it in their backlog of appeals cases for later. Am sure, they are a busy busy court. .

If JVM would defend human victims like she does animal victims, she could be a great show host.

Wasn't the initial response to the lawyers of the "petitioner" Casey Anthony directed to Mason and Fryer to produce the transcripts of the original sentencing hearing and the recent hearing to the Appeals Court before the 22, so this Appeal can proceed? It looks like the Appeals Court is adding this information can be faxed to the Court.

So I'm assuming this is the Appeals Court noticing the State so the State et al know The Appeals Court have made this request to the petitioner? My take on it anyhow.

I had read...and don't know where exactly...that it was LE's decision to go out the front...that Baez wanted to leave from the back (believe this was according to LE).

Yes, I heard the same, as they did not want to treat her any differently than any other person being released.

Oh I see what you are talking about. My understanding was it wasn't necessary for the respondents to respond - only a formality, without automatically causing a "lose" in the Appeal process. Must have read that from some legal head.

I love the word "ORDERED" in the docs from the District Court. I assume if they do not respond in said time their appeal goes into the paper shredder and there might even be other consequences. You JUST do not disobey ''ORDERS' from the Court and skate away with it unscathed .:woohoo:

One of the guests (sorry don't know who-listening on the car radio) said the court-appointed psychologist (?) reported that Casey suffers from ASPD and Narcissistic Personality Disorder? I do not recall ever seeing any mental eval. reports. There was one dude , forgot his name , the one with the unusual fur like hair, that actually did examine her and he said that in his professional opinion, she did exhibit some narcissistic traits but not full blown NPD.

No - you haven't forgotten anything RR0004 - do you remember when Baez
and Dorothy were trying to get around the mentally incompetent part and wanted to bring mitigating circumstances into the guilt phase but didn't want the State to interview them? Then HHJP told the State to go ahead and the depositions were halted and abandoned? They were never entered into evidence so how those so called expert confidential reports could have been "breached" is probably just more hooey out there.

There were NO reports of ASPD and Narcissistic Personality Disorder reports in there at all. The only shrink who's gone public is Dr. Krop and he denied finding any personality disorders at all. I think this is just another talking head flapping his gums and swinging his fishing pole...

Yes, but remember, that was not information he gave willingly. Dr. Drew was giving him a really hard time believing the diagnosis of immaturity and then Dr. Krop of the unusual hair admitted one test showed "some" traits but he considered them to be part of her immaturity and not a disorder at all.

Tks, I was wracking my brain about Dr Krop's name. All I remembered was his hair. That was also the only guy, that I can remember, who publicly disclosed anything about an actual hands on mental eval. of KC.

Dr William Weitz has examined her too and while he said she had some traits of those personality disorders, he would not diagnose her as such. IIRC he summed her up as being a liar and a thief... here he is on NG talking about her.

The other Psych evaluations that were done in preparation for trial were quickly buried when the SA wanted to see them and have their own folks evaluate her..
