Well in that case she may have a stronger case although it still does not match all the other demographics KC used to describe ZFG. JB will say that the nanny could have lied to her about who she was and that the nanny is the one that should be sued :crazy:

The heavy, heavy advertizing is mostly blamed for the bad reputation. But people do know who to call if they want to sue someone and they cannot afford to pay an attorney upfront or even if they lose.

I agree with you. i think the fear may be that KC would have to take the stand in a civil lawsuit and this is what CA is worried about. I was just explaining that CA claim about Jmorgan is shared by many around central florida, that's all.
