Did you catch the snipe in Jose's countersuit about Morgan? "A law firm, it should be noted, which utilizes highway billboards in order to advertise their services. This lawsuit allows them to generate further publicity for their law firm without paying thousands of dollars for a billboard."

Thank you. JM has been in the game since the '80's. They have like 10k active cases in Orlando and around 6k active cases in Tampa. In 2000 alone, his firm raked in 55 MILLION dollars.

If Baez can proove and verify ONE truthful statement Casey made about ZG, her babysitter, then I'll let him eat KC brownies without any grief from me. There IS no ZG babysitter or kidnapper, and if JB plans to say in any court of law that there is actually such a real person, he's going to have to come up with some place she ever lived, worked or even breathed in Orlando. Good luck with that. I'd bet the pirate ship he couldn't even come close!

When the ZFG defamation suit was filed, I remember reading that she may be able to collect by getting a payment from the Anthony's homeowner's insurance since Casey resided with them (and has no money of her own - and I use that term loosely).

So if ZFG wins this suit, does Jose have to sue George and Cindy so Casey can pay the judgment?

Yes, Casey changed her tune at one point and named 2 of the children, the same two listed on the paperwork ZFG did at Sawgrass. If I can find the info to back that up, I'll post the link.

On the day she was arrested, Casey and Cindy went on the internet in the morning after Casey was dropped off at home by the police in the early AM, and before they came back for the futile trip to Universal shortly after noon.

Somehow I can picture Casey going on myspace to prove to her mother the existence of Zenaida, and probably thinking she'd lucked out when she found one.

Interesting question. Would CA & GA's homeowner's insurance cover Casey since she lived in their house at the time (even though she's an adult)?

We're aware that Morgan repeated ZFG's claim that Casey named the 2 children, but that is not accurate. She did not name the children and she said ZFG has no children. You will not find anyplace in Casey's statements to LE where she said ZFG has children.

I can't locate LE's computer forensic report. I recall that the searches were done on July 16th on Cindy's desktop computer. I 'think' the first one was at about 12:30 in the afternoon, but I'm old and my memory is gone.
