Casey's fantasies about Cindy giving her the house are really important

I never really gave the business about KC getting the house much thought because psychopaths like to tool people just for their own amusement. I'm sure KC thought it hysterical that Amy was gullible enough to believe what KC said about moving into the house. I mean no offense to Amy because when it comes to psychopaths most of us can be duped unless we're someone like Dr. Hare who's spent his life working to unravel the keys to psychopathy.

But reading this conversation again between KC and TL has changed my mind about KC just fantasizing about getting the house. With all her changes of boyfriends, I have to wonder if she hadn't shopped for a guy who would help her off her parents. Maybe she had someone lined up, and the deal fell through.

This just strengthens my belief that she was planning on doing away with CA and GA too. Maybe more so them than Caylee. Maybe she killed Caylee because she either couldn't go through with killing GA and CA, didn't have the opportunity, or CA/GA found out what was going on and that was the big fight on the 15th.

Logically, you have to ask yourself, why would CA/GA, either or them, sign the house over to Casey? They had to know that she did not have the financial ability to pay the mortgage nor did she have the maturity.

Why would CA, if she could not afford the house payments, let Casey live there and make the payments? Her history pretty much proves that she had never in her life been help responsible for paying for anything at all.

If CA , would have to be totally off her rocker to give Casey responsibility for taking over her mortgage payments, then there are only 2 reasons for Casey to brag about her taking over the house.....1) it was all a big lie but if that is the case....it was really stupid of her to bring Amy into it when Amy had no place else to go or 2) She was making plans to get rid of at least CA (maybe not GA if she was convinced that her mom was kicking him out before hand).

I guess, if she was not planning to get the house she would not have invited Amy to move in because when that did not happen she would have to come up with a really good story and still lose credibility with her peers. Don't cha think?

Really long post just to say I think that she had a much bigger plan in mind based on the house story and the search for household weapons, etc.

Caylee may have been collateral damage when she got angry because CA and GA were on to her. Thus the reason that CA won't admit the big fight on the 15th. She would have to tell the court that she found out that Casey was planning to off them which would not go over well when Caylee was killed.

Rambling comment over now.

If the house was in CA's name could she just 'give' KC the house on paper, then avoid having to share proceeds with GA in the event of a divorce? Just thinking....

A "most excellent" thread that has been picking up as of late. I swear I am not normally such a wishy-washy guy but I find meself agreeing with ALL the posts :waitasec:. I eagerly read darn near every single page of documentation released but admit to not reading her texts. Just this example shows what sort of class and imagination we are dealing with. I am not a prude but when every me and me girl get "randy" in text or email, well the descriptions are a wee bit more poetic. :blushing: Closer to topic, there is so much weight to both the take out theory and the plain old her "perping Vanilla Ice style" (I live in a predominately African-American neighbourhood and give the kids treats when they teach me their slang and signs. the "p.V.I.s" means to be lying big time.) I really think she had some online diary somewhere that is a real picture into a sick and tortured soul out there. Remember, the SOA did not bring the DP back just to scare her into a plea. There are going to be things brought out in the trial that will rival any film's courtroom drama. You can bank on that.

I imagine criminal psychologist will study this case for a long time. I just watched the jail visits again, you can see how KC manipulates them and only talks about herself She is truly evil and she cares only for herself she is devoid of any actual emotion but anger she feigns the other emotions.IMO

I have a different take on this along similar lines I dont think the fight was about them finding out she was lying about getting the house I think her plans changed drastically that night because Caylee told CA something about KC so KC killed Caylee out of anger retaliation for whatever Caylee told CA I think the duct tape was symbolic kinda saying you should have kept your mouth shut

One more thing the Winnie the Pooh blanket screams killed by a mother I know it sounds strange but often times mothers cover or wrap their children in blankets after they kill them I read that in a book by one of the first Criminal Profilers in the FBI for the life of me I cant remember his name

Casey's fantasies about Cindy giving her the house - I heard something in an LE interview with Nate (TL's roommate) that could lend some insight into this. The night that Lee picked up Casey's belongings (July 15th) Lee was chatting to TL and roomies about all the financial problems that Casey had caused her parents, and Lee also said that at one time there was talk about putting the house in Lee's name (or signing it over to Lee). It appears to me that Casey may have morphed these conversations about the house into her own fantasy world (at least this is my guess).

Good point. Maybe Caylee overheard KC say something and told CA. I could see CA steaming over the money but, you're right, she had already been used to dealing with KC doing that. Which reminds me! I wonder why GA had that gun in his car/trunk??? Was he afraid of KC?
True, C&G will never admit these things. And the neighbors hearing them arguing outside. I just thought of something else! Wasn't CA going to take Caylee somewhere else that day, but went home instead? I would think she would deal with KC and the money issue after finishing her plans with Caylee, especially since it was a Sunday and the banks were closed anyway? JMO

I've always thought the money issue was much earlier, closer to around the time of her birthday because the check had been uncashed and she used the routing numbers to get into her grandfather's account. I assumed that was already over and done with, although it may have been one of many things that contributed to the fight on the 15th.

IMO, it is very likely Caylee said something to CA on the trip to Mt. Dora that day - particularly since KC had stayed at RM's for much of the week with Caylee. The week CA took off from work, to spend time "bonding" with KC and Caylee basically ended with KC as a no-show and CA babysitting her granddaughter. It was more than a flop. I'm sure that CA was seething about that and the recent "anything but clothes" party she may have found the photos of which proved KC was lying about being at work and needing them to sit for Caylee. KC's absence the week before Father's Day indicates to me there was another fight leading up to the big one.

Since recently CA had called KC up and told her to bring Caylee home late at night, I think that the fact KC had taken Caylee away overnight was of concern to CA and something she had time to explore driving up to her father's that day. If she found out that Caylee had been sleeping in RM's room, and figured she might have been witnessing things she shouldn't, I'm sure CA would have hit the ceiling (remember how upset she and GA supposedly were when they found KC and Jesse on the bed in her room with Caylee as a baby, even though they were fully clothed).

KC had been stealing so long without consequences, and in numbers much larger than this amount, that I'm not sure it would have elicited the alleged choking attack. But a vituperative response to CA by KC if she was confronted about how well she was caring for Caylee could certainly have escalated, especially with threats about never seeing Caylee again if she left.

And I'm with all those people who think the computer searches were much more likely to have been about her parents. You don't need to look up household weapons to kill a toddler. You can simply do that with duct tape.

I've been thinking about this, and I recall the im's from June 10th between KC and TL.

KC is already telling TL (and AH) - "just a few more days......." and things of that nature. (highlighted in red)

Also, she is telling TL about "Jules" and how they know each other......Weird. Is this the first time anyone hears of the infamous "Juliette L" or was she named in the work email too- can't remember.

Oh, and at the end of the text session on the 11th (near the bottom), TL refers to KC as "Bella Mia". I think that means "my beautiful" in italian. I'm thinking this plays in with the tattoo.

Could any of this be considered premeditation in some way?

I've been on the whole house story craze lately, wondering how it ties in with Caylees' death.:waitasec:

Green BBM. Great obvervations Skygirl. Along with the first mention of Jules (Juliette Lewis); it's the first time Tom (Manley) was mentioned as well. She says that she's worked with him for 4 years. All part of her fantasy. Also it may have been the first time TL told her he loved her. Look at all her exclamation marks in her reply. More impetus to turn fantasy into fact.

I've always thought the money issue was much earlier, closer to around the time of her birthday because the check had been uncashed and she used the routing numbers to get into her grandfather's account. I assumed that was already over and done with, although it may have been one of many things that contributed to the fight on the 15th.

IMO, it is very likely Caylee said something to CA on the trip to Mt. Dora that day - particularly since KC had stayed at RM's for much of the week with Caylee. The week CA took off from work, to spend time "bonding" with KC and Caylee basically ended with KC as a no-show and CA babysitting her granddaughter. It was more than a flop. I'm sure that CA was seething about that and the recent "anything but clothes" party she may have found the photos of which proved KC was lying about being at work and needing them to sit for Caylee. KC's absence the week before Father's Day indicates to me there was another fight leading up to the big one.

Since recently CA had called KC up and told her to bring Caylee home late at night, I think that the fact KC had taken Caylee away overnight was of concern to CA and something she had time to explore driving up to her father's that day. If she found out that Caylee had been sleeping in RM's room, and figured she might have been witnessing things she shouldn't, I'm sure CA would have hit the ceiling (remember how upset she and GA supposedly were when they found KC and Jesse on the bed in her room with Caylee as a baby, even though they were fully clothed).

KC had been stealing so long without consequences, and in numbers much larger than this amount, that I'm not sure it would have elicited the alleged choking attack. But a vituperative response to CA by KC if she was confronted about how well she was caring for Caylee could certainly have escalated, especially with threats about never seeing Caylee again if she left.

And I'm with all those people who think the computer searches were much more likely to have been about her parents. You don't need to look up household weapons to kill a toddler. You can simply do that with duct tape.

Also, I notice how KC doesn't even want to look at her parents at hearings, or request to see them. She seems to still be very angry with them.

Reading that conversation between KC and Tony again really has me thinking....I agree the key is the fight on the 15th.I tend to believe that is also the clue ,the thing KC mentioned in the jailhouse conversation that "don't worry,I did not say anything"
....and even for her delusions she seemed certain she would have the house....I'm beginning to think CA was in on it....it would explain a lot of the way CA has been acting....what if they were BOTH plotting to get rid of George ,well at least CA was talking about throwing him out and KC could have the house and she would move into an apartement,what if CA made KC believe this?....and when KC noticed it's not going to happen the fight/rage happened on the 15th....that would explain CA acting so guilty and being in cover up mode,that would explain the anger KC displays during the jailhouse tapes towards her mom yet she seems honestly remorsful when she talks to her dad...
...I also wonder what date that was when Tony mentioned he did not want girls,unfortunetely I think without this statement Caylee would still be alive today.

This got me to thinking. If that scenario is true, I wonder how CA felt when Casey told her that she had chosen to talk to her father? That she wanted to reconnect with him, the one she had been the most distanced from?

Casey's fantasies about Cindy giving her the house - I heard something in an LE interview with Nate (TL's roommate) that could lend some insight into this. The night that Lee picked up Casey's belongings (July 15th) Lee was chatting to TL and roomies about all the financial problems that Casey had caused her parents, and Lee also said that at one time there was talk about putting the house in Lee's name (or signing it over to Lee). It appears to me that Casey may have morphed these conversations about the house into her own fantasy world (at least this is my guess).

But didn't Cindy have a mortgage on that house? I'm trying to remember the bond hearing and seem to recall a mortgage. You can't just sign over a house to someone if you owe money on it, right? I mean the person would have to be credit worthy to absorb the debt. I have many words to describe Casey but credit worthy are not on the list.

His description of the trunk was very graphic. We are talking about "use em and loose em KC" here and her concerns for other people. How long after this video did GA suddenly change his story? Look at how KC has her family on their knees worshiping her as if she were someone special. I often wonder how they live with themselves.

I don't think CA ever offered KC the house. I think CA may have offered the house to Lee and KC assumed that if Lee did not want it she could have it. CA admitted she was seeing a counselor about KC and getting custody of Caylee so why would CA even suggest giving KC the house. That is just my opinion but if we were to list all the things going on those last few weeks the answer is probably there somewhere. And I, too, believe the fight on the 15th was over Caylee and what CA discovered. That may have been the reason for the duct tape with the heart sticker. "This should shut you up for good baby girl....oh, and P.S. I love you." Just my ranting opinion.

What I mean is, KC hadn't begun having the typical young adult experiences where we gain life knowledge by opening our first checking account, have our first mortgage, pay taxes, just start understanding how everything works. She hadn't been in the adult world where you learn by hearing about a coworker's inheritance problems or a boss's issues over who gets the house in his divorce and the legalities of it all. She already knew what happens when a child is missing or deceased. You get a lot of undivided attention and sympathy. But I would think she'd do computer searches to find out what happens if your parents die. Do you just inherit the house, cars, furniture, savings? What if there's a mortgage or other debt? As long as she was searching missing children websites, neck breaking, how to make chloroform,etc why didn't she do any searches about how to ensure you get the house when your parents die. Should she encourage them to draw up a will, take out life insurance, add her name to the mortgage... these are the types of rudimentary questions I would think KC might have. Or was she just going to kill them and wing it??? :waitasec:

I think she knew that George was on to her, didn't believe anything she said and this was her chance to try and snowball him. She knew from the media that Cindy was supporting her lies. IMO? Her chance to make sure that George did also. Nothing more.

Same here. Had we been introduced, I would instantly know something was off with her and I would have avoided conversation with her at all costs so I believe the feelings would have been mutual. You have to take an interest in Casey to be useful to Casey.

She changed social circles so frequently and carefully surrounded herself by people who could not, would not or didn't care enough about her to see through her phony, adapted persona.

Once those select few got a glimpse of the real Casey, it was time to move on. However, not before "borrowing" parts of their personalty/likes/dislikes etc in most cases.

Almost O/T but not: :croc:Casey reminds me of the character "tony dinozo" on NCIS who in past shows had a movie "clip" for every action/interaction but of course, our hapless heroine Casey is missing the intellect that the "tony" character posses, HE recognizes that the behaviors in the video clips are FAKE & CONTRIVED but he substitutes reasoning & behaviorial analysis to succeed!

I just keep wondering if KC knew of or overheard someone in the home say something about a life insurance policy. Maybe one her parents took out on her or Caylee, or themselves. The number $15k keeps going thru my mind, only because that was the amt she told Baez she had available to retain him (IIRC). Although, as much as this girl flew by the seat of her pants until she hit a proverbial wall (ie: police tours to Nanny's apt, Universal tour, etc) she might have just overheard someone at the jail say something about $15k is the minimum amt most atty's would require or something to that effect.
