Casey's Life in Jail, Visitors; Phone Calls; Commissary etc.#3

My guess....they're going to use some kind of psychological explanation for the 31 days and her unemotional reaction to the 'disappearance' of Caylee.

But it would be just one more lie.

Maybe the defense has finally told ICA, there's too much evidence against you. The nanny you say you left Caylee with, doesn't exist, no one can find her! Not to mention Josh and his son! It would be in your best interest to change your plea to guilty once I get the SA's to go along with it. In going along with it, he would ensure that the DP is not her sentence and offer LWOP instead???

ICA should jump at that, if it were an option for her. There is no way she will be found innocent. She's done too much to cover up her actions and by avoiding her parents, abandoning the vehicle, never calling authorities to alert them of an allegedly missing or abducted child, carry more weight for the prosecution. All they can do is point out some form of psychosis, whether it be due to her parents (more CA then GA) controlling every aspect of her life, wanting to be free from parental incubrances, wanting to please her boyfriend du jour. In the end, her actions spoke louder than her words. Every word spoken were lies, lies and more lies. I don't see anyway around this and if Baez/Cheney were truly trying to save their clients life, this would be the way to go, IMO...

$188.61 in her commissary account as of today!!

Once again, the blog I had mentioned yesterday (as I am not permitted to mention it), has posted a copy of the $200.00 money order (purchased at the Amscot probably just near her house where the car had been abandoned.).

It looks like Express is well on top of this...Thanks.

Wonder why they don't confiscate this for what she owes the state? I wonder if a lawsuit against her could garnish her granny-panty and cheese fund, the way a non murderer might have their wages garnished?

Seems the defense might be changing their course...Boy, we can only hope for a change in her pleadings....to.....guilty???? JMHO

Justice for Caylee

my snip

that was the impression I got looking over those things last night. I'm such a nerd. I was half asleep and then I kinda *pinged* and the thought snuck in: sure looks like they're getting ready to beg for a plea...

how does it work, can they beg for a plea deal to get the DP off for a guilty plea? can they just plead guilty and beg for her life at sentence (which of course they would have to do trial or no)

I do think the state would accept a plea if "begged". saves tons of money and why go through a total farce of a trial cause it would indeed be a total farce. we all know she did it, we all know the state will prove it beautifully, why put the As through it, I dont agree with all they do but I do think they've paid plenty, and we all know the best ICA can hope for is lwop...why not cut to the chase right now, justice for caylee...

Well his name and the company name have not received disbursements from the JAC, that I can find.

Here is an article about him:

Decision Analysis and Renowned Trial Consultant Richard Gabriel's Jury Selection and Trial Strategy Key to Hung Jury in Spector Murder Trial

:waitasec: IIRC Baez asked Judge Perry for a Jury consultant and he said NO and something about Mason, with all his experience could be the jury consultant..or something to that affect.

IMO, they aren't going to try for a plea deal. The newest two attorneys to visit Casey are evidence of that. Richard Gabriel is an expert on jury selection. Dorothy Sims is an expert on direct and cross examination of medical experts. One thing I thought really interesting on Dorothy Sims website was this: "she is available to instant message suggested questions to lead counsel as he or she conducts the cross examination in real time while Dorothy listens to the testimony of the defense expert." Wow, I never realized things like this went on.

The defense team wouldn't need the help of either one of these unless they were preparing for a trial.

O/T - I am such a nerd too, I did the same thing last night trying to fall asleep when all of sudden I found myself wide awake and wondering about the gas can incident on June 24, 2008. I can't remember if anyone has asked George where he thought Caylee was that day since KC was at the house by herself. Sorry for the O/T, lol, I'm going to find the proper thread to read about it.

It seems as though I have a vague memory of JB going through the names of experts he wanted the State to pay for and HHJP denying a jury consultant. Didn't he say something about Mr. Mason and his experience? Or maybe I am confusing that comment with another situation.....

I remember the same thing Snaz.

  • #791
That's right-Judge P did deny the jury consultant. That just means JAC won't pay for it. They can still use one if they want to pay the person themselves or try to get him/her to work pro bono.

Thank You

So why not avoid a "loss" for their record by actually coming out and doing the right thing. Instruct Casey to confess, apologize and show remorse and humility. Humbly ask for mercy and forgiveness from the good people of Orlando, the tax-paying people of Florida, LE, The Anthony neighbors, TES, all the innocent people attached to this case that have been harmed and all of the millions of followers and bloggers who have watched in horror at the murder of a baby and the cover-up by her family.

Just let it go, let everyone breathe again and have our faith restored in not just justice, but people's ability to do the right thing, in this case, the greatest good for all involved. (JB could even be a hero if he could pull this off)

BBM
If only Pattymarie, if only...IMO..it won't happen, this case is going to trial.

So mommy and daddy do a few Today shows to rustle up the cash for 'indigent' KC. :furious:

I've been divorcing myself from the Today show after many many moons.
Just because they coddle the A's. Heck I avoid their stations as much as possible.
It's my right, so I do it.

I love me some Sheriff Joe

a few years back he was targeted by a lawsuit on behalf of his inmates, alleging that assigning them (males AND females) to work on chain gangs was cruel and unusual punishment. Sheriff Joe prevailed

he was asked why he allows only 2 TV channels: Disney and the Weather Channel. Disney, because it's wholesome and TWC "so they'll know how hot it's gonna be on the chain gang tomorrow"

his jail has an extremely low recidivism rate and the highest rate for inmates obtaining GEDs

no 🤬🤬🤬🤬, no weightlifting equipment, no AC. "if our troops in the Gulf get by w/o AC, so can these people"

I'd be very happy if KC got LWOP, was assigned to a chain gang and was housed w/o AC

she'd be so frushtrated!

I love me some Sheriff Joe too!
Ok, also the guys get pink undies but the kicker
The WOMEN, if they want to watch any tv, they have to pedle a stationary bike to conduct ecectricty!! I was amazed.

I think all jails that can should be self sufficent. Grow their own gardens, have their own chicken, duck ect coups, their own cattle and hogs and their work should be taking care of sustaining themselves.
It would do everybody good. The tax payers and the prisioners an d staff.

JB thinks if we see what Casey orders in jail she won't get a fair trial.
Maybe she'll be found not guilty on a cookie/cocoa technicality.

Obviously he has finished looking over the TES documents since it appears he found the time and effort to write, cite case law, and submitted this motion.

Should make good "reading" material.

My question is, if Casey did plea, would the state offer her anything less than LWOP ? I'm ok with LWOP, anything less would not be justice for Caylee.

This motion makes her look even worse in my eyes she should give a rats azz about us knowing about her food orders. We dont need this to embarass her she should be feeling embarassed about not reporting her daughter missing and her behavior after the fact. She is humiliated that we know she orders coco and crackers but not humiliated about everything else we know in regards to this crime. What a joke just a complete joke..IMO

One more thing, her lawyers should tell her that she has bigger worries than us knowing what she snacks on..they should in fact be defending her case instead of fighting to keep her menu from being observed. REALLY????
