It should be obvious to all of us by now that the A's don't always make the best choices when it comes to how their actions might appear. While I think the whole Ritz/Dinner thing is in poor taste (regardless of who paid for it) I'd bet they would both tell you that they'd sleep on a bed of hot coals and eat dirt every night for the rest of eternity if it meant they could have Caylee back.

I completely agree.:clap::clap:

I am surprised that they would not have gone to see KC as their first priority.

(BTW...as an aside, today I have reached a milestone birthday and have cancelled plans to go out in order to follow this online and tv tonite...can you say "addicted?") Thanks WS for my birthday greeting in my email today!

i agree i think they have thought all along that caylees death was an accident .. because im sure that is what casey has told them and they being her parents want to believe that .no one wants to believe thier child killed thier own baby in cold blood .. remember she has lied and lied to them too .. they actions are in poor taste but imagine how they feel once they are confronted with the fact that caylee was murdered not by accident .. i mean seriously how do we know for a fact without a doubt they know this ? we dont..no they shouldve never done what they have that is not right in the eyes of the law but they are thinking with thier hearts for casey . she has played them bigtime .. they shouldve been thinking about caylee too .. and i feel they have been as much as they could but they knew that she could never come back anyway . so why lose thier daughter as well .. i think once they find out that she really killed caylee they see that body what is left of her .. they will not be so loving to casey anymore . they probably wont have anymore to do with her .. that is my hope anyway .MOO i most likely am wrong but . i guess i cant be mean and cruel to people . i also dont want to bash them, no matter what they have done ..they lost a baby they loved .. when caylee and cindy were together in the videos you could see love there . more so that that of her and casey .. remember cindy and GA didnt murder caylee . casey did and now they are going to blame themselves forever for that .. could you want to live with that guilt ? that shame ? that horrible feeling when you get up and realize its NOT a dream ...?i have only had 2 hours of sleep so if im babbling sorry :)

If you now knew that your daughter murdered your beloved grandchild in your home, would you want to stay there? I assume the Anthonys will NEVER go back there again. They have family in the area they could stay with such as Cindy's mother.

The housing market is, well.. Aghm.... good luck selling...

Family would only let them stay for a short while. Eventually they will have to go home..

:clap::clap::clap::clap: Exactly! It doesn't matter who is paying for anything...it matters that they are doing LKL part two at a time like this!!!

Do you think they will go through with the show? If they do, I think I will stay here and read your posts. I cannot imagine being in public, let alone a national television show when my last oz of hope has been shattered!

omg. Why shouldn't the news report this? Why not? The A's have dragged us into their sordid lives every minute of every day. They've made themselves public figures.

Please arrest them. Please arrest them. Please arrest them.

They can't just drop in at the jail for a visit. It has to be prearranged and approved by Casey.

Happy Birthday.

I can't imagine that LE would have taken them to the top hotel for a meal fit for royalty, when they are determining how to recoup all the funds the city has lost in this case.

ITA!!!!

LE knows that if it got out that tax dollars picked up the tab for the As to spend the night at the Ritz, it could hurt their image. Taxpayers would be livid!!

I don't think LE had anything to do with it.

Sincerely,
BeagleMom

It is obvious Cindy has been too sick to eat since Caylee went missing.

I am betting it was all George could do to get Cindy to go out and sip some soup. Sometimes you have to eat something to NOT shake and be sick.

As I have said, I do not have a clue how or why George and Cindy chose that restaurant, BUT it is a big leap to say that because they went to that particular establishment those people are not griefstricken.

IMO

NOTHING this familly has ever done has led me to believe they were "griefstricken". In fact, most everything they do leads me to think quite the opposite. So what, CA lost weight. Poor baby. I believe that guilt and self condemnation may waste her away to dust, and frankly don't give a d**n if it does. Little Caylee lost alot more than a few pounds. This family gets NO sympathy from me.

This is a video of C&G returning to their house today after it was searched by LE.

I find it odd that they did not open the garage door like they usually do, they went in the side garage door instead.
Anyone think there might be a brand spankin' new Luxury vehicle hiding in their garage? It wouldn't surprise me since they made a tidy sum of $$$$ in the missing child business.

My husband's boss has an amazing beach house overlooking the city skyline on the other side of the harbor. After our son died we stayed there for a month. It could have been a shack in the desert. We were in shock and grieivng.People brought us wonderful meals.Friends came from out of town to visit.Maybe it appeared we were having a great time.We sat on the deck drinking beer and wine. We could barely breath. Literally ,long drawn in breaths because we would stop breathing. You can't escape the grief no matter where you go.And I do believe GA and CA are grieving for Caylee. They are handling things all wrong, but going to a nice hotel and eating dinner does not mean they aren't hurting. Can you imagine? I'm sure the last thing she wants to see are the grief-stricken faces of her parents. (They'd be grieving for Caylee, not for their poor daughter stuck in a teeny cell with only dry granola bars for comfort.)

You mean they did not go get coiffed and out to a night at Club Fusion?

I would easily believe that LK staff were thoughtful enough (on LK orders) to arrange the accomodations as soon as they heard. I'm sure LK just says "get them accomodations at the Ritz", not thinking it's flashy, but since i'm sure that's the only world HE lives in. He stays there, so he'd tell staff to book them there. (NOT saying that happened, just saying i find it plausible).

Could be. Perhaps some sympathetic person, upon learning that the A's could not go home, paid for them to stay at the Ritz and eat at Normans. If that's the case, and they'd refused, they'd be accused of being ungrateful.

Agreed, but what anyone would think of me at a time like that wouldn't be reason for me to feel obligated to go out to a fancy dinner.

Excuse me..............it has EVERYTHING to do with Caylee.

They go to the Ritz and have a celebratory dinner after finding out their granddaughter's little head rolled out of a garbage bag 7 houses below their home?

I have seen a lot of things over the years in searches, and that even affected me to think of her little head with her hair still on it and her little mouth duct taped shut. It made me ill and they celebrate with a meal.

I need to quit before I get in trouble on this...........

*Bold mine

Well said. I completely agree. Regardless of who paid, it is incomprehensible that two people who just heard their beloved granddaughter's remains had probably been found, chose to spend that night indulging at any restaurant, much less a pricey, luxurious one. It's a disgusting display of narcissism and utter disregard of the respect that Caylee deserves. I highly doubt that most people , if put in this situation, would feel up to getting all dressed up and appearing in an upscale restaurant, much less feel like consuming anything, short of a few stiff drinks. It only show me, once again, just exactly who comes first in this family, and sadly, who never even mattered at all. These people are vile and pathetic.

I completely agree.:clap::clap:

I agree too. That restaurant doesn't look like a place I'd want to go if I was sobbing , brokenhearted with grief and wearing my Caylee t-shirt and shorts.
It's a nice place to celebrate or for special occasions, or because you are enjoying the luxuries of life. Not a place to cry and suffer, imo. IF they ate there, that is.

There is no way anyone would convince me that the average person would eat out in that situation. We'd all be in our hotel rooms, on the phone with family, crying, needing privacy for our grief, ordering room service.

We don't know that they didn't have room service thru the restaurant which, again, prides itself on offering private dining experiences for its patrons.
I agree that the A's have probably had, at minimum, a subconscious understanding that Caylee is dead for some time. This doesn't make me angry. Nor does it make me think I have the right to monitor and judge their eating patterns or where they sleep. I feel really badly for them and will continue to do so unless and until LE provides evidence of a compelling reason not to.

Amen Nancy. I completely agree with you.

I am reminded of the FBI agent telling Cindy that the media was not far off in their reporting.
