I think it is pretty obvious the A's may have had this interview with Dr. Phil arranged before the end of the trial. What is even more interesting is that ML was reported out shopping immediately after the trial for the highest bidder. My guess is the money is being held until after the program airs because Dr. Phil does not trust the A's not to show up on a live talk show. After Wednesday expect them to be out shopping around again so they can talk about their new revelations. jmo

I don't think this leak helped the Dr. Phil show at all, so was this so the felon could get the little dig at the end of the Fox report that she just wants her mom to be a mom?

According to the previously reliable source, Casey later suffered at least two additional seizures; one while home on bond in 2008, and another while incarcerated between 2008-2011.

Wouldn't Tracy M have seen this happen as she was "babysitting" her at that time? I don't recall any statement from her that KC had a seizure while she was there. Does anybody remember any such thing?

Unless it "happened" conveniently when she was out the second or third time. TM was only there until she was rearrested the first time. It never happened IMO.

Plus three years in jail and nothing has ever been reported. I'm sure the they read her letters the same as we did. If they even thought she was having problems they would have checked her out.

I think part of KC's problem was she never slept for very long. She seemed to be up all night texting, then catch a few hours of sleep. What was she taking to keep her awake? That could have been the problem. In jail, no problem she could sleep whenever she wanted. jmo

Was Tracey there the whole time till KC was re-arrested? I can't remember!!:waitasec:
When the "source" say "while at home on bond 2008"-does that mean she had it on Hopesprings Dr. or is it possible she had it at Jose's office? Either way-how come no 911 call? I'm not buying any of it since nothing was mentioned at trial!!:snooty:

I'll withold judgement until I actually see Cindy say "gran mal seizures" incapacitated Casey while Caylee drowned. Dr. Phil would have ripped that statement apart, in my opinion.

I thought about that too, that everyone so far is taking what's being leaked as 'fact' when a) it might not be true and b) we don't even know the context of the statement if it was made. The show itself did not leak/promo this so perhaps it may be better to hear/see it when the actual interviews airs.

Your explanation is exactly why they didn't present the seizure theory, true or not. It doesn't distance Casey from the aftermath of the death. DT needed to add GA into the mix and somehow weave Kronk in it, you can't do that with the seizure excuse.

I think that is what the DT and KC are upset with-Cindy is trying to change or undermine JB's OS and thereby rehabilitate George somehow without their being consulted.
Cindy and George are trying to launch a foundation and ask for donations. The economy is tough and people aren't going to part with their limited funds so easily-especially if there is a question in their minds how their money will be used! George's image must be cleaned up-Cindy saw how the Pinellas 12 locked onto the sex abuse story. How can they expect people to give money to an alledged child rapist!!

seems that last bit has been pulled from viewing? anyway, she said the chloroform was intended to put her to sleep because she couldnt take her to the BF's for the night, giving too much of it was unintentional, bundled her in bags and put in trunk of car, because in plastic no one was able to detect odor, then when george almost got into the trunk about gas cans she panicked and drove off, turned the corner, and disposed of her there, as she pulled body out of trunk bag tore and thus the smell in the trunk at that point.

They dont stand next to them publicly and defend them on any level. All of caseys lies had some sort of "tragedy" or "illness" around them for extra dramatic effect. Caylees father dies on his way to bday. Lie with death attached. Cant go to jacksonville with amy dad had "mini" stroke. Lie with illness. My dad and my brother molest me. Lie with abuse. My daughter was kidnapped by the nanny. u get it! Now comes another lie associated with illness to cover up the reason that she lies???? Why does their dysfunctionality have to be accepted by the rest of the world. If thats how you want to live your life then fine, go live it. This is also the reason why if they are saying this, it has more to do with GA than Casey. They (the anthony's) have a vested interest in making sure GA is 'clean' and the only way to do that is to distance GA from the DT's OS.

I've seen this too. In college one of my classmates fainted and it appeared he was having a seizure...jerking, but not violently. When he came too, he was fine. No post-ictal drowsiness or anything.

My dog had seizures and they were very violent. I had to drag him off the concrete so he wouldn't bash his head in. When my ex was moving him, he accidently got too close to my dog's mouth and was bitten...quite badly. My dog would loose his bowel and bladder and sometimes vomit. I would literlly have to hose him off afterwards... but it would be a good 45 minutes before he even recognized me. He would just cower in fear. It broke my heart to see him so scared and not even know me...he was the sweetest dog. After the seizures he would sleep for the rest of the day.

I work in an ER and see plenty of seizures. Would be very hard to fake one, I think.

I keep seeing this, that it would be hard to fake, but I think some people are missing something. Jesse probably didn't have any experience with seizures. He probably wouldn't know one if he saw one. After all, he was just an aide, as he said. So I'm thinking hospital aide, maybe a candy striper? What are the odds that he ever witnessed a seizure before Casey? I think she could fake it with someone who didn't really know what a real seizure is or never saw one before.

Jesse only described her eyes, her lips, the foam at the mouth, and her being non-responsive. I think all of that can easily be faked. What he didn't describe was some of the other stuff I've seen from people who have actually watched someone have a seizure - spacing out, body movement, vomit, losing bowel control, biting, and from what I know, there's the danger of the tongue becoming lodged in throat and causing suffocation. Seizures are uncontrollable from what I can tell from what I've read. I've never seen one, though. Now, maybe there's a mild kind where not much happens, I don't know. But every person who's described it has described much more activity than what Jesse described, and that's suspicious to me.

Obviously, she couldn't fake out the hospital. It didn't take them long to figure out that there was nothing wrong with her. I think what the hospital did say was only speculation based on what Jesse told them - and again, I don't think he's ever seen a real seizure - that if it was a seizure, it was brought on by too much alcohol and red bulls because that can be a cause of a seizure.

I just think she's a sociopath, and if a seizure got her attention, she would fake it. And she would definitely fake it with someone who never saw anyone have a seizure before, and I don't think Jesse ever saw a real seizure. Probably the only place he ever saw one was in the movies, and those are fake seizures anyway. I'm sure that's where Casey got the idea to do it and how to do it to fool someone who didn't know what a real seizure is.

Or, I could be wrong, and she actually had a seizure. But from what I know about her, I doubt it. The only thing wrong with Casey is her lack of a soul and wanting all attention to be on her. Obviously, she knew if she had a seizure, she would get all sorts of attention, and it worked.
