It is my guess it is from the $$ from photos videos etc...20% of 200,000 is $40,000 plus fines but it could just be that you have to pay 34% on something like that which does come out to the $68,000...man Karma is a biatch!!!! ps wonder what JB will have to fork over and I hope CA GA had a tax atty or they may be in hot water too

If my calculations are correct, that would be about 30% of $228,400. Sounds to me like the money paid for the sold photos were taxable.

JB knew the $ was taxable, but he also knew she'd be in jail for the rest of her life so he didn't care, and if by some miracle she gets off, she'll be liable, he won't. I bet JB got some of the money. Also, hate to say this, but I wonder if the money didn't make GA & CA stick by her longer than they should have?

Well he has already had her declared indigent, so what's to stop him having her declare bankruptcy too and she/he can avoid the IRS.
They both have a lifetime habit of avoiding debt.
