I may be wrong, but even if she confessed to her attorney, that is considered "attorney-client" privilege and he cannot repeat what she said. His (their) job is to defend their client no matter what. It is the job of the prosecution to prove she is guilty. Unfortunate, but true.

You think so? I think she'd be so surrounded by undercover LE, she wouldn't have a chance. In fact there's a thread started by Cubby (a HUGE) poster here asking the posters at WS what they thought would be the BEST way for the LE to get Casy to talk. My favorite answer was to let her out of jail.

I betcha Casey is going stir crazy and wants out. According to 6 news Orlando her attorney Jose Baez was visiting with her in jail until 11:30 pm last night. Then today she won't visit with her brother.

Didn't they say that Casey sick yesterday too? But she can be up until 11:30 hanging out with Mr. Baez... don't think so! :liar:

Can someone tell me if bond is likely to be lowered based on the fact that she was formally charged and the bond is too high considered what she is being charged with? I thought I read or heard that somewhere....although I would certainly disagree with this...

I'm not sure...it is afterall the charges she was arrested on basically. Those were the ones used to decide bail in the first place.

I am intrigued by who this Kyle person is...the phone call that was mentioned on the search warrant. I did a search on Casey's Myspace friends and came up with this guy:

Not sure what his connection is to Casey since I couldn't find any comments from her on his page. Any thoughts?

Forgive me if this has been posted or off topic. This case has so many twists and turns that it is hard to keep up.

Forgive me if this has been posted or off topic. This case has so many twists and turns that it is hard to keep up.

We started to discuss this very early this morning...we were able to connect him to Casey's circle of friends who also included RM. Other than that, not much info on him. But, I am 100% sure LE has contacted him.
