I just wonder if her bond was lowered, who is going to get her out? And where is she going to go? Do you think her parents would allow her back home?

Of course I believe her parents would allow her back....

they can't help but believe MAYBE she's telling the truth & that Caylee will be back soon & there's a perfectly innocent explanation for this INSANE tale she spun.

I wonder who Cindy can get to babysit for Casey now though..... will ANY outsider want to be sucked deeper into Casey's path to total self-destruction? (Not if they have any common sense, they won't)

because none of this has been presented in court as of yet......some of it has but not all of it. The police and state attorney need to present there case before a judge before a judge can consider any of this information.

Didnt this Zanny say she and b/friend and son went up and down the street looking at appts? Didnt Casey stay with someone ( name has escaped me) from across the street from that appt? Did Zanny go to the appt that Casey was staying at 1st, took info from here there and then went to the other appt? I"m so confused.

I betcha Casey is going stir crazy and wants out. According to 6 news Orlando her attorney Jose Baez was visiting with her in jail until 11:30 pm last night. Then today she won't visit with her brother.
I don't think her bond will be reduced now that more lies have been uncovered that Ms. Casey has told.
It might even be increased.
Sounds like Ms.Casey is in a place she has never been before where she can't control the shots.

I think that LE knew where Baez was going with this and that's why the search warrent held so much information. It's playing out like a game of chess. Perhaps, that's another reason why George was so POd today. It must be very frustrating knowing that for every move you try there's a countermove waitng.

Actually the psych did that she was talking to, and she was right. She's a bully with a bad temper, easily someone that could have done something bad to Caylee.

You think so? I think she'd be so surrounded by undercover LE, she wouldn't have a chance. In fact there's a thread started by Cubby (a HUGE) poster here asking the posters at WS what they thought would be the BEST way for the LE to get Casy to talk. My favorite answer was to let her out of jail.

Hello, this is my first post here...I've been following this case very closely and lurking for a long time

I am intrigued by who this Kyle person is...the phone call that was mentioned on the search warrant. I did a search on Casey's Myspace friends and came up with this guy:

Not sure what his connection is to Casey since I couldn't find any comments from her on his page. Any thoughts?

IMO, of course she does. She does not have a rational mindset, and she probably is incapable of grasping that people do not see her as the victim in all this.

Is MitchLite still on? I wonder what his thought is on the possibility of Casey committing suicide? (BTW, Mitch if you are female I apologize for saying "his") I personally see her as being too arrogant and enamoured of herself to harm herself, but I've never been closely involved with anyone like her before. BTW, special thanks to Mitch for all the insight provided thusfar. It is very selfless of you to share your experiences to help us understand this and I think the world of you for how you have handled your daughter and grandchildren. Bless you. :blowkiss:

Would she try and kill herself? Gosh, I have no idea!

As it stands right now, with what we know, the state has a hard battle right now for a conviction.

I can only state that my daughter , while in court, walks out every time with some excuse why she no longer has her kids......if you talk to her, she's getting them back and that's not going to happen. So as for what Casey will do, well..........she lives in her own world, and in her world she is right.
