Yes, this case is wearing on me terribly. It's a puzzle and one that we know the answers are right in front of us but we can't look yet, due to Noway Jose!

I officially started my vacation today (till Sept.). My kids are seriously worried about my butt action on the couch- glued to the computer. I'll be here, sleep or no sleep. But Caylee MUST be found before August 18th when I'll be gone out of the country. I don't know what I'll do if she isn't.

I have gotton a few pms from people telling me that they have not gotton a decent nights sleep since this case broke. Me included. I think this hit a lot of peoples heart strings..

Here's Lionheart's avatar that we're trying to figure out what type of phone this is. Evidently, this is from a picture from Casey's photobucket. This phone was laying on a table in one of the pics. Could this be the blackjack in question? The one that fell out of her pants at universal where the SIM card jumped out of it and into her other phone before this one mysteriously disappeared into her bag at home.

I thought she mentioned beginning of the yr. I'm currently working off a wi-fi data crd. So listening to audio and tapes is start and stop, time consuming. I went through tape twice but wrote dwn notes pertaining on sim crd and who knew about Caylee missing.

Did you happen to catch the part where she mentioned being in Jay Blanchard Park? This is where I think they need to do a search immediately for Caylee. I think she slipped up personally.

good for you tigger! YOU GO! And checkda: I have not heard anything on the business who reported the car to the towing company or to the towing company itself. I am sure that LE has put a muzzle on 'em.. as 98% of the population is most likely normal joes looking to find missing kid...it is the 2% that kills that is strange and against the grain. Usually those who buck the system have something to hide...we shall see...we shall see.....

Yes, I am...and I was sooo glad that my hubby went on a fishing trip so he wouldn't keep telling me that I was way too engrossed in all of this.

Casey is never going to come clean no matter what they do here. They could stand on their heads, tap dance on the ceiling, and beg until they are blue in the face...not going to happen. If and when they do find Caylee's body, she will try to convince people that it isn't really Caylee. She is no Susan Smith when it comes to lying here. This woman is polished and practiced. It is a way of life for her and she won't change, imo.

O/T: Tell your BIL he should be ashamed for selling that car!!

Also, another thing that bothers me is IF Blanchard park is searched, and assuming Caylee is well hidden, I don't know how effective cadaver dogs would be, as the press have been reporting that there have been a rash of murders (at least one for sure, we read about today) in that park. Am I correct when I assume that cadaver dogs only detect the scents of decomp, and not individual scents? Maybe they can do both? Of course, then I bet defense could argue that Casey took Caylee to that park to play often thus picked up on her scent, and that the cadaver dogs hit because of the other bodies found.

But I think I'm getting way ahead of myself here.


Okay, I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but with ZG- does Casey really expect Lee, her mother, LE, the COUNTRY to expect that she left Caylee with a sitter whose number changed almost daily? I mean, on that phone call she made it sound like ZG called from a different number each time. Who leaves their kids with a sitter that they can't get in touch with? Didn't Casey ever call her and say, "Hey, I'm on my way to get Casey, have her ready" or "Hey, I'll be there a few minutes late/early" or "Hey, I'm not going to work today, I'll keep Casey with me"

And I really want to hear from Cindy Anthony's mouth that she thought Casey was going to work every day. And I want to hear Cindy justify lying to all of her friends, etc, about still having been employed at Universal. I mean, I'm not rooting for the woman to turn on her daughter or anything, just to tell the truth for a second...and to think of finding Casey, whatever it means...if , god forbid, she IS gone, she deserves to be put to rest I want Cindy to want that for Caylee, too...even if it does mean prison for Casey. Caylee was innocent, and was strictly reliant on the adults in her life to care for her...it's so unfair

For some reason it's kind of getting to me tonight... ack, getting emotional...

Cindy will never do this, With the stolen gas I wonder if there was a fire? Now ashes sprinkled about.

I thought the SIM card was taken out and put into the other phone...because the blackjack wouldn't retain a charge? We covered this one a long time ago. It would make sense then that when the phone was lost that the SIM card was already out of it. Yes?

SuziQ, you have such an excellent insightful mind. May I ask your opinion on one question that has bugged the heck out of me?

What do you make of Casey's comment that she did not want anyone to show up for her FIRST bond hearing? (as recorded in her phone call from the jail to her brother on the night she was arrested.)

How could she possibly have known at that time that there would be more than one bond hearing? Why did she say 'My FIRST bond hearing?

I keep coming back to these people are reading off of a script. It is puzzling.

It beats the hell outta me. If I take the word "first" out. I think Casey simply didn't want her family to hear the details of her lies or what evidence LE had against her. Not knowing at the time how this case was going to blow up in her face.

I lay odd's LE has Sim crd. Maybe Lee was letting her in on it in his way to open her up. It did keep her talking. He tried to get the point across about ph and sim. I do agree with you on your thoughts. Like I said if sim is missing, I would question Tony.

I think Grandpa, since he did file for divorce...not the other way around, has prexisting issues with gma that could well include her personality. This stress has exacerbated her weak points....obviously...as it would anyone I suppose...and I bet Grandpa is privately crawling out of his own skin to get away from it. He always looks exopthalmic to me...like his eyes are bugging out of his head. I bet his blood pressure is through the roof and he cannot sleep a wink. Poor guy. And he, more than anyone in that family, could most acurately describe Casey and the lies and deciet she is capeable of, imhoo. I think gpa will crack and talk way before casey does.. again imhoo...

LE does have the SIM card and phone. Casey already said either LE has it or the family does...which means LE has it. However, it really doesn't matter since LE also has her cell phone records and probably has them triangulated for the dates they believe something happened to Caylee.
