Morning ccat.
At this point I wonder if even Casey knows what is real. imo, she is so caught up in lies, she needs a score card.
Maybe that's what's keeping her so busy in her cell.
Good Morning to you!!!
This is true. But we have to look at her mother. Children learn by example. We all say "I will never act like my mother" Then one day something comes out of our mouth and we say "That sounds like my mother talking" LOL
There is something more than denial going on here. Hopefully we will soon find out what it is.:)

yeah, it's possible the test results are back, & LE told Cindy & George something along the lines of "ok, we know Caylee is dead; her body was in the trunk; the neighbors shovel shows it was used in your backyard", (with possibly some kind of dna on it?)......it may be that once faced with these facts, Cindy & George had no other choice but to let LE back into the backyard to search further, at a certain spot.....

I'm thinking some evidence results are back too. Remember last night a few TV networks said results back any minute now. That could have been something they were not supposed to mention. LE stepped in and said no results till next week.

Possibly all of the trash in the trunk smells like decomp and may have hair and other evidence in it as well. If pizza stayed in the trunk with decomp would it inherit some properties of it was well?

Was there pizza in the trunk as well as the decomp smell?

Thank you! My first thought(which I just always stick to and don't) was that when Casey said "What do you mean you don't know what my involvement is?" That was an important statement.
Since we are all just speculating here something just came to me.
When Cindy said last night "You are all going to owe my daughter an apology" Could it be that CINDY is the one who killed Caylee??

I really do not think that Cindy killed Caylee. It really may have been an accident. I do think that Casey talked with Cindy about what happened to Caylee and then the 3 (maybe Lee as well) came up with a plan to conceal Caylee's death. I think that maybe Caylee's body may have been too decomposed to call it an accident once Casey told them about it. George would know to tell them that there would be little evidence to find without a body and it would be crucial that everyone sticks to the story.
I am thinking that Caylee may have drown in the pool in the backyard, or at A's (won't put the name) house. There is a video of a pool right outside a sliding patio door at that house and it is pictured in a video on that person's MySpace.
I think Casey could have put Caylee's body in the trunk, and it was too decomposed when she finally told Cindy and George. Then Caylee's body was buried in the back yard until it could be moved, the pizza was put in the trunk and parked at the check cashing place. Casey was to get Tony to pick her up from there. The plan may have been for someone to steal the car, but it was towed before anyone did.
I know I am all over the place with this, but I do think at least Casey, Cindy, and George knew about Caylee. Maybe some cleaning fluid was mixed in with the 'stain' in the trunk.
I hope I have not offended anyone with my speculation because that is just what it is - speculation!
Whomever 'talks' and tells the truth to the FBI and LE will certainly benefit from it.
Sorry this post is so long.

SHe also has kind of an odd way of talking, the speech patterns are a little strange I think, as far as phrasing goes.
I think the odd speech patterns are because she is trying to be careful what she says now that all the tapes are being released to the media.

I have...I admit it....LOL there have even been times when I was planning on taking it to the dumpster and forgot it in there for a few days!

Gross!!! I have done it as well:rolling:!

Longtime lurker, firsttime poster:

Oh gracious -- I hope there is some break in the case, but I had really been holding out hope that Caylee would be found alive. If evidence in the GPs garage causes a breakthrough, it can't be good.

A few other thoughts I'd be mulling. There's a picture in Casey's photobucket of a Marine who's last name is Hawkins. The picture is obviously of him in a hotel room. Wondered whether her trip to Jacksonville might have been to Mayport for a visit to a returning Marine? He looked a lot like Caylee too, at least in the eyes. Hadn't seen anything on him either.

Also, there was a myspace page for a woman named "Zenny" in Orlando who was 29 and was feeling "amorous" -- the first day I looked at it briefly and it was public. I think I found it by looking for Zenaida Gonzales. Its now private, and so you can't see much. I wonder whether Casey might have known someone named "Zenny" (who was also known to Caylee) from hanging out with folks. Maybe that woman is connected.

But alas, all the theories are tied to my perhaps wishful thinking that instead of killing her child (intentionally or by neglect) that she just gave her up to someone else instead.

About this car and the smell. IF the body was in the trunk and then REMOVED - even just before the "abandon" at the Amscot - well wouldn't that smell have dissipated (even just a little) without the source to fuel it? I've thought about this before - the car wasn't picked up until July 15 - and the smell was still there (and obviously strong as well). If Casey dumped the body before leaving the car - well that leaves over 2 weeks that the car was without the source - I know smells do linger - but without a source I know they do begin to dissipate as well. Anyone else?

I am thinking that maybe GP "flipped" and is now working with LE....he of all people would know the consequences of lying to the FBI..jmo.

Yeppers . . .

No, food in a car for 2 weeks to a month in that sort of heat dries up. Ever find pizza under a car seat weeks later, just to find it's hard as a rock?

Angelonline,

Yes the house is being processed as a possible crime scene. The papers are to keep the media from viewing inside the house

I thought the papers were missing Caylee flyers

that was just more crap from Casey's mouth, relating to maternal instinct/bond betw mothers & their children....didn't mean a thing except to soothe her brother Lee:rolleyes:
or was it? People have been talking about this "code" they have been using for the last few days

lostnfound: Talking fast switching to different topics, is one of the signs of bipolar disorder if she is in a manic stage
When it first happened Cindy, IMHO, was also in the manic stage. Talked fast, went from subject to subject, lashed out at reporters. Total manic stage.

yes, i heard that results would be back any time now, however i missed the part where LE said not until next week....

I think CSI possibly collected the bags that were Casey's "things" her family picked up at the apartment. The bags Casey told Lee might contain the blackjack.

Many posters here have told us that the smell of a dead body is very hard to get out and lingers for long periods of time. I know the smell of a dead animal on the road in the heat will linger for over a week after the animal has been removed from the road.

I am wondering, as I have from the beginning, if all the trouble in the anthony household..filing for divorce ect., is because George could see what was going on with Casey for years and Cindy just keep living in denial???

That, and why GP left a 20 year career as a detective, moved to Florida, does NOT go into LE, and why you do not hear from a single relative in Ohio. Cindy openly admits to not calling them for over a week or more.

I have been asking myself WHY GP and GMA have spent so many years enabling Casey and covering up her addictions and obvious psychological problems. I mean, by all accounts her behavior is incredibly manic, large scale theft and deception for several years. I am NOT making allegations of any kind, but it was pointed out to me by a colleague that if she were to review the merits of this case from a psychological perspective overall,
her first recommendation and insight was to investigate any possibility of sexual abuse to Casey, and the possibility of that being the reason they left Ohio and no longer interact with family there..

She felt the parents protection and enabling behavior may be symbolic because they sympathize, possibly even blame themselves, for how she got this way. Covering up for her, even to this end, is their way of being here for her "now" vs. then..
Just thought I would throw this out there as if it is true, I would expect to start hearing it from the defense as soon as she is arrested. Don't want to start a discussion on it necessarily unless someone has any relevant facts or links specific to Casey or families background.. Treading lightly on the subject.

I just mean all of the trash and decomposition was together in the trunk. Like a big trash pit back there. We know the smell of decomp goes into to carpet etc why not all the trash too along with other evidence.

Death smell lingers & lingers & lingers -- especially in FL heat
