Watched it live on Fox News. I actually have to run to the market but I'll be back later. ( I haven't done squat for the last couple of days!)

The problem I see with that is that they were reported stolen on 6/24- locks changed immediately by George.
we know when she returned to the house and borrowed the shovel from the neighbor so where did she return the cans to? She apparently had no access to get into the house or garage..

Adding to this something I posted yesterday that was not addressed-
in the video where CSI got there, I saw a shovel and rake on the left side of the inside of the garage- are they new, and I thought they said they were kept in the shed?

Nothing gets past you, Girl! Yes, all tools were kept locked up because they were all about safety issues with Caylee and were afraid someone would leave them out. Cindy said this early on and went on to mention the pool ladder was never left in the pool...which as another one of our observant posters noted...was IN the pool when LE did the "big dig".

Exactly. George would have replaced the lock and prevented further things from coming up stolen. No one had keys except Cindy and George.

No one has ever said that Casey did not have access to the garage or house to my knowledge. It wouldn't make sense for Cindy to want them locked out of where she would prefer they be, imo. If Casey wanted to return Caylee home to Cindy...she would have allowed access to her at all times.

I listened to the FOX "media" reporting on gas cans. Same ole, same ole all from the media. No firm facts.

Regarding the $850.00 raised yesterday, ALL of this money goes to Kids Finders Network for all missing children. It's not that Cindy turns this over to anyone, the host of the event (not the Anthony's) will turn the money over to Kids Finders Network.

Regarding what Baez said, the media is reporting words.

The info on where Casey is in jail, comes from an female inmate that was just released from jail. I certainly wouldn't take this info to the bank.

You are soooo right. Another poster mentioned that it was odd that none of the usual resources (TES, AMW, Carrington-Sund Foundation, etc.) are coming near this case. Purely speculation on my part, but I'm guessing that John Walsh probably spoke with local LE and was told something that made him decide to not get involved in this case.

Add the Polly Klaas Foundation (http://www.pollyklaas.org/) to the list too. Also, they all have to be asked by the family. Now, why do you think they haven't done that?? :whistle: Hmmm???.

Everyone is waiting to see if LE is charging Casey before the 33 days are over.

Nice to be back! Yes, the likely scenario must be they were in the car if Casey did take them and they were "returned" to the shed. No imaginary pizza box...they were in a bag...evidently sitting right there for George to hand over. LOL

I am still trying to confirm what FOX had on their screen that Casey has been charged with Child Neglect and False Statement.

Everyone is waiting to see if LE is charging Casey before the 33 days are over.

I thought thats what she's in for now. The bond was considered by counsel to be excessive for those 2 counts, thats why they had the appeal wasn't it?

Well, if Fox News is saying that $850 was raised at the benefit, there's a video on WESH.com about the benefit, and while the reporter does not state the total amount raised, he does "report" that one donation was a check for $860.00.

None of the "reporters" seem to get the whole story.

Because the last 2 weeks of June, Caylee wasn't with Casey. That's exactly what DJ said. Tone saw her on June 2 for the last time. So the last 2 weeks, Tone/DJ/everyone, didn't see Caylee with Casey.

Don't know if this has been addressed (as I'm busy prodding through all the posts) but IIRC the DJ said the LAST time he saw Caylee was the 13th of June...I have wondered why there was a discrepency between what Tony said and what DJ said (10 days), but I'm sure by now Tony has explained it to LE. (fingers and toes crossed hoping)

True- going under the assumption that she did not have access:

she backed her car up, neighbor said unusual, if she had access, why not pull it into the garage, the parents were not home..

she broke into the shed in the first place, I saw a shovel in the garage on video, yes, may not have been there then, but according to Cindy it WAS in there then, again supports the break in.

I have always thought Casey left because her parents were starting the tough love phase and they would not leave everything open when they were not home. Just mo, agreed its a theory

Actually we don't have a true official statement. But I think it was the gas cans.

I went back and forth last week with the host because of how I worded by blog article. He clarified who gets the money.

This is why I don't like when the media reports things the way they do because they led the viewer in thinking something that is not true and then the viewers think, in this case, the money goes to the Anthony's or that they are donating the money raised to the organization.
