Nice to be back! Yes, the likely scenario must be they were in the car if Casey did take them and they were "returned" to the shed. No imaginary pizza box...they were in a bag...evidently sitting right there for George to hand over. LOL

I have been following the case but frankly, I can't keep up with all of it, so please bear with me if this has been discussed. Is there a possibility that Caylee was sold to someone by her mother? Could this be way she won't talk? Frankly, in all the cases I have followed, I have never see anyone who did not seem to be concerned at all like Caylee's mother does. Scott Peterson tried to put on an act as well as Susan Smith, but this mother is all smiles. What's going on here?:waitasec:

I know about the original two counts, but FOX had on their screen Casey charged with etc. This is misleading because we are all waiting for LE to "officially" charge Casey before the 33 days are over.

This is what I am trying to figure out, is this the "official" charge before 33 days or is this the original charge for the arrest.

Perhaps Casey is not charged but just arrested.

Everyone is waiting to see if LE is charging Casey before the 33 days are over.

IMO, Fox is probably using "arrested" and "charged interchangeably, although it's not accurate. Casey has been arrested on those charges, but they have 31 or 33 days to officially charge her. To my knowledge as of right now, they have NOT filed the official charges. I'll be happy to eat crow if the banner on Fox is accurate, but I would be surprised.

Forget the prints...try testing the DNA left on the pizza itself. It should be well preserved with it being in the hot car (counting on my fingers...) 19 days!

If they want to organize searches, they would take anyone that wondered up and agreed to help. They want office assistants for FREE. I hardly call running errands, etc a search party. Someone needs to take the cameras out of these peoples faces and tell them to wake up--this is not Hollywood and it darn sure isn't a movie they are playing in!

Not attacking you at all, btw. I am just frustrated that these ppl feel that they are entitled to everything from the public, media, etc

I feel ya there! They want free "employees". No compensation but must have a car and pay for your own gas too.

Watched it live on Fox News. I actually have to run to the market but I'll be back later. ( I haven't done squat for the last couple of days!)

LOL At this point, nothing would surprise me, Suz! I can't wait until they get the prints back from the gas cans. (Won't they be using the technique of raising them with the super glue? It should take about 24 hours, IIRC.)

Interesting if it was the gas cans that were retrieved from the shed. If George had possesion of the cans he either tried to explain it away as the person stole them confessed and brought them back or he found them in the trunk and lied. The testing may not be about Casey's prints or dna but merely to see if the person who's claiming stole them in fact did. If their prints are not on that can, then the assumption could be made that George got the cans back via the car. Which in turns would prove Casey did in fact steal the gas cans....KWIM?

Do you think George would lie at this point to LE? I think he was explaining it away for the media...nothing more. JMHO

She could have sold her or even given her away. However, it doesn't explain the two different cadaver dogs hitting in the same spots in the yard and her car trunk.

Actually we don't have a true official statement. But I think it was the gas cans.

Suz- you said it, how those cans got back in that shed is crucial, and of course what they might recover from them..
I certainly wonder if that issue came up with the Feds and necessitated the conversation Friday morning??

In my mind, we know when Caylee was buried at the house.
I think she passed early morning hours of 6/23, Casey breaks into shed during day of 6/23 and buries Caylee in the backyard. Steals gas.
Confesses to you know who, who advises her to and helps her to move the body.
Dead by 6/24 as per Casey email she's at the beach to Jesse.
18 minute phone call on 6/24 to Jesse, he resigns/fired same day?
Nobody buying the "heard caylee" story from either camp
She was moved on 6/25 or 6/26. Residential AND Commercial garbage has pickups on Fridays am, so my bet is eve of 6/26 Car was dumped on 6/27 which is a Friday and I think we know she was out that evening, if it's true the bf picked her up we know she did not spend the weekend with J and therefore maybe they just wanted mutual alibis.
warning- speculation, but why lie about hearing her unless there was a reason you needed people to believe she was alive then and you yourself have an alibis that day-
Goes back, shed new lock, borrows shovel from neighbor to dig her up, moves her to (imo, dumpster) dumps car 6/27.

BUt the pizza was NEVER in the car- that's my whole point. George SAID it was in the trunk, but he told LE he put it in the trash, then showed them in the trash. Remember when Cindy called 911 and said about the dead body? She never would have used those words if she saw that pizza in the car, imo
