We really don't know the "extent" of this seizure episode or the diagnosis that came out of it. Just saying it is a possibility and you can bet that a "good" defense atty that comes across a crumb like that (a seizure epsiode) would at least have physicians follow up on it - that's all I'm saying

Seizures can also be a side effect of some medication for bipolar disorder, among other mental illnesses.

I am not aware of any clinical diagnosis, of a person with a brain tumor, that encompasses the above "perceived "side effects I posted, if you are and can provide that info in the way of a case study, I am completely open to the theory.. So that I am clear, are you suggesting that Casey has a brain tumor and that has caused this behavior?

Mental/personality changes, seizures, you name it. Just click the link. All of her behaviors fit in.

Fair, I respect that, but I posted early on I think the seizure is a cover up for OD. I promise you, going on record here, Casey has ZERO chance of mounting an insanity defense
That could be - but we have all heard various and sundry experts call her psychotic, a psychopath, a sociopath - those are all "mental illnesses" The telling document in this is that psych eval - would love to know what it said.

I don't. The cadaver dogs sealed it for me. Sadly, the baby is no longer alive.

:(

I suppose we are supposed to believe that she had some other random body in her trunk that caused not one but two detectives (one being her father), a cadaver dog, and CINDY who is a registered nurse to all say that it smelled like a dead body in the trunk? GMAB! I suppose we should be looking for that other missing person in Orlando that has disappeared without a trace that Casey put in the trunk of the car that she abandoned.

You know what would change my opinion? If they offer her partial immunity and she turns it down. Then I would believe that the whole thing really is a bluff.
Was the offer of immunity confirmed by the state? I've heard so many conflicting reports. On one of the news shows it said no one involved would be offered immunity.

There has only been mention of one seizure when Jesse took Casey to the hospital and that could have very well been faked for attention. If there's no documented health problems or history of mental illness I don't see how on earth that excuse could be used. I agree, Casey is a psychopath.
Look up the definition of a psychopath. SHe is nowhere close. That term is way overused.

I think the most telling thing, and you can't argue with the facts, is that in 31 days, this woman told NOBODY....that her daughter was missing, kidnapped, whatever. confided in NOBODY!! Trust me, she is not the type of person that would be recruited into some kind of criminal element that would cost her Caylee. Hard to believe, but even criminals have a code of ethics, I don't think criminals would trust her.

True dat- really that is what they are hoping for. I for one am sickened by it. But I am way more sickened by a baby out ther while everyone weighs in on having compassion.. It is important in general, but you know so is not letting this child decompose without a shred of dignity in her little short years, she deserves better. Sorry, need a break I think
Exactly, we have to quit this "projection" of our own life experiences. This is not about us.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The State Attorney's office is trying to cut a deal with Casey Anthony to try and get her to offer more information about her missing 2-year-old daughter. Casey hasn't said a word to investigators about little Caylee Anthony's disappearance in 20 days

She is a classic SOCIOPATH. She lacks any and all empathy

Out at clubs while her daughter is missing

Evil rotten phone call from jail were she was blatantly rude and condescending regarding questions about Caylee

All she wanted was her boyfriends number.

She's like Scott Peterson in a skirt and pushup bra.

All of our opinions and the very fabric of who we are is based on our life experiences. We all project to a certain extent. Yes, some of us may be doing it a bit more than we should. Point taken.

What do you mean by the way where are the forensics? They are working on it, analyzing it, and building a case. That can't just come out and release all of the details and evidence in the investigation based on our need to know. Our need to know is not a priority, finding out what happened to Caylee is and right now it all points to her lying, stealing, conniving mother. I hope Caylee is alive but I refuse to ignore the behavior of the last person to see her alive, and that person is sitting in jail REFUSING to talk and help find her daughter. That is all I see right now and it makes me sick.

IMHO of course
Cindy should have directed that "lovely" comment to her daughter 6 weeks ago...or better yet towards herself when she hadn't seen her grandaughter for over a week.

Sadly, I agree with you. The cadaver dogs sealed it for me too. I would just like to see justice for Caylee at this point. I can't think of any punishment harsh enough to actually be adequate justice in this case. :hopping_mad:

Wonder how many LE officials lurk in this forum. Wonder if any of Casey's family lurks here. This site was mentioned on national TV. Just food for thought.

I don't think this is an accident. Someone had coached her to keep her mouth shut.
