It seems most people enjoy the general like it is, and only a few are don't. It seems most want general to be anything goes.

Duno about this, but I do know that it is going to be VERY difficult to track down inofrmation when this goes to trial if we keep going like this.

I am soooooo confused!! I would rather read the posters comments on the general thread. There are so many threads here and I am not even sure who the mods are anymore.

I would agree with that - but it seems quite a few of us newbies are feeling afraid to post (apparently that isn't stopping me at the moment) and we are feeling like there's somewhat of a "get off my playground" mentality here. We just don't want to be reprimanded or do something wrong, so I think many of us have decided to just stop posting.

Christine, posted what is considered general.

IMO

Anything that already has a topic should be kept in that topic. Anything that does not have a topic, can be posted in General.

Not everything that has been discussed over and over in General has a topic! :crazy:

Yeah we did talk about it, her reason was Casey new the answer as to why she cancelled it. Cindy doesn't want to "impede" the investigation! Some posters speculated that Casey may have been waiting to be moved to the court house to be arraigned on her charges as to why she may not be able to see Cindy. Some also specualted that Casey's attorney, has shut down visitors for her.

Here is my question,...if this is the case then why does she have another visitation set up for Thursday?

I haven't seen this discussed here today. Earlier today when all the hullabaloo was going on, Fox had a report on by that good looking young reported. During that interview with that reporter, he stated that he had talked with law enforement and that they think there are other people involved in this disappearance besides Casey.

Who do you all think is involved? I think her new boyfriend is involved and that he runs with some sort of gang into illicit things. Whats your ideas on what this could all be about.

Yeah I saw this. I think he mentioned Cindy, George, and Lee, possibly being accomplices.

This is probably so. I wouldn't worry too much about the "few" individuals who are being nit picky...I hope some of the lurkers will post their thoughts..

Don't be afraid to post. This is the general thread....that means ANYTHING can go here. Anyone can play on this playground....ANYONE. Ignore the posts that imply anything different or imply that a certain post is in the wrong spot.

Now that's a good question,maybe by then they can figure out how to talk with out talking. I heard earlier that anything that Casey say's (even in Jail ) can and will be used against her.

Fox stating spoke with LE a few minutes ago..

Forensic tests on hair,stain and shovel not yet fully complete....they have preliminary results that are in but not sharing those..In meantime searched the nearby woods found nothing.. and are still considering searching the canal behind grand-parents house but so far nothing in this case has lead them to conduct a water search

Man, these tests are taking forever.

As I stated, I would drive by Bella Vida Blvd on my way home. Unfortunately I forgot the address at work... DOH...so I couldn't identify EXACTLY which house it was...because they are cookie cutter houses where every few houses are the exact same...and there are several with empty lots next to them too...BUT here is what I scoped out:

• There are 13 RED dumpsters on that street!!!
• There are 2 drainage ponds with fountains in them (somebody was asking)
• Lots of construction going on
• Some homes empty, some homes occupied
• Lots of homes for sale
• THERE IS A BELLA VIDA PARK/PLAYGROUND! It's got slides and kids play area AND THERE IS A VERY LARGE SECTION OF WOODS THAT BACKS UP TO IT!!
