The timing of their meetings, the DNA evidence coming back, and the throwing away of children's stuffed animals seems telling to me.

If I thought that my missing grandchild was going to return soon, then I would want her to see all of the presents that people sent her.

I have actually followed cases from the very beginning to trial. Your daily updates are very appreciated and very well done.
However, I spend hours and can safely say that I have read all posts on this general board.
There really is something to be said about brainstorming on the general thread.

JMHO

AGREE 150%...honestly, I too get annoyed when someone brings up something that seems like "old news" but I just figure they are a newbie and they will figure it out if no one answers them..

THi is what I am talking about...getting snapped at for asking a q...if you don't like it, just don't respond...cripe...I'm gonna respond...

I had a fire 3 years ago, we lost everything. Neighbors and friends donated like crazy! I had soooooooo much clothes that I could not use. THey were either ugly or did not fit or way worn out. Maybe it sounds bad but I took an entire truck full to the goodwill. We did receive a LOT of useful things and I was very thankful for every single thing that was given to us, even the junk and I would NEVER have allowed anyone who donated to know that we did not use it.

In my situation, I didn't have media from all over the nation lining my street but if I had, I would have taken everything that was donated to me whether I like it or not and put it away in my house...I would have not given away or thrown away one single thing until I was sure no one was watching..

But then again, if my child was missing I would be going insane and if I wasn't talking and was in jail being charged, my family would not be backing me up.

I wouldn't be worried with getting rid of "junk" when my granddaughter is missing.

I too am getting tired of the "talk about it here or go there". Now a bunch of good folk that wanted to contribute are feeling like they are gonna get their hands slapped. I think another poster said it best--THIS board should be anything goes. If anyone is feeling like they want to discuss it somewhere else then go there--leave everybody else alone and stay away from the thread that bugs you.

Part of the problem is some people post an awful lot and don't have an awful lot to say. Now if you are one of those, don't get mad, maybe you are one of the ones that have something of value to impart. When I read all these posts, I want information. I also want people's opinions and theories. But to post just to say something that doesn't need to be said, that just wastes space and everyones time. Sorry if I offended anyone, I don't mean to, just stating my humble opinion on how to cut down so many posts and threads.

I am looking for the document from the Fifth District Court bond hearing reduction when the reduction in bond was denied. It's a one page document. If anyone has it, would you be so kind as to post it in this link for me. http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68528

Thank you.

Its not the space I am worried about. Its the fact that this case is going to eventually go to trial, and something will be said at the trial, which we know is inaccurate, but now will have to scroll through 1000's of pages to dispute that what the family member or Defence attorny is saying is inaccurate!!!!!!!!! When we can actually go to the thread with the topic itself and take 5 mins to find what were looking for, rather then 2-4 hourss scrolling through the 1000's of pages, of already rehashed info!

But I guess you will all see how difficult it is to try and find something when this goes to trial.

Trust me, this is not just me having an issue with this. It is a system we have been using, even before I weas a member here! And it works!

But hey, why don't you all see for yourselves!

Done.

IMO!!!!!

With all due respect, if we feel the need to search out a post once this goes to trial, geez...all we have to do is search. Ya know....GOOGLE it. I don't read any of the other threads. I will post anything that I feel is relevant to this case on this thread and this thread only.

The vast majority of all the posts on here are simple speculation and opinion. That's all. The only real FACTS are the facts that have already been reported ad nauseum through the main stream media. Therefore, the facts will be easy to find.

I cannot think of any reason I would want to search out someones OPINION or SPECULATION from ages ago in response to something that comes out in trial. And if I do, well, then too bad for me.

i see.. that makes perfect sense. I tried to find something here the other night and gave up because it just took too much time.

i've only posted 40X so i'm not an offender.. I was just commenting that if its a space issue, then there are other ways to cut down on that too.

meanwhile.. i'm still catching up w/today and finally just got to the fox interview with Cindy. Doesn't sound like she's so sure Caylee will be at her birthday party Saturday :(

My opinion, after reading a lot and thinking about it a lot, is that those dogs hit on that trunk for a reason and that reason is because Caylee is dead. I don't know if she was killed on purpose or by accident, but I believe, based on what I've seen so far, that her mother (Casey) is responsible for her death.

I further believe that the mother hid the body somewhere to make sure she would never be found--perhaps she put her in some swampland in FL or something, but I think she just 'erased' her child as best as she could and then proceeded to carry on with her life, hoping she could continue the ruse with her family as long as possible.

I think it's as simple and as complicated at that. She's not going to tell where she put the body; I believe she'll continue to lie and lie and lie. I believe she's a pathological liar.

As for the grandmother...I don't know what her deal is, but she does appear to be somewhat histrionic and a bit wacko.

But thats the thing, its not always about speculation or opinions. We post facts in this thread, and stuff that was said by LE, Family members. Its not just about opinions. And thats why I say its going to be difficult.

And if it has been reported in the media, chances are that it will not be listed on their webiste by the time this goes to trial. They do not archive like we do. It could take years for this to go to trial, and trying to locate facts from media sites then, is not always possible.

SleuthyGal I completely agree

Just an FYI...we have wasted about 7 pages worth of "don't post here vs post here" convo...can we move on now?

  • #293
I agree completely..I have a legitimate theory as to why we don't know who Caylee's father is and I was looking forward to hearing some of your responses. But, before I can do that, I'll read every post in all 53 previous general discussion threads to make sure that it hasn't been asked already

Exactly....but the facts that are posted here are gleaned through the mainstream media resources....so, there are no FACTS in this case that are only on this site....the facts are all over the internet. So, looking at it that way leads me to believe that any real fact-finding mission would be easy. Hundreds of sites to choose from.

I would agree with your point if WS was the only source for these facts, but that's not the case.

Not meaning to be argumentative....just wanted to put that out there.

Please post it...don't worry about that

The family hasn't lawyered up beyond Casey's attorneys have they? I'd suspect that if the possibility of charges as accessories after the fact was looming for them... we'd see action there...

Thoughts?

I am not trying to "stir the pot" but I have been trying to keep up with all the posts on here. For almost a week, all I did was sit at this computer and read EVERY single post. There is WAY too many post to sit down and read them all now. And once you get caught up to where you sat down and began, then there is 20 more pages that were written while you are reading. And if you find something and its not on the daily thread and you post it to see if it has been discussed you basically are getting reprimanded.
I am basically new here. I started out here on the Brooke Bennett thread. Everyone was very nice and not bashing each other or commenting meanly to each other. It was like this in the beginning of this case as well. I think emotions are high and the fact that NO TRUTHS have been told that we are all getting anxious with each other.
I hate to say this but it seems to me that we are starting to sound like another website/forum that I have heard and read on here that everyone dislikes.
Again I am not trying to cause controversy but I just don't understand how everyone can gets so angry. People can go back and delete there "duplicated" post. JMO

We all love Caylee and just want to see her home.
