I think Cindy was actually scared in that 911 call and who knows if any of us would have remembered the exact date.
Dont think it would have taken me 3 guess's

Is it just me or is Cindy not capable of looking anyone in the eye?

Not you, Cindy is lying, mistruths, stretching the story.

I noticed that in the Greta interview, but haven't really watched any of Cindy's other interviews except the one where she was rubbing her nose.

I can't recall or dont think I seen the myspace you are refering to, but I definitely remember hearing that George was the last to see Casey and Caylee on the "9th"
this was something I remember reading in the earlier media reports...and I mentioned it in an earlier thread tonight..
They did say basically that he seen them getting into a car the morning of the 9th
I know I remember it..because I was thinking at the time..."gee, if he said he seen them getting into the car from a distance, how could he be sure Caylee was truly with Casey..I remember wondering if he seen her walking or did he see what appeared to be Casey carrying Caylee...it stands out in my mind because of those thoughts...
I am sure if you were to go back to the first reports on this case the info about the george stating that would be there..also..I remember they just called him "the grandfather" and at that point they weren't calling him by name..
I recall some of the comments about the distance factor.

If you watch the first interview with NG, her head doesn't turn, but her eyes keep sliding off to the sides. Almost like she's looking for the cue cards.

lol how true, she even glances to George and he takes over. Liked him better when kept quiet.

Agreed. But he lies, scuse me, speaks with conviction. George tells you what's gonna happen, Cindy begs you to beleive what she's telling you. It's the difference in the approach.

I think Cindy canceled the visit today because she does not want it to be on Tape when her daughter says MOM you know EXACTLY what happened. JMO

The same reasson Cindy was so excited that more charges was not filed. ( they have nothing) So now she is excited thinking they have it all covered. JMO IMO yadda yadda

Personally I believe that LE is purposefully taking its sweet time. If God forbid, Caylee or her body are never found then they don't want there to be a snowball's chance in Hell that Casey is going to worm her way out of whatever Justice is to be meted out for little Caylee. Now that she has been formally indicted with the misdemeanor and felony charges, they don't have the imminent threat of Casey being released from jail hanging over their heads at every moment and they are now free to follow every lead that they need to in order to find answers

My Stepfather was with HPD in Houston, Texas for many years, and he always said that as a police officer one of the most important things you must learn is when to lay all of your cards on the table for everyone to see, and when to play them close to the vest. Law Enforcement have learned the hard way through so many heart breaking high profile cases, that mistakes can be made in the mad rush to fashion the perfect noose.
Now they are much more methodical, and want to make sure no stone is left unturned. Even if it appears to everyone on the outside that the police have no information, or are doing nothing at all. We have all seen too many criminals walk away scott free in the past because LE was in a rush to make a case.

If Casey and the GP's insist that they are all being one hundred percent honest, why have there been no offers from any of the Anthony's or requests from LE to volunteer to take a Polygraph Test?We all know they aren't admissible in court, however police departments everywhere use them to verify statements made by a person or persons of interest in a major crime, and of course to quickly rule out suspects when time is of the essence. If myself or my family were suspected of being involved in anything illegal, in order to clear our name my very first offer would be to take a Polygraph.

Innocent people will go to whatever lengths necessary to prove their innocence. Liars attempt to distract, confuse, accuse and then sulk when their obvious falsehoods are not immediately met with open arms.

I also feel that Casey picked the name "Zenaida Gonzalez" because it has become very "vogue" for people in trouble for one reason or another to blame it on some mystery Hispanic immigrant who must certainly have fled to the very faraway land of Mexico never ever ever to be found or seen again. Sadly immigrants are easy targets for people desperately looking for scapegoats, and the very fact that many of them live completely off the radar make them an even more alluring target for a desperate individual like Casey. I think Casey is deeply enjoying the worldwide attention, and I'm sure that in true Narcissistic form she has fully convinced herself to be the only important victim in this situation.

For the rest of my life I will remember her cold, selfish little voice saying to her friend "All they care about is finding Caylee!!!" I don't count her hasty utterance afterward as anything but a pathetic and lame attempt to undo the damage she knew she had just done to her credibility.

Her repeated baldfaced lies continue to remind me of a quote by the evil monster known as Adolph Hitler;

“Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it.”

I know some of you think I'm crazy. But, I was called crazy weeks ago when I first started saying George was involved. Then, I was called crazy again when I just kept insisting that Cindy was the last documented person to be with Caylee alive.

I have always been one to "think outside the box". I have also watched the feds work. Man they are good. And they are quiet. You don't know what's hit you until AFTER you wake up. They are sly, they are cunning, and they can be quite devious.

This case stinks to high heavens. It is obvious that Cindy, George, Lee, and yes, even Casey loved that little girl. They have a nice house, neatly groomed yard - everything points to a "typical" family. Until now. Now, we a getting a picture of this evil family, lying, blaming everybody, all the dirty laundry coming out in public. Face it - we all have dirty laundry. It's this lying. Even after they have talked to the feds. They don't play. They tell you straight up. And, yes they were separated when they were interviewed. That's SOP. And for the past few days, we haven't seen or heard much outta them. then here we go again tonight. Lies, contradicting their own statements - even some that were "sworn" statements made on the stand during the bond hearing. That doesn't add up. Maybe I am crazy, maybe I'm just hold out hope that Caylee is alive, or maybe, just maybe I'm right.

Its all in those forensics - I know they have the prelimns back. I honestly believe that if those tests came back with "high confidence" they would have at least upped the charges today.

Please don't slap me. Its all just my opinion.

If anybody "slaps" you tell me and I will "slap" them :)

My dear you are allowed your opinion and I hope you feel free to state it. That's not to say that others will disagree with you vehemently but that's ok.

Please remember everyone, attack the post and not the poster

Hello!

I FINALLY found my password and was able to log in, after a LONG time away. :-)

This is a question I posed for Mr. Klass ... but wanted to also post it here, to get opinions from you guys. I know it's not a popular view, and I DO tend to agree that Casey may have harmed Caylee, but just bear with me here ... and tell me what you think.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What if Amy took Caylee with her on vacation, to give Casey some time alone? What if the person or persons that Amy went to see, wouldn't let Caylee go back with Amy for SOME reason?

What if they are now holding her, using her ... etc. and threatening to harm her or kill her if Casey or her family say too much? What if Casey can't even trust the FBI, because they have something over her or something is fixed so that Casey would be killed even before the FBI could get to her?

That would explain Cindy talking about Casey knowing where Caylee is, and that somebody betrayed her, and she can't say anything to protect Caylee.

I know this is a bit off of what most think, and actually I tend to think Casey may have killed Caylee also, but because this scenario keeps coming up in my head.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OK so now, tell me how you feel this might not be possible ... so I can throw it around in my head. Sometimes I don't see the obvious, and having somebody else point it out to me helps.

Thanks guys! And good to be back! :-)

I saw Greta's interview with LE tonight. I do not for one moment think that Caylee is alive anywhere.
All of this weaving of tales is just too dramatic. Casey knows what happened to Caylee, and so does this entire family, IMO. They had the rest of the night of the 15th to concoct their story and until noon on the 16th when LE came back to the house and wound up taking Casey for the ride all over town.

I agree, after 7 weeks the probabilities are very low that any missing child is alive, if there is no real evidence of a kidnapping, or even if there is. In this case, lies of phantom kidnappers have been thrown own by Casey and by proxy her parents to throw off police from the the real facts. The real facts are that she had a hand a hand in Caylee's death, which sadly probably was not an accident. It's been so long now that chances of finding the body are low, but not nonexistent. They should still be searching for the body close to the home.

I would like to think something like this happened but sadly the simplest explanation is far more likely

Good theory! My only question is:

Knowing that Cindy was looking for Casey and wanted to see Caylee, why would Amy have contacted Cindy and brought all of this to light?
