Patty I agree on the amy check thing being one of the layers of stuff waiting to come down on Casey. I do not think her parents will press charges for the cc theft/uses or the shed-uation but I am willing to bet Amy would for the checking account theft . I cannot find where she said how much it was but I do believe anything over 300 in FL is Grand Larceny, a felony.

The "phantom kidnapper" scenario seems quite unlikely at this point, since CAsey has lied about who migh have done it, and nobody would have kept Caylee this long with as much natonal coverage as this case has gotten, with a great liklihood of getting caught, and spending the rest of their life in prison.

Oh, how I agree....but if there is only a 10% chance that this is the situation, good lord, give these folks an out to get this child out of harms way. This family AND their lawyer seems so strange....why not give it a chance.

Nah, I think she just had a trashy set of new friends. My daughter's pages (MySpace and Facebook) look very similar(minus the trash). They're the exact same age.

i agree with this. the pictures don't necessarily suggest anything but a (ridiculously) healthy social life, with an emphasis on booze. if you were to see my friends or even my facebook photo albums from college (and the themed sorority/frat parties...for example, just to name a few: the two piece of clothing party, playboy bunny party, go to hell party, white party, champagne and shackles) you would have a completely different of who i am. not that i'm proud of this or anything, but it was just part of being a college student for me. and i definitely studied my ass off, etc.

at the same time, drunk photos or not, i still think casey is the mayor of crazytown, USA.

I think it was $700.00 Casey stole from Amy. Yup, it would be Grand Larceny and depends on how she stole the check.

Doing this distracts law enforcement and jail personnel from the crime. All letters will be scrutinized by both. It's best to let the investigators do their jobs.

Besides, do you really think that anything you could write to this woman could possibly "pressure" her to do anything different than what she's been doing?

ETA: I'm not "involved" in this case. I'm watching it, but I'm not a player in it, and NONE OF US should be.

The media just may have been reading here too! But in any event, once Cindy said at the bond hearing Caylee's father died in a car accident about a 1 1/2 years ago, just about everyone went looking for that accident and up pops the young man that was killed.

But it was Casey that started the lie, and who knows when she actually started the lie. The lie may just have started May 2007 at the passing of a person she went to high school with.

What I would be interested in finding out is what was Casey telling everyone before this young man died.

Caylee was 21 months old at the time of this young man's passing.

Cindy isn't exactly as truthful either. Of course, it's a question that would come up. It could very well have been a noncustodial parent. But, once it was established that it wasn't that should have been the end IMO. Just because they behave badly doesn't mean we have to respond in kind. JMHO

My take on that is if that is the case, she's got a lot more to hide than just losing or killing her daughter. From what I've seen on the net over the past couple of weeks and looking through all the pictures, I have a feeling that this girl was into something very, very, very sinister (gangs, cults, drugs, porn, etc.). And if that's the case I think GM & GP either knew about it or found out which is why they won't say or don't know who the dad is of Caylee, and why they never asked questions of Caley on her comings and goings at all weird hours of the day and night and being gone for days on end.

I don't think it's gangs, but a bunch of wannabes. A LOT of young people thrown out signs, some related to gangs, some not and mean nothing by it. They truly don't understand what those signs stand for within the gangs. They just think it's hip because they see it on tv and via entertainers etc.. BUT there could be some kind of drug scene through the clubs or "among friends."

I'm not even sure she's into porn. A lot of young women act the way she does when partying. Not most thankfully!

I've read this, and I had two issues that make me discount it.

1) a McDonalds, on a Saturday, and only ONE person sees her?

2) They didn't show up on video, and McD usually has pretty good coverage on that score.

BTW, I've been reading you all for a while,( this is my first post), and I think you are an amazing group!

Cindy isn't exactly as truthful either.

I am trying to remember the exact quote, Casey's new attorney used when someone said Cindy or George (well let's say all of the Anthony family) lied about this or that, The attorney said: A lie is a misunderstood falsehood!

I know for one thing, once the DNA testing is done, this will either make Casey statement the truth, should it be 100% positive, or it will just continue on until all people associate with Casey in that manner go and take a DNA test.

I personally think the entire family is lying in some form or another and in some other form there is some truth too! Just can't pull out anymore what is true and what is not. Especially after OTR last night. I still haven't watched it because after the little 5 minute "snipet" I was shocked!
