i agree with you .it was something of neglect. i have a younger sister who is a carbon copy of casey. she lies about EVERYTHING.she also believes her lies or convinces herself so well that she could probably pass a lie detector. she always heard ''a different drum'' than the other of my 5 siblings. we sort of look at her in a sympathetic way and tolerate her. she has a distant look about her and she is an incurable flirt. always needing to be the center of attention. i will admit there is a very cunning side to her.
It's sad, and very hard on other siblings. I really think someone is born with this. Not one of my other children are anywhere like this at all. All have gone to college, in the service, etc.

The problem with this is that this child lived in this home. Going to be very, very difficult to prove much because of this.

That depends on how she died (if she died).... if there's a significant amount of blood... that would not be easily explained.

Can you find where George actually said he saw Casey later on? I don't recall George ever saying he saw Casey after June 15/16.
Here you go Swag:

>>George Anthony reported the cans stolen to police in late June. But last night on FOX News, he said he learned later that same day his daughter had taken them. He said the discovery came to light when he asked Casey about a tire tool in her car. "She's still telling me, 'I'll get it Dad, I'll get it." George said he told her he was capable of getting it himself. He said when she opened the trunk, "...there were the gas cans. She's the one that took the gas cans."<<

This presents a serious timeline problem unless Cindy didn't see her the 24th. Because if Cindy wasn't home then she may very well not have seen her daughter in a month and that would preserve her personal timeline.

Anyone that watched Greta..did Cindy say she was home when George opened the trunk and found the gas cans?

There is a law in Florida (named after a child but I can't remember the name off hand as I'm brain dead), whereby if a mother does not want their child, they can drop them off anonymously at a hospital or fire station. I don't think there is an age limit either, meaning it doesn't have to be an infant - can be older. If (and that's a big if) Caylee was kidnapped, this would be "an out" that any potential kidnapper or "holder" of Caylee would have to bring Caylee back to safety, anonymously.

Seems that the GM and GP could at least mention this fact every once in a while as they are doing all of these tv interviews IMO.

safe haven law

I think it is 1 week. It is in all 50 states.

http://nationalsafehavenalliance.org/

In approximately 15 States, infants who are 72 hours old or younger may be relinquished to a designated safe haven.2 Approximately 14 States and Puerto Rico accept infants up to 1 month old.3 Other States specify varying age limits in their statutes.

OK...I have 2 questions...perhaps someone can answer...there was mention of someone (ZG) filling out a guest card...but then on the last thread it was said the agent on site was reported as having done that...but it's been my experience that the person visiting does that...anyone else have a similar experience? The next question...GM and GP would like for everyone to believe that Casey was living at home the entire time...so why did she have her stuff bagged in a "central" place in Tony's apartment?

I think in answer to your second question, that Casey and Caylee were staying at Tony's place at some point in time. Tony said the last time he saw Caylee, Casey was taking her swimming. I don't think, however, they were actually living there. I believe, Casey had a big argument with her mother and just stayed with Tony for a little while. She probably stayed wherever she could that was free of charge.

Our daughters kids were taken away from her......and we supported it 100%. We refused to wait and watch harm come to them. It's a long story, not something I really want to get into here.

I have to say, I've read all your posts and I have the upmost respect for you as a parent. With as much love as we have for our children, it's an absolute incredible love you have to see your child faults and all. Most parents don't have a censor button to erase the bad stuff. I really wish you the most happiness with your grandchildren since you have suffered so much in the past. :blowkiss:

what if Casey lied to her parents about the father ( are you kidding?LIED?)

Generally people like Casey tend to have alot of sexual partners. I simply think she actually does not know who the father is. The story of the father dying on the way to the birthday party is classic......feel more sorry for me.

Cindy was suppsoedly at work. If you go back to the bond hearing - George was put on the stand and said he had not seen either Casey or Caylee for a month (or whatever many days it was then). Now, he pops up with "oh I saw her on the 24th".

Up until Greta's interview yesterday - no one - Cindy or George or Lee had EVER SAID that they saw Casey or Caylee for over a month.

If you are referring to the safe haven law.. it is only for newborns.. i think we need something for older children too!

I really hope Greta has new info on the search when she airs part 2 tonight or else I'm trading in my glass of wine for a pitcher. With a straw.

Casey seems to be a typical, almost textbook case of what they call Histrionoc Personality Disorder. Formally known as female hysteria, basically.

I would LOVE to know if any of Caylees clothing and toys were found at any of the various places that Casey claims they were staying at. Were any clothes, except a couple of outfits, missing from her room at Cindy and Georges' house??

When did Casey supposedly move out? What did she take with her?

If my own mother wasn't available when I had a pity Gigi day then I'd call a friend to come and sit with me. But then again I'm normal. What is it with this throwaway society?

Thank you for mentioning that. I've wondered about that several times since I know other states have the same policy. The points you brought up regarding the significance of that law in this case are excellent!

Actually Cindy says it July 17th on Nancy Grace. The only thing that has actually changed is the dates.

Cindy= " My husband saw them both leaving on June the 9th. Actually my husband saw Casey a week or two after that at the house when she came by to pick up some things. And we haven`t seen Casey -- or Caylee, though, since the 8th and the 9th. "

The dates have changed but the rest is still the same.

I don't think so. Blood and Body fluids in connection to other evidence has solved many cases even when the victim has lived at the crime site. Especially with luminol, sometimes many years later. Even if they clean it up, the luminol shows that also. Something broke, they have new information which is why they went back today.

And 12 bags of evidence was removed from the house? Divers tomorrow? I'd say they are on their way to plenty of proof. The noose is tightening around Casey's neck.
