Benji, this is where I'm coming from.

LE have said that the grandparents are cooperating.

LE have said that Casey is not.

Therefore, I need to give them the benefit of the doubt personally. It's difficult enough to accept that someone who gave birth to a child can then not (at the very least) let go of her "self" long enough to help the little girl.

Following facts and evidence to me means you have to check as many of your feelings at the door to see things objectively. Sometimes you have to try to prove what you DON'T believe in order to get to the truth.

I'm also trying to be respectful of the WS guidelines that are against bashing a family who are victims.

This is where I'm coming from

Lilac, I respect your opinion. It isn't that I'm trying to make anyone believe as I do, I just don't understand the whys of it is all.

The thing about the grandparents cooperating and Casey not is this; GP's are not in jail, and the extent their cooperation seems to have been that they are allowing LE to come into their home as they wish. However Casey IS in jail and has no way to show cooperation except by talking to them and giving them information. She's done that, but it's all been lies, BUT the grandparents have lied in everything they've talked to LE about as well!! They even lied under oath in the courtroom at the bail reduction hearing! So, are they REALLY cooperating with LE anymore than Casey is? Not in my opinion.

And btw, all of this is the way I see what is going on and is not intended as a bash to anyone. To say that the family is lying is not bashing them, it's stating a fact.

This bugs me, I have had to use a check cashing place before, and I have a bank account. Sometimes, you get hit more than you can handle and need a small loan.

Mmm, stereotypes. Seriously, the people I've found in check cashing places are overwhelmingly normal and not really drawn to criminal behavior more than any other group.

I've used them in the past, and if they existed in my current location, I'd probably hit them in a heartbeat. I don't have a bank account, and on the rare occasion that I get a check, I endorse it and hand it over to my husband. Sometimes I see 'my' money, sometimes I don't.

For many people, having a bank account simply makes no economic sense - given the fact that many banks charge you for having an account, charge you if your balance falls below a certain point, charge you for using ATMS, etc. Then there's the risk of negative balances, and overdrafts. If you're living paycheck to paycheck (as many people are) you'll burn through money fairly quickly, and a bank is a risk and hassle with no real benefit. Then there are people who want to open bank accounts but can't because of poor credit histories.

In my case, it makes no sense because I don't have a steady stream of income. I think I've "made" $110 this year, and $70 of that was in in July. My opening an account would require an initial deposit of $50, which would have left $20 at my disposal (which would have been $20 more than I actually saw, but still!).

Then why not report it immediately?. She now is in a situation she created where everything looks to be much more sinister than that, plus she has the felony child neglect at least.

After watching Cindy for the last few weeks, she seems like the type person that would have constantly told Casey that she would not be able to raise Caylee with out her. Cindy seems to be very over bearing to me.

o/t and no offense but i hate generalisation. i was working full time and going to school and raising 3 kids on my own. had great job but i didn't have bank acct. the banks in my area wanted you to have the min. of 200 in the bank at all times or i would be charged a fee. i just couldn't afford to do that. i'm sure others are like that also.

ok i swear i wasn'[t bashing cindy i don'tbelieve she was involved myself. i really was trying to defend her. sorry it didn't read that way.

We know that the cadaver dogs searched outside the Anthony home, but does anyone know if they searched inside the home? Can dogs do such a search.... inside a structure? If so is the accuracy the same?

I believe the grandparents are in on the cover up. That is not bashing the family, that is just my take on the situation. We do not know at this point if the family are victims or not. So please, don't think that all of us are bashing them because we believe they may be involved.

I think that would require them knowing she is dead and then purposely chosing not to find her little body and put her to rest and also making peace with the fact that she was killed by their daughter and betraying little Caylee by leaving her body out there somewhere in order to protect their daughter. The fact that they let LE and media into their home without an issue and are giving interviews (long interviews) with police tells me that this is not the case here. I just don't think a grandpa, grandma and uncle would openly let their baby girl rot somewhere and protect the person who hurt her. I think they want to believe their daughter.

Serv pro....like it never even happened.... sorry, it is getting to me.

I would like to see if there is a pattern of her calling people like this-trying all possible phones to reach someone she wants to speak with.

The pool ladder/open gate story was told to Fuhrman by George and Cindy.

I don't buy one word of it. I think it's just one more baseless story they're throwing out there to confuse the issues.

I can see how this is plausible...but, where do the gas cans fit in though? I definitely think she used it for something...either to burn something or use it to drive back from a really long drive. Also there are gaps in her myspace messages from June 25-27th...so something must have been going down during that time as well.

I think she either used the cans for the actual gas--or to burn evidence. I don't think she attempted to burn the body because that's next to impossible to do. Now if her gas gauge was faulty according to George ( I don't know what to believe anymore!) then she might have not know how much gas she had. It's 15 miles to Bella Vida Blvd and back. Plus she went to the Sawgrass Apts ( allegedly) then she went to Fusion too.

TO Cindy To George, 2 friends and a BUSINESS. I want to know what business...i think its important.

I inferred and I would have to watch Mark F again to be sure that it was to where Cindy works or where one of them works.

I don't think so. I believe this woman really loves her granddaughter, but I also think she wants to protect her family and doesn't want the family to look bad or dysfunctional as I am most positive it is. I think Cindy and Casey got into a terrible fight which lead Casey to leave and take Cindy's sweet baby girl - at this point Cindy may feel to blame for fighting with Casey and letting her leave. She loves that baby girl and she wants so badly to believe she is alive.

Exactly!

31 days...

June 15th is the last time Cindy saw Caylee (video of Father's Day visit)
- maybe they fight about Casey's behavior/attitude/lack of responsibility/new friends
- maybe Cindy gives her ultimatum (many moms do this in order to force an action/reaction from an irresponsible kid)
- Casey packs a few things and takes off with Caylee, the car and the credit card that night

June 16th
- some kind of accident occurs, Casey panicks and starts calling frantically but noone answers
- so Casey puts Casey in the trunk and tries to figure out what to do

June 17th
- Casey spends the day trying to figure out what to do.
- Something odd happens involving the Sawgrass Apt, no clue on what exactly

June 18th
- Casey backs up to her parent's garage, borrows a shovel and attempts to bury Caylee
- Casey figures out that it won't work because she can't dig deep enough, dogs may find the body, etc.
- Casey returns the shovel, puts the body back in the trunk, and leaves

June 19-22nd Casey parties as if nothing has happened, Caylee still in the trunk
- Casey get s a tattoo memorializing Caylee

June 22-24th Casey realizes the smell is too much
- Casey returns to her parent's house and steals the gas cans
- Casey finds a location to burn or dump the body
- George reports the theft of gas cans
- maybe George did see Casey briefly during this time while she was at the house stealing the gas cans, maybe as she is pulling away, and maybe that is what caused him to look around and notice the shed break-in.

June 25th Casey decided that she needs to get rid of the car because it still smells
- Casey leaves the car (with the carseat becasue she no longer needs it) at Amscot, leaves her purse, and plans to report it stolen at a later date
- Casey calls Tony to pick her up and then calls Jesse in order to create a better alibi

June 26-July 15th Casey goes on with life business as usual
- George picks up car and realizes that something is amiss, removes gas cans, smells decomp
- George and Cindy begin looking for Casey and Caylee but can't find her

July 15th - Casey picks up Amy at the airport and Amy realizes that Casey has stolen her checks
- Amy calls Cindy to come pick Casey up because of the theft
- Cindy picks up Casey and begins questioning where Caylee is, why the car was towed, what the smell is... Casey refuses to answer
- Cindy drives Casey to police station as a scare tactic, finds it closed, calls 911 first and second call then heads home to wait for cops on to arrest Casey for theft.
- Once at home, Casey begins her web of lies about the kidnapping
- Cindy calls 911 again and tells them that Caylee is missing and that she hasn't seen her for 31 days. While being transferred she says to Casey that she has already given her a month, meaning a month to prove her ability to take care of herself, and that she will be going to court to take Caylee away from her.

Cindy's first calls and "excited utterances" were the truth, she had no idea that Caylee was missing at that time. I think that once Caylee was arrested, she and George decided that based on Casey's lies, the abandoned car/carseat, the gas cans, and the decomp smell that Caylee is most likely dead and they begin their backpedaling to cover it up.

Oops I forgot to add that she went and got a tattoo somwhere in there as well. I wonder if George saw that tattoo on the 24th which is when he claims to have seen Casey and found the gas cans in her trunk. Alledgedly.

Dawg:

She deleted those comments when she "created" the myspace page for Caylee, the day she got arrested:

However....I do agree that those gas cans fit in there somewhere. THere is something BIG with those gas cans. Burning evidence I think.

How do you guys know when myspace comments have been deleted? Other than of course the ones that people have copied and have recently been deleted. Just curious.

I think it could be possible that Caylee drowned in the family pool. I also think it is possible that her body was put in the community dumpster at the Sawgrass apts.
This could be why it was mentioned about the pool ladder. Cindy also said the gate was left open. That could be an opening for a possibility that Caylee went out the open gate and wandered off or was kidnapped.
If her body is found in the surrounding bodies of water, they could say she wandered off through the gate and drowned.
Casey seems confident in not giving LE any information. I believe this is because the body could be in a landfill, and will never be found.

Now... would George be smart enough to not make up a faulty gas gauge which could be easily verifed.

Plus, if he was really going to rotate Cindy's tires.... perhaps he worked on the car the let Casey use as well.

They have the pontiac I'd expect they'd verify the gas gauge story... however, why would she have to steal the gas cans for that. Wouldn't George and Cindy want her to have some to keep Caylee safe?

Tell me if any of you can imagine this....

Casey and Cindy get into a huge argument, about her level of responsibility, moving out, etc. etc. Casey is pissed and leaves that day (16th) figuring "I'll show them." Realizing she has no place to go, and after a few hours with Caylee she's desperate, she starts calling and calling. GM and GP don't answer, it's a standoff, further angering Casey. Casey has some partying to do though and leaves Caylee with whoever, maybe she even leaves her someplace alone. During this time, and it was at this time approximately that all those partying pics were taken. Caylee is not with Casey, but Casey is out doing what she does best and is in her mind 'showing her parents by not coming back to them.' Something during this time happens to Caylee, I'd like to believe it's an accident and Casey realizes she has to cover it up so the gas can theft happens and she does what she has to to cover her butt. I just can't see that Caylee was knowingly deceased (if she is) while those pics were taken.

After the whole story comes to light with Cindy, the night of the 911 call, Cindy feels so guilty about not answering the phone those times the she agrees to help cover this up. And since Casey doesn't really feel responsible for whatever happened to Caylee, she isn't showing a lot of remorse while sitting in jail. Because in her mind, what happened was due to the GP not letting her in the house, coupled with a possible accident, etc. I don't think Casey purposely killed Caylee, I think something bad happened due to the situation she was put in after this strife with the parents.

Why wouldn't he just have had the gas gauge fixed?
