Fox News:

Lawyer for man supposidly killed in accident (the bio Dad) will be on Studio B at 3 pm ET

Gosh, I feel so badly for the Ortiz family. Thinking about how they lost their son just over a year ago and now with even as much as a suggestion of the possibility that they are the grandparents of a now missing and possibly deceased grandchild. :( I imagine they are really pained by all of this!

Even though from what I've gathered, it doesn't seem like the Ortiz family feels Jesus is/was Casey's bio-father.

Allegedly Jesse (Grund) and his family considered Caylee as Jesse's child for about the first 10 months of her life (according to Rev Grund), and was allegedly proven not to be by DNA tests, I highly doubt that Casey knows who fathered Caylee. (The Grunds are also now feeling the pain of Caylee being missing.)

Casey's refusal to talk is causing a whole lot of people to suffer!

I don't think that at all. I think whatever came back from the labs gave probable cause for a search warrant. And no one from the D.A.'s office is offering immunity to anyone in this case. They aren't even considering it.

I truly believe that LE is doing a "slam dunk" job here - they're getting all of their ducks in a row and building a firm case - those labs results have given them direction.

Adding to that:

The comment Casey made to Amy to "cheer up" could be because things were awry between Amy and Ricardo or JP.

Casey said "cheer me up"

People use drugs for a babysitter all the time. They drug their kids up so they can go party or whatever they need that freedom for.

A question:

Is Zanax a drug that is given without prescription in the US and so many people use it on their kids? Or they take a prescription on themselves and then use it on their kids? Cause where I live someone needs to have a prescription to buy it.

The problem here is using the term "accident" to what Casey, did. At best, it was negligent homicide, at worst murder. The fact that it seems to have occurred on the very day she left is very damning in my book.

I'd like to know if
Starbuck Twins Mysteries #03: A Voice in the Wind is in that house... I find it very coincidental that Caylee's nanny and the babysitter in the book are both ... Zanny the Nanny

I've wondered that too. Someone speculated this back on the early threads...like around thread 7 or 9 I think. But it could have easily been a childhood fav of casey's. It would put her around the age of 8 or 9 yrs old when the books were out.

You need a prescription but as it goes with most abused prescription drugs you can get it on the street very easily.

No, you must have a prescription, but doctors give out the prescriptions without a thought. My coworker calls in prescriptions all the time. My doc tried to prescribe them to me and I wouldn't take it...JUST because I get tension headaches he offered it! grrrrr it frustrates me the way dr's are so prescription happy.

Forgive me if this question's been asked. What were the opinions about the "flurry of phone calls"?

I've too thought all along that it said Cheer me up lady. This makes the statement mean something different for sure.

My point in posting that is.. George was at home on the 16th at 1:10 just before going to work, watching his favorite TV program when Casey and Caylee were leaving.

George claims Casey came over on the 24th at 2:25.

What time does he go to work? Was he off work on the 24th?

George went into the explanation of how Casey had the wedge in her car, blah blah blah... How long could that conversation have lasted? I would think it would have been a pretty heated conversation after he discovered she had the gas cans in her car.

But Casey goes on to start posting comments only 15 minutes after this confrontation. I'm not discrediting that she could have been on cell phone. I'm even guessing she probably was. It just didn't jive with me about this timeline.

My point exactly.

You're welcome swannie! I think Orlando should have made sure before saying anything who the people were.

I agree, the media can be awful. Just in this case alone, they're just as inconsistant as Casey. IMO

Cheer up me (my) lady. As in "cheer up Amy".

You need a script here. But they aren't hard to get. All you need is to tell a doc you are stressed and having anxiety attacks. They can also be ordered without a script (illegally) online. You can also buy it on the streets.

People most often use Benadryl on their kids. The thing people misunderstand about prescription drugs though, is that they think if it comes through a doctor it's safer than over the counter stuff. That's why we are seeing an epidemic of overdoses and deaths of prescription drugs.

ETA: I reread your post and I don't think I gave you the right answer. lol. I think Ritalin is what you are thinking of that's given out for ADHD. I need more coffee!
