I know Cindy says she called Amy, but maybe she was returning her call... maybe Amy went to Cindy to say - look, Casey owes me money, and by the way, I know Caylee is missing...and then Cindy HAD to call the police.

Hmmm....smart post. good thinking!

To help clear some things up... My daughter and her friends post to facebook and myspace all the time from their cell phones. It doesn't have to be a blackberry, just any cellphone with internet capabilities.

Cindy called 911 and wanted Casey arrested for stealing a car also to report a 3 yr old missing.

She did? I can't get the page to load yet.

That was one of my early theories - that Casey had taken off with Mom's car without permission, yet mom had never reported it stolen. I'm not surprised she was also racking up charges on grandma's plastic - it would explain how Cindy had receipts.

Weird that she would ask to have Casey arrested for car theft - by then she had the car back.

The first call featured Anthony saying she wants her daughter, Casey Anthony, 22, arrested for stealing items, Local 6's Louis Bolden reported.

A second 911 call was then made by Anthony explaining that her granddaughter cannot be located.

After officers investigated the calls, it was determined that Caylee had been missing for five weeks and officers took Casey Anthony into custody.

I find it interesting that grandma cindy in the 911 call starts out by first mentioning stolen items/car and then mentions Caylee missing.

If Casey stole her car why didnt they report that before?

I think gma is attempting a cover up and called police because they had no choice since the car had the smell it did and amy had also posted about the missing child and stolen items.
