in the affidavit Anthony Lazzaro does say Caylee was swimming there on June 2 and that was the last that he saw her. He only started dating Casey in June and met her in May

Thanks for posting that - it was my understanding that Tony knew about Caylee - it was the manager (or whatever) at Fusian (sp?) that didn't know Casey had a child.

When did the supposed job at Fusian start? Casey said she was doing "PR" for them, right? So if that "job" and her involvement with the guy there didn't start until after June 9/15/whatever...it makes sense he didn't know Casey had a child, because she didn't have a child anymore...at least not with her anymore...

That sounded like Amy knew about it prior to Cindy. But........it could well be that Amy learned about Caylee being missing when all of Casey's friends were contacted. Cindy stated that she and Casey contacted Casey's friends while waiting for police.

Who really knows what Casey and Cindy WROTE to the friends. I am sure that they had to say that she had been missing since June 9th and I am sure they needed to say why. So maybe Casey told them she was afraid of disappointing her mom,..blah blah,..

Did she actually make COMMENTS on people's myspace pages or just bulletins?

A person who I thought was my friend stole money one night while I was sleeping and made up a story about how I got up in my sleep and put money away for the trip I was going on (I got back today, it was a great trip!). I bought that, she's my friend, but after today I know it was her. I let her use my car while I was gone and my check book was in there. Account cleared out. Hopefully I'll be able to get that back... but yeah... overall... about a grand. Which isn't even the worst (for me it is...) apparently her kid has been missing for a month. She claims the nanny stole her and was too afraid to tell her mom. So, as bad as all this is, there is a little girl out there (hopefully) that I'm way worried about.

HMMM-IIRC Lazarro said he last saw Caylee on June 2nd while the three of them were at the apt's swimming pool...this falls inline with the affidavit at least.

Not to defend Cindy but if the night of the 15th was the first time she had seen Casey in a month.

She got an abandoned car back that smelled like trash, pizza and death.
She still hadn't seen her granddaughter in a month and Casey wasn't telling her where she was.
She may have gotten some inkling that Casey was living on her credit cards.

All in about 24 hours.

I think the date of the June 9th coming from Casey was the least of her thought processes when putting up the myspace pages.

Or she was complicit in all this and none of this was news to her.

I went back into Myspace and the 1st bulletin about Caylee missing that was put out was Jul 16, 2008 5:49 PM. Casey was arrested at 8 something that same evening? No bulletin was put out on the 15th.

I think Caylee was initially buried in the backyard. Casey went to her parent's home when they weren't there and exhumed the body, put it in the trunk of the car, and re-buried Caylee elsewhere.

Detectives spoke with the woman who says she saw Caylee at the Orlando Airport in early July. She told police she saw the little girl with a woman in her 30's or 40's who boarded a flight to Atlanta.

Investigators said they only knew about the tip after Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, spoke about it on FOX News. Casey's mother, Cindy, says she cannot always check all the messages they receive right away.

This worries investigators, who say that in missing child cases, seconds count.

they have confirmed no such thing, they have only said that they THINK the smell is human decomposition.

Last time I checked, K-9s are considered to be officers and they "hit" on a definite smell of decomposition thereby confirming it, imo. So LE did confirm it. This is the only way that they have TO confirm the smell of decomposition. Now, forensic tests are being done to verify the confirmation of the smell.

This is the bulletin put out right after Casey's arrest. I find it interesting that Cindy's grand daughter is missing, her daughter has just been arrested, but she feels the need to log in to myspace!

Cindy testified that she and Casey made the Caylee is missing myspace and got the word out while they waited for the police, so that would have been JULY 15th,.. around 10 or so.

I believe that GM knew BEFORE Amy and Amy found out through myspace and then posted her facebook thing. Maybe Casey broke down in front of Amy when GM was questioning her.
