Casey left home. Casey could not handle Caylee on her own. She probably starting hitting Caylee. She couldn't let her mother see this. She probably begged to see her GM. Casey snapped.

Could it be possible that Caylee was left with grandma and GRANDMA did something to her. Grandma put the body in the trunk of the car. Maybe Casey is in jail because she doesn't want to face Cindy.... I think it's the grandma that did something here and is willing to let Casey take the fall because there is something not right with Casey. Maybe she's stoned or drunk or high much of the time and can't even remember where she was the past few weeks. Seems that grandpa George would know if the baby had been at their house or not though.

Praise the Lord the judge set a huge bond. $500,000. I hope and pray the parents can't make bond and that this girl sits in jail and rots til the cops can get enough evidence on her and charge her with murder. I also think she left the girl in the hot car while she did all her partying and came out and found her dead. At some point she brought her to the parents back yard. Maybe even attempted to bury her with that shovel and found out what a hard job it was and found another way to get rid of the body.

They don't NEED Casey to tell them when Cindy knows!!! She knows it all, imo.

If they put Cindy in solitary...wouldn't take her long to crack. She is much weaker than her daughter.

I agree that Cindy KNOWS and probably participated. I am also interested to know what the dad ( George) and brother know and did. I think they are all in on it, with Cindy being the " organizer".

Was $500,000 the highest he could set? I wish he would have set it at $1,000,000 or $2,000,000 to really make them think about whether they want to get her out of jail.

$50,000 is doable. I bet when she runs off in a few days though, they're going to pretty much regret this decision.

this is really getting out of hand with all the wild speculation and gossip, these threads are very hard to follow lately...

Actually, a lot of the speculation and "gossip" was proven to be true in court today. So I wouldn't classify it as "wild".

The facts brought out today verify that our theories and where some of us have felt this case was heading are on the right path to finding out what happened to Caylee.

It should have been TEN MILLION DOLLARS BOND. Let HER rot, in jail. Parents will have 50K in a heartbeat- probably already have it in hand from home equity or savings.

judge sure didn't seem like he wanted to set bond. said she hasn't told anyone up to now where caylee is he doubts letting her out would do any good.

I don't think she was left in the car - I would suspect the dos would have alerted to the back seat or front seat in addition to the trunk had that been the case. Sounds like they only alerted to the trunk.

I heard the judge say $500,000, and GPS. But my phone rang just then, and didn't hear any more. I don't know whether this is a case where they can just post 10% or if it has to be the whole thing.
