One thing I don't get,...
Lee doesn't seem to have anything to do with his family. He has done searches I saw on a video but he didn't walk out with his family after the bond hearing. Usually families do that to have a untied front. Also he was almost crying when he said that Casey hadn't seen Caylee in 31 days. He said it twice. I think that he knows more than he is telling us. Maybe it has to with GM. Maybe thats why Casey wants immunity bc she went along with GM about covering it up. Something happened on June 15th and they want the world to think something happened on June 9th,.. that is until they were caught in a lie with the video. I just dont' know what to think anymore.

They have an untied front, all right (sorry, couldn't resist). Lee has to know that Casey, the one he could always be counted on to pry the truth from - lied to him on July 15th when she said she hadn't seen her child in 31 DAYS.

I don't for one minute believe that Casey would spend a nanosecond covering up for anyone in her family if it meant her own discomfort (let alone incarceration).

With all the grilling you know that girl got on July 15th when she was dragged home, the question is whether she actually admitted to something the family is now covering up, or if she stuck to her story because whatever is happening now isn't as bad as what she thinks will happen if she tells the truth.

In the affadavit Amy says that she let Casey use her car while she was away and her checkbook was in her car, and then the checks went missing.

Here's my question, Why would Casey need to use Amy's car, wasn't the car that the dogs hit on Casey's? Was Casey borrowing Amy's car because Caylee had already died? Was Caylee seen by Amy right before she left for vacay or was she ever seen by Amy after vacay?

1. Where exactly was Casey living when Caylee disappeared? Was it with the possible boyfriend, Anthony? If so..why did she request his phone number from jail?

3. When Lee was talking to Caylee the night the police were <finally> called....did I read somewhere that the grandmother was outside? Why was she outside at that time of the morning/night and what was she doing out there? (Wasn't it like 12-3 am?)

I'll try to help with some answers here-

Answer to #1: I think no one knows for sure. Supposedly she was living with Anthony on June 9th which was the original missing date, BUT now that "missing" date has changed and Caylee was last seen on the 15th/16th, and they were still at Cindy's. Big question mark on this one...

Answer to #3: I think I heard or read that Cindy went out out the home so Casey would feel safe talking to her brother, making sure grandma was out of the house and not listening.

So is this the same guy who said he wasn't aware of her having a kid? If Casey was living there...whether it be the 8th or the 15th...where was Caylee then?

Also...the message that was posted about going over to visit on Father's Day on the myspace page was that for THIS past Father's Day? If it was...then she wasn't living in the house then either...which now makes absolutely no sense. Where WAS this child Cayley living? Especially as GM attested to the fact that they were both in the bedroom on the 16th??!! Ok...I'm sunk. It took me 4 hours to catch up on the posts and my brain is total mush!!

I thought Amy didnt know about the money until after she returned from vacation? If she knew on June 24th that Casey had stolen the money why would she let Casey borrow her car, and have Casey pick her up at the airport?

Amy Huizenga left on a week-long trip to Puerto Rico on July 8th or 9th, returning on July 15th. During the week that she was away, she loaned Casey her car.

It would appear that Casey had no transportation after June 30th. The police have stated that they have interviewed the person who picked Casey up from the parking lot where the car was abandoned.

My brother told me that even people going to He** have a stopover in Atlanta.It's true that the people could have been headed almost anywhere, but if the lady knows the flight number, they can check the manifest for that flight. It wouldn't necessarily have the child's name. They have to account for every person on the plane, so it might just say Mrs. John Smith and toddler.

Now that was freaking funny. And yes, its true, we seem to have a direct connection south.

Could be, but for someone who is so into her personal freedom to par-tay, I think the threat wouldn't have been to kill her, but maybe it would be to drop a dime on her. Even if she had nothing to do with Caylee's death, she's implicated herself by her silence.

Hard to say you're in fear of your life when you're in solitary. And sad to say, I don't think threatening to kill her family (maybe with the exception of Lee) would have had much of a negative effect.

Argh, I'm going straight to hell for thinking that, I just know it.

i went back and re read the affidavit because I thought she was staying with her bf Anthony as well,.. but she was actually staying with Morales and Amy. They just worded it really crazy. Anthony said that he called Amy to tell her to call police and that Casey was living with Amy. And he hadn't seen Caylee since June 2.

The car - and the smell - was parked on June 27th and impounded on June 30th.

Whatever happened, happened between June 15th with great-grandpa at the nursing home, and June 27th when the car was parked at Amscot. Does anyone remember whether the Amscot people reported a bad smell?
