I have no problem with her making bond, none at all. I DO have a problem with what appears to me to be a bunch of new people coming in for publicity. That's my problem with all this. They can bond her out and decline interviews....isn't going to happen. jmo
We will always have people coming in to these cases for publicity. Nothing technically wrong with that. If ANYONE can find out what happened to this child, I'm all for it. Unfortunately, LE can't, or hasn't so far.

Only 30 pieces of evidence? That's way too small for a forensics case, especially since we don't know the outcome of that evidence. If Casey gets out, which i think she will, and can help find her daughter, I'm all for it. I don't care who profits financially. JMO.

Fox News Channel's Phil Keating says it is possible that Casey will get out today but tomorrow is more of a possibility.

Twelve noon is the time of the meeting with Casey's lawyer with the bondsperson and Leonard. Leonard believes that Caylee is still alive. The family still stands behind Casey's stories.

The family isn't sure if the bailing out of their daughter is really going to materialize.

Well, none of the old people would bond her out so new people had to come in too do it. I do not have a problem with her bonding out. Hopefully now some new information will come out. I do not like the fact that a person looses all privacy when they have have only been found guilty in the public opinion and not in a court of law.

Thank you for that info... I know he has it on his site with 2 maps saying literally saying "when" TES gets there, they need to check out 2 certain spots. I guess it is another one of his vague statements to make it look like he is working with an important group on something.

(I hope I am talking about whom yall are talking about. LoL )
Thinkin' I read somewhere that TES had located the body they were searching for which would free them up for Caylee.

I have had time to rethink my position on Casey getting out and while I don't know it will happen, I do know it could be much worse if she were allowed to simply return home to Cindy and George alone. At least with the Padilla clan we have some security in knowing they will take extra precautions to return her to court dates. I don't mind saying I don't trust the Anthonys to be able to do this or even want to do this.

I think I heard that it could take as long as 72 hours for her to actually get out of jail. the legal process you know. Which makes no sense to me because when you post bond, you get out.

I was watching that Bounty Hunter arriving at the airport carrying a brief case. I wondered if he had $500,000 in cash? LOL. Of course, I'm kidding. But it just looked kind of funny to me.

TES has several cases they are working on simultaneously, but they have not been asked to get involved in any search for Caylee. If you or anyone else reads that anywhere please post the link if you would not mind.

I desperately wish they do become involved here.

I'm getting a late start and still catching up here.

Does everyone realize the risks of letting Casey out? Will someone be in the shower with her? Watch her take a p***? People under suicide watch hang themselves in the shower all the time. The risk outweighs the slim chance that Casey will tell anyone about anything useful. Besides, Baez will be telling her don't talk to anyone.

What's the big deal?[QUOTE]

A missing 3 yr old for starters, I looked at the hair and I'm very familiar with an uneven part. Dont see it the same way.

I am well aware of a missing three year old. Just saying the hair issue is nitpicking and easily explained. If you don't see it that way, fine with me. Just seems like it's making a mountain out ofa molehill. Have a lovely day!Are you Words of Wisdom on another site? You sound like her.

They were involved in the search for Trenton Duckett and came up empty. They are wonderful people, truly dedicated to their cause, and I applaud them.

LOL, there she is..
Right- I would LOVE to be in the Baez/Padilla meeting right now- can you imagine?
She's not getting out, nada, no way. I wish I could just lurk around the OCSD and the courthouse all day to see what emergency filings, hearings, changes to judge's calendar comes out.. Any takers?

You bet your sweet bippy that someone will be with her 24/7. While she sleeps, eats, showers, and she will have one of the device thingy's on her ankle.

Those bounty hunters don't mess around. She will not slip from their grasp because of the $500,000.

I wonder if Casey shares any of the same friends with Melinda Duckett ?

I'm completely in the dark about TES. I know who they are and I know that they are an incredible group of people, but I'm curious about how they actually 'get' involved in a case. Do they HAVE to be..."invited" in by the family or by LE? Is it sorta they're 'code of conduct' not to step in unless they are overtly invited? I'm just curious to know, theoretically, if they are "permitted( i guess)" to go to Orlando and search if they choose to do so...simply BECAUSE they choose to do so?

I agree. The one thing I don't understand is that she cancels/refuses visits with family, yet she is going to live with them again upon making bail. Makes no sense.

The Anthony's home with Casey, GP's + Lee and various "friends" in and out ... reporters at the door constantly ... is going to be a powder keg! Having a third party there (Padilla's guy/gal) stirring things up ... is just adding the spark ...:fuse:

I hope that it explodes big time ... because IMO that is what it is going to take to get some real answers!

Where's Joseph? Maybe he'll go down there for us?

My biggest fear is Casey will end up to be another Melinda Duckett. I don't think I can handle another mother taking her secrets to the grave.
