I'm getting a late start and still catching up here.

Does everyone realize the risks of letting Casey out? Will someone be in the shower with her? Watch her take a p***? People under suicide watch hang themselves in the shower all the time. The risk outweighs the slim chance that Casey will tell anyone about anything useful. Besides, Baez will be telling her don't talk to anyone.
Suzi...her parents weren't going to do that either!! They would give that primadonna her privacy and space in that house. It would be back to life as normal with Casey if she had been bailed out by them with the exception of her party friends (those she has left anyway) would be coming over to get drunk at her house instead. Remember "Caseysitters"?!

I don't know, I think I've just become jaded where Casey is concerned. I can see no reasonable reason that Casey couldn't have saved herself a lot of headache already by telling whatever she knows, if Caylee can indeed be located and brought home.

I hope I'm proved wrong, nothing would tickle me more! I would be delighted and do a dance around my house wooting! if Casey opened up and these people got Caylee home. I would aplogize profusely.

At this point I have thrown up arms and feel resentment about this silence from Casey. We're being fed stories of kidnappers and all sorts of stuff, BUT LE the FBI etc can't be trusted to go get Caylee.

O/T shutterfly are you a rat owner? if so can I pm you, i have a couch guest i'd like to discuss.

Where's Joseph? Maybe he'll go down there for us?

My biggest fear is Casey will end up to be another Melinda Duckett. I don't think I can handle another mother taking her secrets to the grave.

LOL..
I completely agree if she got out she would be dead in 3 days.

I'm completely in the dark about TES. I know who they are and I know that they are an incredible group of people, but I'm curious about how they actually 'get' involved in a case. Do they HAVE to be..."invited" in by the family or by LE? Is it sorta they're 'code of conduct' not to step in unless they are overtly invited? I'm just curious to know, theoretically, if they are "permitted( i guess)" to go to Orlando and search if they choose to do so...simply BECAUSE they choose to do so?
Yes, they are obviously located in Texas. They can choose to go there on their own if they so desire to. Their work is based on donations to their cause. I'm surprised they haven't come in on this case yet, but as some other poster said, they are involved in others. They actually ride on horses and do grid work, etc. I can't remember if they have the ability to go into lakes and streams, but I don't think so.

I agree. The one thing I don't understand is that she cancels/refuses visits with family, yet she is going to live with them again upon making bail. Makes no sense.

Maybe she is concerned the visits will be recorded and then aired in the media. Or she's denying them the pleasure of her company in the hopes they'll find a way to get her out faster so they can be with her.

Or maybe the invisible nanny called her on her invisible phone and told her it would be a bad idea to see her family.

That and the posts that they hijack that originated from here:furious:
I think we have them pretty much in check now..lol

Yes I noticed that too..I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask about what I read. I thought I was out of the loop on that or something.

LOL, there she is..
Right- I would LOVE to be in the Baez/Padilla meeting right now- can you imagine?
She's not getting out, nada, no way. I wish I could just lurk around the OCSD and the courthouse all day to see what emergency filings, hearings, changes to judge's calendar comes out.. Any takers?

Hi All, Just wanted to jump in quick, then I am out the door. I agree she is not going anywhere.........but I will tell you this "IF" she would get out, there is nothing better then watching her go back to jail! The look on her face will say it all. She will feel like she has everyone on her side walking out.....
Just that look on her face, makes me hope she gets out.
I must say, I don't post much, but I am on this site all the time since this whole thing started. I think I gained 5 pounds sitting here eatting and drinking sodas.

Dunlurken, that is incorrect. They will not ever interject themselves in a case. It is their strict policy to be requested by LE or family, no-one else.

I was thinking last night about the woman who went to prison..... she was a Doctor, and so was her husband. She absolutely refused to have her daughter be seen by the husband because she believed the dad was molesting the child.

I hope some can understand my train of thought here. If Casey actually thinks Caylee is in danger if she "talks", she will sit in jail and keep her mouth shut instead of endangering her daughter. JMO.

Did that make sense?

I know! I'm just flat out against letting her out to anyone at all. At least her parents had enough sense to say that Casey is probably safer behind bars. The local comment boards are scary. There are alot of people out there that want to see Casey dead. Too many things can go wrong with letting her out.

I'm going to turn into Robot today and start eating stuff on my desk. I'm working on my fingernails right now.

Here is the website if anyone is interested ... it is a little harder to find since the name is actually Texas EquuSearch

Yes, TES not only has the ability to do underwater searches...but they also have more state of the art equipment at their disposal than OCSD. The problem is that OCSD refused their help on the Jennifer Kesse case and other cases as they say they have things, "under control". That case has never been solved and the family didn't push it. Huge mistake on both sides. OCSD and the OPD are more worried about their egos as near as I can tell when it comes to TES. It is a shame. (It is also the reason I put it in Padilla's head so he could mention them to the family who could ask for their assistance independently of LE.)

Tes can do it all on land sea and air. Tim said they wait for a family member to request their services last I heard.

Thank you! So who requested they get involved in the Trenton Duckett case? I think I remember them being there, searching the surrounding areas on horseback, etc.

If she thinks she has "media problems" in jail just wait till (if) she gets out.

And the family has made it clear that the only people welcome to search are one's who follow the kidnapping theory.

I think she refuses them because of the privacy issues. She can not control what they say on the videos so Baez has told her not to see them.

I believe that request came from Josh Duckett.
