There was an article link posted last night that did confirm that the car seat was in the car.

What article? I would love the link . . . last night on Nancy Grace they erronously reported that there was no car seat in the towed car; however, per Carlos Padilla (the link is everywhere) there was a car seat in the 98 Pontiac -- see above post -- Shannon718 Rocks!!!

There was NOT a car seat in the Pontiac. No car seat has ever been found. LE even checked pawn shops, etc.

The only person I've seen say that there was no carseat was that talking head radio guy Nancy Grace uses on her show. He's wrong - see the statement from the police spokesman at the link in the post above.

The radio guy is also the person who said that Casey racked up $45,000 on her mother's credit card.

He either needs to step up and do his homework, or Nancy needs to find a different talking head. That guy is damaging her own -and her show's- credibility in this case.

If the file her prematurely, and Baez pushes fora speedy trial, you could see Casey walking away wiithout barely a tap on the wrist.

Regardless of what info or evidence surfaced in the future, she could never be tried again.

Better to wait, nothing worse can happend with LE taking their time and building a solid case.

My thoughts exactly. He's already trying to push LE's hand so there would be no doubt in my mind that he would ask for a speedy trial.

About the only theory I haven't seen put forth in this case is

"THE BUTLER DID IT".

How true. Everytime I see the Curly pic I laugh remembering all the fun times my dad and I watched the Stooges.

Exactly. We are uninformed for a very good reason. LE is building a case against Casey Anthony and every single thing they do will be scrutinized in a court of law. IMO their silence attests to how professional they are being. We will all be informed when the it is time for us to be informed. Until then we must speculate and opine......

why bombard with emails their phone numbers are everywhere, you could call with concern and maybe get an answer.

Not asking for premature trial, just a quicker mature one.

I think they will take the money and run, so to speak. The bounty hunter and his buds will have no access to Casey. They have no legal authority to be in touch with Casey 24/7. All the Anthony's have to do is say, nope, thanks for the money, but you can't intrude into our house. You have no legal right.

JMO.

Have to say, I'm not sure I blame them considering the people involved. I mean, not only are they complete strangers, but well... just plain strange. Don't know if I'd want them camped out in my house!

But you're right, I would assume the Anthony's have no obligation to them, but on the other hand, BH and Co. will have the ability to put Casey's *ss right back in the clink on a whim so not sure if they would do anything to upset them.

Dunlurken, the carseat was recovered by police. Here is the link. The car seat was never missing according to LE which are the only people I give credence to in this case.
