arrogant liars don't go that route. Arrogant liars think they can get away with it.....they believe that they are above you. Its the same thing she is doing right now.

Keyser Soze...I'll post more about that later. Its fascinating and exactly how Casey's mind works. :blowkiss:
The only thing missing is the limp.

Didn't Cindy say in the Myspace posting something about no job, no future? Possibly the fathers day argument was "the jig is up". Casey was caught and reacted in the same fashion as Mark Hacking? Never know but I hope the Anthony's are letting LE know about these things if something like that did happen.

I think it said no education, no money, no future. Someone will correct me if I am wrong.:blowkiss:

Just a thought - Does anyone know if Casey was drug tested when she entered the jail? Is that normal procedure down there?

wonder this also

Another thing I just don't get is how her parents could actually buy the story from Casey that she was going to work when she said she was when she had actually been fired and unemployed for 2 years. And where was Caylee every time she told the grandparents that she was at the babysitters????????? If that doesn't open the door to previous neglect/abuse, I don't know what does. If they can not find someone who has said that for the past two years, they watched Caylee on a regular basis, where did she go? What did Casey do with her?

This reminds me a bit of the Lori Hacking case -- remember her husband was a pathological liar, had pretended to be in school and even staged a fake graduation, for years and his wife, Lori, and her friends and family all believed it. I think these types of sociopaths get so good at lying and believing their own lies, that people close to them trust them. Too, even sociopaths have people that love them - no one wants to believe someone they love, especially a spouse or parent, could be capable of such deceit, so we take their word. Until something horrible, like Caylee missing or Lori being murdered, causes the truth to come out.

I have wondered too about the whole going to work scenario....who knows where Casey was during this time w/Caylee? Perhaps there are others out there who do know - people she visited or hung out with every day when she was supposed to be working. To me, this speaks of Casey doing something shady or illegal, perhaps drugs or stripping (shady) and toting Caylee along to seedy, unsafe places. If she was involved in this sort of activity and exposed her daughter to this lifestyle, IMO, something bad could've easily happened to Caylee, and Casey is covering that up b/c she does not want anyone to know what she was doing, and ultimately it was her fault. I really think she did not think her lies would be discovered, especially when she was bold enough to take LE on a walk thru Universal Studios and not until the last minute admit she had been fired there 2 yrs ago.

LOL....Diane...what secret meeting is everyone talking about?

Cindy met with investigators this morning and she parked in a fenced lot behind the sheriff's office. No word on what that was about.

ya know, Casey took LE to an old job that she had what 2 years ago? Maybe there was a sitter back in 2006 that lived in that apt, the apt could have been in someone elses name, I would hope LE are interviewing everyone that rented that apt out since Caylee was born. It seems she is trying to tell the truth about her life just using 2006 instead of present. IMO

Tigerlily, it seems like someone who worked with her (stripping, whatever) would have come forward to say she was working.

Sorry for all the questions - but Im behind as I waited awhile for the moderators to approve me ----

Wouldnt you think if she had a job that "high up" that she would have been able to provide health insurance for herself and Caylee? Why was Cindy providing for them?

I think you hit on a important point regarding health insurance. Cindy is a nurse and must know how important health insurance is, especially when you have a child. Surely Universal, being a large company, would provide insurance plans to their employees. I wonder if Cindy ever questioned Casey about getting health insurance for Caylee. Another red flag that was probably missed.

I hadn't thought of that. Interesting theory.

Gretas show, did anyone note this. Clint said he moved out July 1 and didnt talk or see Tony anymore, but he had talked to him since the arrest of Casey. According to all the myspace and facebook posts, Tony himself left for a vacation with his folks, prob in NY, over the dates of July 2 until he returned on July 5. Not sure when Tony left but if it was the 1st, they left the apt the same day or at least within the 2 day range there. I believe there was a falling out because from July 1 until July 16 is a long time for best friends and business partners not to talk or see each other. Clint also said he didnt go back to Fusion after the 20th. All of this is so odd.
After Tony's trip to visit family...with the roomie moved out...they were too busy having sex all over the apartment to "keep in touch" with him. No kid. No roommate. Tony appears to be a fairly normal heterosexual male with a new squeeze to me. When they weren't getting "busy" they probably only had time to shower, eat, and party a bit more. It isn't odd at all!

Just saw this term used to explain the Casey Anthony case and I can't agree more. When people (the Anthonys and some ont his board) start working up wild stories about possible kidnappers and covert operations, the MOB, Gangs and sending a child off to be safegaurded or sold and the truth being revealed in due time in codes and such, I start believing that real life is much simpler than that.

There is a theory centuries old that holds that true:

Occam's Razor Theory

"If you have two theories that both explain the observed facts, then you should use the simplest until more evidence comes along"

"The simplest explanation for some phenomenon is more likely to be accurate than more complicated explanations."

"If you have two equally likely solutions to a problem, choose the simplest."

"The explanation requiring the fewest assumptions is most likely to be correct."

If I were a detective investigating this case I would apply the Occam's Razor theory. child was last seen by her mother, her mother showed and continues to show no emation for the missing child and continues to lie to authorities, topt hat with other evidence and come to the simple conclusion that the mother knows where the child is and everything else is false.

Yep I think it just depends on the child..some are WAY more vocal than others. My 3-year old doesn't stop. I have a 14 month old who is already saying Blue's Clues and other 2 word phrases..My friends daughter is still saying UH OH at 32 months. She is really behind.

Totally agree. My daughter is almost the same age as Caylee--my DD will be 3 in Nov. and is extremely verbal and talks non-stop. She can easily retell things she did during the day and with whom...she recalls names of people very easily. But it does vary greatly at this age as far as language skills. Still, most kids this age will retell at least some things about their day or places they went, what they did - even if it's out of context, you'd think Caylee would tell GM or GP about something she and mommy did that day. Or maybe the parents/grandparents just were not good listeners or did not really understand what Caylee was saying or just brushed it off. Or were not really as involved grandparents as they claim....

Gee, "working" and "raising a child" never interfered with Casey's internet time or social life.

Why? Why is she TRYING to tell the truth and not actually telling the truth?

Keyser Soze:

She uses the things around her or that she hears and attaches them to herself when lying....this is how her mind works.

Examples

Universal: its around her she USED to work there

Going to Jacksonville: Clint went to Jacksonville on fathers day;Casey told her mother she was going to jacksonville on vacay to "bond" with Caylee. This is when she lived with Clint. She over heard it and used it

Zenaida Gonzales: Casey borrowed a shovel on the 17th Zenaida looked at an apartment at Sawgrass on the 17th. Casey somehow overheard it or gleaned the information and she used it. taking detectives to Sawgrass because that is where she gleaned that name somehow. Just like she walked them through Universal; but this lie bought her some time and couldn't be disproved as quickly as Universal.

Zanny the Nanny: An actual childrens book. As far as anyone knows Zenaida was just "Zanny" or "The Nanny" before June 17th. She only became Zenaida Gonzales on June 17th.

I'm sure if we look harder there are more....
