Well, they got the story on John Edwards' mistress right. LOL No, I haven't seen this posted yet.

However, if she did die in a hot car...the carseat would contain evidence of such. All we have heard about has been in the trunk of the car and not inside.

What if she died in someone else's car? (and no, not the nanny)

I've been asking that for weeks. Anybody think protesters will show up at the jail if Casey gets out? If I lived in Orlando I'd be there for sure with a huge sign that saiys, "justice for Caylee, keep Casey locked up!!!"

It just appeared that the clothing was wrapped within plastic. At least how the items seems to be settled inside clear plastic bags of some kind. So that is why I suggested the homeless scenario. Def does not look like anyone recently used that area though for that purpose. Interesting though that the tank top and jeans are both black..........


For me, the drug theme does seem to jive with me. Having a sister that used to do whatever was accessible to her (thank goodness she's been clean for a good few years now and totally cleaned up), I can definitely say that she stole whatever she could whenever she could. She cleaned my parents out of a good amount of money too. She didn't work either and lied like there was no tomorrow. So I do have to go with the idea that Casey did do some kind of drugs at some point.

Has anyone looked at Casey's photobucket account? It seems that in the pics that are supposedly of her before Caylee went missing, her smile looked genuine, relaxed but the pics that are of her after Caylee went missing, her smile looked 'different'?

The things you describe can also be mental illness.. personality disorder, etc. The two can look very much the same. I haven't a clue what brought it on but I agree, her smile did change... we have talked about that before.

Right now I'm watching a repeat of a repeat of a rerun of Law and Order
SVU.

The suspect is a woman who has misplaced her baby while one of her 'alters' were with the baby.
Alters as in multiple personalities.

The case ends up not being much like our own Casey/Caylee case but the beginning, the perp trying to pull off this MPD, could that be what Casey is going for?

Whether she gets out or not, can she start building a MPD case on all the circumstances so far?

I don't think she will be able to swing such a defense. She has no past history of mental defect, disease, or disorder. She would have to have a lot more to go on for MPD or DID. I don't recall this ever being used as a successful defense either as so many in the Psychiatric community disagree of its existence to begin with. They can get a ton of expert witnesses to crash it.

Does that mean no one in the media posted it any place, or put it in a newspaper? Has anyone ever found a copy of this sketch online or in any newspaper? Even if they released it for 10 minutes to the media, it should be online someplace... shouldn't it??

Very true about mental illness mimicking drug use as far as behavior goes. From what we have been told, she has been 'deemed normal' by court appointed psychologists or psychologists that the defense has hired?

What about a theory that maybe Casey drugged Caylee with Nyquil or something to make her sleep so she could go have a booty call with Tony or something and put Caylee in the truck on a sleeping bag or something so no one could look in the car window and see her leaving her kid alone in the car. And maybe later she went to check on Caylee and she had suffocated. Maybe Casey figured a hour wouldn't be too long and maybe parked the car in the shade thinking it wouldn't be too hot.

I am grasping at straws I know, but I just hope if Casey did kill Caylee it was an accident and not premeditated murder.

I think if it was ever released to the media we would have a copy of it somewhere. Someone would have put it on their site and we should be able to find it. I think that it was mentioned she did help give a sketch tho, but IIRC, LE refused to put it out there.

I think if one did exist and LE refused to release it the family would have released it.

I think with Cindy, Casey, and George manipulating it...it would have gone on for a very, very long time. Eventually, they would have probably made up a story of Casey losing her in court to the "father" and him having moved out of the country etc. No one would have ever missed poor little Caylee and been able to dispute what the family was telling them.
