That death does not correspond to the timeline, imo.. and I agree, the evidence of that would be apparent..

How many cars do the Anthonys have? Do they all have carseats, or is there only the one we've seen in photos?

If there is more than one carseat, are any of the others missing?

I read that the child's clothes were a size 5, pretty unlikely Caylee (at 3) wears the same size that a kindergartener/1st grader wears.

Actually, if her weight is correct on the MP fliers, then a size 5 seems about right. Going back to look at the flyer.

ETA: She is 35 pounds. My 40 pound dd wears a size 5/6. If they are referring to the children's items, a size 5 may fit Caylee, especially if it were bought a size up intentionally for growth.

Speaking of the size 5 clothing, if they were for a child, I can see that. I sometimes buy a size larger for my grandson because they grow so fast. Even shoes I buy a half to whole size larger. Most children grow out of clothing and shoes faster than one can buy them.

Would like to add I have no specific therory of what may have happened to Caylee, but I hope and pray she is alive and safe somewhere. I know Caylee must be scared out of her mind, since she has not been able to see her gps or Casey or someone else more familiar. Poor baby, there's no telling what she may be feeling, that is if she's alive. I will try and keep the faith she is until solid evidence she is not. MOO.

The size 5 clothing identified was for an adult, IIRC, they didn't post the size of the children's clothing.

I read this last night and it gave me hope that Casey won't get out. It reinforces my thought that it's easy to offer up money when you don't have to actually cough it up.

(snips)
The owner of a bond company that plans to post bond for Casey Anthony said it's possible the Orange County Sheriff's Office could try to add more charges in the case.

In a statement issued Saturday morning about the cancellation of the visit, jail offiicials said they were unaware of an attempt by a Califonia bondsman to post a bond for Casey Anthony, noting that there are conditons that must be met for her to be released, including notifying the Orange County Sheriff's Office which is investigating the case.

I had not seen this before Roz posted it on the Padilla thread: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69129

I found it quite interesting.

Okay, while interesting, this doesn't resonate with me as being on target. The weirdo's are coming out of the closet. Some of it I think is a deliberate attempt to confuse and make people AGAIN consider ZFG.
IMHO we need to seriously take note of the "wolves in sheeps clothing" that are coming on Websleuths. People who claim to be prominent people in this case and those who claim to have "psychic" insight may be in actuality people trying to lead others off the track.
Beware. Think straight ALL! :blowkiss:

My daughter is 3 and average build(she is in the 50th percentile for weight and height) she can wear a size 5 in some things..mainly shirts. Everything is cut so small. Also the size of Caylee on the flyers is probably a guess. She probably had her last Dr. appt at age 2 and now she is 3. I did notice the height said "approximately 36 inches which is the AVERAGE size of a 2 almost 3 year old.

Just a quick FYI: there was a blurb on Fox News this morning with the reporter that is their usual there and he said that the police have said that squatters/homeless are frequent in that area. They also said that the children's clothes were size 5 which would be way too big on Caylee given she wasn't even 3 when she went missing and she is somewhat petite in stature.

FWIW, thought I would pass this along.

Was there a composite sketch done?

*snip from July 30th FOX report*
We wanted to know what steps are being taken to set up a composite sketch artist for Casey to describe what Zaneida, the babysitter, looks like. Baez said that is up to detectives to set up.

I heard something briefly about this on Foxnews, but I don't think the sketch was ever released to the media. Maybe it wasn't credible/clear enough? I'm not sure.

I heard this also, but like a lot of others above on this thread have said, I disagree.
My 3 year old grandson is not fat, not thin and what I would consider average build for his age. He can wear some size 5 clothing.

My daughter is average sized and has worn true to size in Gymbo, Gap and other brands since she was born. 4 and wearing size 4/5 now. Guess it's all speculative at this point. To me, a 2 year old wearing a size 5 is a stretch but not impossible. JMO.

Does anyone who is local know what day of the week the GJ holds hearings?

I ask because I feel that if some evidence is in the next step will be a GJ hearing where the DA will ask for a capitol murder charge. And as long as there is some evidence he will get that charge from the GJ. Then they have atleast 6 months to a year prior to trial to work this out.

The size five IIRC is the size that Casey wore as stated in the search warrant.

That's what I thought until I heard it twice on the news last night and today that it was the size of the child's clothing. I am not sure if it means that the clothing was all sized 5, childrens and adults or what.

I know a few WS were at the search. Does anyone know what size the tops were? Like the black tank that they found?

I posted this on the other thread, but thought I would go ahead and repost it here.
There could be some merit to what the person said in that anonymous letter to WS. We don't know that they didn't contact LE before posting it here, do we? They could be on to to something even if Caylee isn't there. Many believe that Casey didn't act alone in covering up what happened to Caylee.

I intend on checking this out as much as possible to see what does turn up. You never know where things like this come from and that person could possibly be someone who in reality has a connection to the case instead of a psychic one.

Based on the average size of the species of dead leaves in the photo of the shoe, I have to conclude that the shoe is an adult female's. I just can't see Ms. Casey wearing that shoe. IMO I don't think what was found in Blanchard Park is related to this case.

I own a black tank exactly like the one in the photos. (Checked my closet, yes it's still there.) If it like mine, it's the sports type that has the built in bra. It looks very much like it does. That black tank is definitely an adult size.
