I am only licensed in California. My surety company which is Financial Casualty and Surety will have a Florida licensed bondsman actually post the bond which will be transferred to me. Thus a transfer bond. Paladine please repeat your question if I missed it.

Someone please explain to me how these bonds usually work. The defendent pays 10% to the bondsman and puts up assets etc to secure the bond for the full amount? Then the bondsman keeps the 10% when the person appears in court. Is that correct?

Thanks

I have always loved the "dog" the man's so humble and down to earth. IMHO.

hmmmm...I liked him before I heard that racist rant he went on...now I don't care much for him...

Though I am not a fan of Casey's...to say the least! LOL. I don't think we have any indication that she was using drugs. Her mother is a nurse. If I was guessing I would have to think she might do some Xanax or Oxycodone. Two things the family might just have in the medicine cabinet. I would say her drug use, at the most, was recreational.

Could have told mom and dad she did the easy form online.
I don't think they would question it.

Beagle1, you are correct. In this instance the local bondsman is putting up the entire bond and then transferring it to Tony Padilla.

Tweaking, yeah but the money she was constantly stealing does not point to someone who was making decent money stripping, hooking, drug dealing/running.

Sometimes that type of worker doesn't do as well financially as they expect, and they can get involved with some pretty knarly people. Sometimes they end up under a thumb with few bucks to show. My first guess is that some awful accident happened and that, for some reason I can't understand, Casey's psychopathic tendencies took over after that so that instead of calling 9-1-1, she picked another path. My next guess is 🤬🤬🤬🤬, stipping or hooking that somehow, one way or another, hooked in Caylee too, which could (in a twisted way) explain why she didn't call 9-1-1 right away if the baby died but certainly can't account for why she didn't eventually call 9-1-1, especially if she thought the baby was alive and with those type of scary people. My hope is that Caylee is somewhere ok, fine and happy, maybe with a loving father no one but Casey ever knew about, or with some random loving family, but that really doesn't make much sense because why wouldn't he, or they, have come forward by now? But nothing about this situation makes much sense.

Prescription drugs are one of the biggest sellers for drug dealers these days. You don't need a script. And it's not hard to get one. All you have to do is tell your doc you are stressed out, etc.

I'm not putting that out of the realm of possibilities at all. MOO

Maybe the Cowboy had no intention of bailing Casey out? Maybe it was just apublicity stunt and now he'll come up with some excuse why he's decided not to go the bond?

LOL....The Cowboy gets to "flip-flop" on his story too.....seems like EVERYBODY else in this saga has !!

I enlarged the picture with the clothes. But can't enlarge enough, even tho the resolution is very decent. I know this is pure exaggerated sounding, but it looks like a maggot on something blue, just to the left of the pink item. Also, it looks like the pink item has blood stains. I realize, could be anything.

I still believe that if Casey should make bond....

She should be released to the custody of......

Drew Peterson!

OMGosh. I guess there wouldn't be a need for a trial then.

Maybe the guy thought about (finally) and realized that Casey needs to stay right where she is.

Don't get too excited....they said it would be tues. or weds. b4 she got out anyway....so I don't guess he has to be there till she's released

If it was the bondsman, Tony, he stated several times that he did not want to be in the media spotlight, so it may have been intentional to book a flight and not show, then show later after the media trucks leave. JMO

I'll go with this except I don't think it was an accident.
