Are we talking about the same ICA? No offense, but she doesn't react that way to anything, really, unless it is specifically about her. How would anyone know if her eyes were red and puffy? Do you mean TL, later when they met up?

I agree with you totally that Casey doesn't react to anything, really, unless it specifically pertains to her. The only reaction we have heard about is that she and Tony L. watched two movies, had sex all night and Tony skipped classes to lay around with Casey in bed all the next day..........so I guess she did react in some way, just not how a normal mother would act, that is unless that mother was celebrating her freedom. Explains the tattoo as well, don't you think? :twocents:

I feel the prosecution has leaned too heavily on the chloroform method of death. If there's one thing that is known about Casey, is that with all her lies she tells, there's usually a small piece of truth to some of it. I think Casey purposefully drowned Caylee in the pool. In some ways, I really believe Casey has compartmentalized her rationalization doing this because of the prosecution's theory on how Caylee died (chloroform).

Also, if drowning was the method, she has a ready-made defense that she and the defense team are using- drowning by accident.

I am asking this because the other day LDB announced that they had a CD from the hard drive of a computer in the Anthony house on how a mother in the OCJ who had a child who drowned in their above ground pool, her father found him, he could not revive him and was pronounced dead by the time medic's arrived. Then she (LDB) went onto say that the State feels that this might be where iCA got her story from. The State was trying to find out if iCA spoke to this woman or if she over-heard her thru the walls.. so I was wondering how you head it was Cindy..

Didn't Rick Plesea email Cindy in August of 2008 with a theory that Caylee accidentally died in the pool and Casey may have panicked? Rick wanted Cindy to forth this theory to Casey.

No, they could swim in that pool just fine with exactly the same ease as they have lied about so many numerous issues of this case with no regard whatsoever for Caylee's precious dignity.

Caylee to them has long-since been kicked to the curb.

ETA: Caylee did not drown, she was murdered.

I agree, that pool would have been destroyed before CA got off work that day. Look at the little guy that just drowned this week in Orange Co. the father cannot even return to the house... so very sad

Yes , I think they would have removed that pool. I don't know how they could even stomach looking at it. JMO but I would take down my pool if an animal even drowned in it let alone a child.

ITA, just like in GWTW when Bonnie got thrown from her pony and broke her neck, Rhett went and shot the pony dead because of it. GA also would have been a raging and inconsolable mess afterward.

ITA, ecs! No way could I leave up a pool that a precious child had drowned in. It would have been down immediately! JMO.

I completely agree with you.

I lost a friend to suicide years ago. She stepped off the Bloor Viaduct. In my grief I went and yelled at the bridge. (They put up a suicide barrier after she died).

I think the Anthonys will take down the pool and I still think GA will want to see that it's completely destroyed.

LOL, I did a google earth, bing, yahoo and regular google search on their property an guess what .........

The pool is still up. Maps are dated 2010 and 2011.

I also googled my home to see if there was an update to my property. Yep, vehicles changed.

Here's what I'm trying to say. LOL:crazy:

I can think of reasons why they would keep the pool up, or take it down.

Keep it up to present nothing hinky ever happened aka protect themselves (their lies) legally.

Take it down to present Caylee drowned by accident aka try and help ICA legally.

Am I making any sense?:crazy:

BUT, I do not believe Caylee drowned in the pool.
