Nancy Grace, Greta and Geraldo all have asked this. He always dodges and talks about Caylee's safety.

He said this while she was IN JAIL. The whole reason to get her out was so she could talk to her parents with no LE around. So she could tell them what she knows so she can help with the finding Caylee. NOW WHAT WILL BE HER EXCUSE?! She is out! So why can't she talk to her parents about this WITHOUT him there? That's what I want asked!

What's the point in that? Is he going to answer for her, or tell her how to answer? Can he read her mind? That makes no sense at all. What law would they be breaking if they discussed it w/o him present? Baez can't really enforce this can he? Can she write things down, does that count....geez

What else do you figure they'll all be talking about day in and day out, for the next few months?

Casey can't leave the house, has no friends to gab with, and no money to spend shopping online.

She gonna sit on the couch between George and the skip tracer, watching the food channel all day?

In the interest of proetecting their daughter, his client, he sure can. Do they have to listen, no, but they would be smart to take his advice if they want to keep Casey out of more trouble.

That's the biggest point I want to make. Who gives a damn about Casey? They should show as much interest in finding Caylee.

I know he's doing his job and they are doing nothing but trying to protect Casey.

What happened to trying to protect Caylee? Or even find her for that matter?

Nothing harsh intended toward you or other members. I'm just pist that everything now revolves around Casey. Just what she wanted.. for it to not be about Caylee.

Is the BOLD statement above your opinion? Maybe you'd like to remove the word all as I have been to white parties that had nothing to do with drugs but what color we were wearing.

I thought white parties were basically underwear parties, like dress in your lingerie. I thought white would be more in reference to the boys underwear being white. I had a lot of gay club friends and that is what they wore to white parties....:crazy: Maybe straight clubs "white parties" are white pant suites or a nice white shift dress.

The experts have been so wishy-washy about this though. making it seem unlikely that it could happen. however, that could be DNA evidence that would take longer to process... which could mean it isn't back? I don't think they would send the air for testing at the "body farm" if they had blood, though.

Actually the "air test" is a different measurement. If there's blood in the trunk, that would be tested for DNA and decomposition. The air is tested to determine the length of time the decomposition was in the trunk. Evidently, this test can help determine when a body, in the state of decomposition, was in that trunk. The end result is to determine who, what and when.

I think it had more to do with Casey being jealous of how much Caylee loved Cindy probably wanted to be with her more than Casey, GM probably read to her, played with her, interacted with her...Casey was jealous of her love for Cindy and the GM's love for Caylee, maybe more than her. I get that from the facebook/myspace post from Cindy saying that her not seeing Caylee was because of jealousy.

I think this also... it was an "I'll show YOU" kinda deal.

Occums Razor was incorrect in the Ramsey and McCann cases so it is not always accurate but if so then we need to see some proven facts from LE. But then when we see what went on with the LE in both those cases I lose my faith in LE.

We will all see the facts from LE when they are ready to release them. They are building a case and know more than any of us ever will or do. Our need to know is not a priority. Releasing too much information is exactly what would hurt the case.

Both of those cases are still open, so we can't really say if the razor was true or not. Someone can be cleared due simply to lack of evidence.

No WHITE PARTIES as in Everyone goes to a party and wears white. Apparently now that means that they are all wearing white to engage in drug activity! Way to go about it; everyone wear the same color like a uniform and call attention to themselves. Which is of course totally untrue and has no basis in fact whatsoever.

All white parties have nothing to do with race. Everything at an All White Party is all white: clothes, deco, food, etc.

Not to mention, if she gave Caylee to her parents full time.... they'd expect her to start supporting herself & maybe even move out so it didn't send mixed signals to Caylee.

I also bet Casey got money from her parents that she said she needed for Caylee's benefit.

And lastly, I think Caylee was a nice 'accessory' to have as long as it didn't interfere with her lifestyle. Puppies & babies... they're both great things to have for a person who craves attention.... but they sure can be demanding.
