Can anyone explain why Casey is only aloud on the phone for 5 minutes at a time?

I read that here, but not certain where it came from. I asked Tony Padilla about her restrictions as to internet, phone, and visitors last night and he said he wasn't sure.

Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla has been on every show Tuesday night he could be on all night including Greta. In each of these shows, what could be the "new" defense story had started to blossom via Leonard's casual remarks. The following assumes you know several things about this case thus far before reading further:

1. Who Casey called that wasn't a family member on June 16th (3 friends)
2. Where some of those people may have been or are at the present time (Georgia and Puerto Rico)
3. Which of these people are or were former law enforcement

In nearly every interview Leonard Padilla gave this evening, those pieces of information relate directly to the statements he made about what he believed may have happened and why he thinks Caylee is alive. As Casey's attorney Jose Baez said last night on Greta, the explanation of why Casey did not report Caylee missing for 31 days "would be covered in his opening statement" -- we think Leonard gave mondo hints about what that statement might contain tonight. For example:

• Leonard said that he believed Casey gave her to a "friend" (who isn't the Gonzalez chick Casey named long ago) for a couple of days who didn't bring her back
• He alluded to "Georgia" and "Puerto Rico" as where folks could be who have or have had Caylee
• Jose's co-council Mike Walsh said in an MSNBC interview a couple weeks ago that one of Casey's closest friends "had mental issues"
• Casey doesn't trust law enforcement

The allusion here is that one of the 3 friends would still have Caylee. (In weaving this tale, all defense parties involved would have to completely discount the car and it's contents - which we believe they have done for a while). In a murder or manslaughter defense to cast reasonable doubt, those friends would need to have an alibi for some period of time on June 16th when Caylee went missing. God forbid any of those people babysat Caylee on that day, or even just saw Casey and Caylee together that afternoon of June 16. Start thinking about it, folks. We can see this one coming, and why shouldn't we? Casey's been in jail for a month and had lots of time to create a new drama. This time though, it's going to affect people around her who DO know her.

Baez is going to demand that they revoke the bond and put Casey back in jail? Don't think so. So, what prevents Bounty Hunter from questioning her?

Since she's on home confinement, does anyone know if in Florida this will count as credit for time served when she is sentenced?

So, my silly question is this: if Casey's bodyguard is supposed to be with her 24/7, does that include the shower/bathroom, too? I'm not asking for a lewd reason, but if I wanted to talk to someone without the bodyguard hearing, mom might come in the room, but no one else, and the water running would drown out the voices...

Its a video of some guy wearing a Caylee shirt asking the reporters to go across the street. And then Cindy yelling at someone not to get into Casey's face and she has the hose!

Trust me -- they aren't going to "name names" -- George will never come out and say who these people are they are watching -- they would get their asses sued if they ever bring anyone into this that is legitimate.

Speaking of these people they are watching . . . why weren't they watching them today? They might have moved her to another state.

That's why Casey made up every single person in her story to police.

I think that's Larry Garrison, the spokesman for the family.

Now we know where Casey gets her temper from. Her mom and dad. Good Lord!

I don't think he would have any. Baez cannot claim it to be an "interrogation" and I believe that Leonard or anyone else is free to ask her anything they desire unless it is stipulated otherwise in the agreement which would only be a "Breach of Contract" issue. Right? Or am I totally pulling stuff out of the air and pretending to know something about how the law works?! LOL

Regarding Cindy with the hose:


Playing with the media is a double edge sword. You can't whip up a media frenzy, use it your benefit to raise your celebrity level to a point that someone will bond you out to have a piece of that frenzy, use it to spread misinformation and add to your future defense theories, and then whine about it when you don't want to be in the middle of it.

Sounds right, Blink. Sounds about right. However, LE has already stated they will not be giving immunity to anyone in this case. I think they will come up with enough to go around it and prosecute everyone involved in any way, shape, or form including her parent/parents. Yuri is not happy. Yuri wants to nail 'em all to the wall and will work hard to get it done. >wink<

eh, eh, eh... that's not what they said, they SAID... they had not discussed or entertained (paraphrasing) immunity for ANYONE involved in this case.. And that was true then.. I dont think they can rule out his entire culpability yet, imo... Meaning was he there when "it" happened or just part of the removal or both.. Again I say GJ.. This will all turn around quickly when they indict or arrest..imo

Didn't take long did it? We were told that Casey was the one who would help find her -- now the public is being asked.

People would be happy to help find her if Casey would give us ONE CREDIBLE lead.

Wow... never would have guessed this.

Wait, I thought the whole point of getting Casey out was so that SHE would find Caylee. When did that become OUR job. Well, ok, all we care about it Caylee. Personally nothing would make me happier than to find Caylee, so could Casey help us find her by telling who she really left her with, where and when...without lying about it again?! Then were could start to help. Maybe the police could even help then too.

What next, a golf tour with OJ to find Kaylee?

I thought they knew where she was and the authorties were watching them. I really wish they would pick a story and stick to it for five minutes.

So have the Anthony's now hired their own *authorities* ????

So far as the public helping......Seems by now they could at least tell us WHAT STATE this search could be narrowed down to.
