Under home confinement, Anthony is not allowed to leave the Hopespring Drive home unless she schedules it with her case manager, Allen said. There is some flexibility with her schedule, but If she leaves her house without approval, removes or tampers with the monitoring device on her ankle, a judge could issue a warrant for her arrest.

Allen said Anthony will meets with her case manager next week to determine her schedule under the home confinement program.


The Caylee Anthony case: From the beginning Court records show that Anthony's pre-trial is set for Nov. 5 at 9:30 a.m. Her trial is set for Nov. 17 at 9 a.m.

Casey is restricted to living in her family's home with some exceptions allowed for going to work, church and any pre-approved appointments. A representative of the Padillas will remain with Casey Anthony 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Got a question, as always. Bounty Hunter said the other night that the $250,000 reward was "donations". Do we have any legal information as to who those donations came from? I have said from day one, since this cow poke came around, he's after the reward. Which won't come because I really don't think Caylee is alive. What does the reward say.... anything about finding a body? Do they still get the reward?

The reward was put up by Skyview Aviation and Exotic rentals $200k and Kidfinder network $25k it is for Caylee's safe return and it is good for 90 days beginning July 25th I believe.

Can someone help me understand this? How did Casey know that there was a ZG looking at the Saw Grass Apt? The same apts that she alledgedly dropped Caylee off at? Maybe this was answered already. But this has been bugging me.

I think they said it was in their computer records. They showed both her and Casey pictures of each other and they both said they'd never seen one another in their lives.

As much as she's online, she might have broken into a database or knew someone who worked there, went to look at an apartment herself (under an assumed name) and saw that the person ahead of her was named ZG. It's all speculation.

I've wondered about that too. Maybe Casey went there looking to get her own apartment? It's a possibility. she wanted out of her parents house, no doubt about that. she picked a name out of thin air who just happened to be a lot of people?

There has been a website that took credit for this. Then I heard that it was two pizzas that had been delivered. Either way, this (or these) pizzas are obviously a prank, regardless if the rep for the family took credit. There is absolutely no way they would have food ordered TO the house with the media outside watching their every move. If food was to be brought in (and not cooked inside the home), it would be a carryout order of some sort and someone from within the home would go to pick it up.

When someone is KIDNAPPED they are kidnapped. There is NOTHING TO BE CONVINCED ABOUT MR. SPOKESPERSON. I hope the media and the public will be VERY CAREFUL in starting to ''examining'' some of the ''people'' Cayse will decide to blame for this.

Unfortunately this baby has only the LE in her corner and the public.

She has been kidnapped is comparable to she has been seen in Thailand or Periora. Hoping to create reasonable doubt a) that she is alive b) that if something happened to her, someone else was responsible. Not surprising but I really thought they would wait until at least tomorrow to do it.

Has the term security/bodyguard been used yet? Casey's alleged suspicion of LE. Cindy's alleged suspicion of Jesse and his past connection to LE. A bailbondsman and bounty hunter that came from the other side of the country to stay with Casey 24/7. Talk of a "safe house." Non-specific talk of threats against Casey's life.

LOL, I am a little slow sometimes. Ok, where is our role in this? Are we a new place to help spread reasonable doubt or part of a threat assessment?

Does this mean CSI and Investigator visits to the Anthony home have to be handled different since Casey is there? Since they could not see her in jail, I can't imagine they can see her at home either.

thanks!!! I think Casey was part of a call girl ring. And possible used the Saw Grass Apts for servicing her clients. That would explain why she was familiar with the apts.

I have read all the new updates, but 1 question keeps coming back to me.

Re: Cindy. Her daughter and grandaughter who live w/her are gone for a month, even though she mentions in recent statments to LE that she and her daughter were in constant contact (text, vm, cell calls) she obviously never talked to Caylee or heard her in the background.
Can anyone speculate why Cindy never filed a report w/LE?
30 days is a LONG time not to hear Caylee's voice?
How is it possible that she wasn't worried about where Caylee was sleeping? Who was caring for her? If something happened to her?[/B]
My mom lives 4 hours away, I can assure you if she called me for a month and never talked to my 3 year old son because I said he was w/a sitter or sleeping ect, she would be at my door looking to see his face.
